Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet vor allem die Küche. Sehr sauber alles. Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Stefanie ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch.

Tolle Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Diese Wohnung hat alles, was es für einen schönen Urlaub braucht:Ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen, alles ist sehr sauber und neuwertig und wohnlich eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auch der Radiowecker am Bett, elektr. verstellbarer Lattenrost und viele nützliche Küchenutensilien machen den Urlaub hier angenehm. Der Balkon und der abgeschlossene Parkplatz im Innenhof tragen auch dazu bei. Und natürlich die gute Lage, in ein paar Minuten Fussweg ist man mitten im " petite venise... Für uns die ideale Ferienwohnung!!!

merveilleux sejour

Tres bel appartement , très propre, bien équipé pour les enfants en bas age ( jouets a disposition, chaise haute , lit parapluie ...) Geographiquement, tres bien situé pour faire le marché de NOEL a pieds. La gentillesse de la propriétaire est egalement à souligner. JE RECOMMANDE CET APPARTEMENT.

Appartement qui a participé à rendre le séjour agréable

Appartement d'une grande propreté situé au calme à 2mn du centre touristique de Colmar et 1/2 heure des grands sites alsaciens. Equipement de qualité. Coffre à jouet à disposition pour les enfants en bas âge apprécié. Bon contact et bon accueil de la propriétaire et sa maman.

tolle Wohnung direkt an der Altstadt

Wir erlebten die Wohnung als hell, ruhig, günstig geschnitten, mit Balkon und Parkplatz. Die Wohnung blieb auch bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung verhältnismäßig kühl. Wir haben die Klimaanlage nicht nutzen müssen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, sehr zuvorkommend und stets zu erreichen.

Colmar apartment

This is a great apartment just outside the historic part of Colmar. It has 2 bedrooms, which is great since we were traveling with kids, and it has its own parking spot. Madame Kress is very helpful and communicative. Our kids are past the point of needing them, but we saw that it is also equipped with things you need for younger kids, which is always a bonus so you don't have to bring all your own gear.

Spacious and well-equipped

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in this apartment. Melanie greeted us at our designated time. The apartment is perfectly located. Just a short walk into the old town and numerous good restaurants. We really appreciated the secure parking on site. Only downside was the weak WIFI.

5 days in beautiful Colmar

This two-bedroom apartment was perfectly located, close to Petite Venise and the historical centre. Kitchen well equipped, good functional shower. Washing machine came in handy. A couple of things to be aware of that caught us off guard, apartment on second floor, steep stairs and at end of stay, an an additional €40 euros cleaning fee that was not mentioned up front, no biggy but would have preferred knowing in advance. Bed linens new and clean however, mattresses really hard 😔.

appartement très bien situé et agréable

Nous avons été bien reçus, l'appartement est agréable, de plus des attentions nous attendaient (chocolats, biscuits), la literie est bonne, il y a une place pour garer notre voiture c'etait très appréciable. Le 1er marché se trouve à 5 mn à peine du logement. La propriétaire est arrangeante. Cela nous donne envie de revenir. Merci Mélanie et sa maman.

Colmar ist ein hübsches, natürlich sehr touristisches Städtchen. Aber alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und dafür liegt die Wohnung perfekt. Sie ist prima geschnitten und komfortabel und ließ für meine fast erwachsenen Kinder und mich keine Wünsche übrig. Vielen Dank an MME Kress für diese schöne Unterkunft und Ihren freundlichen Empfang

Nette Vermieterin. Sehr gut ausgestattet und gelegen.

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Die Vermieterin ist äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Absprachen erfolgten problemlos (auf französisch) auch über WhatsApp. Ein Schlafzimmer ist hinten und sehr ruhig. Das weitere Schlafzimmer zur vorderen Straße leidet etwas unter den Geräuschen des Autoverkehrs. Zur Innenstadt sind es nur wenige Schritte.

Absolument superbe appartement !

Appartement rénové avec bcp de goût et des matériaux de qualité. L'équipement est remarquable : gros aspirateur Dyson, lit principal avec sommiers électriques, etc. Les appareils de cuisine sont nombreux : raclette, grill façon plancha, 2 machines à café dont 1 Krupp "Nespresso" ... De plus des attentions pour l'arrivée : 1/2 bouteille de vin d'Alsace, bretzels. Par ailleurs la situation est très bonne près du centre, et le parking privé et sécurisé est un atout incontestable. Tolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal hier in dieser Wohnung und das aus gutem Grund : Eine gute Einrichtung, besonders in der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht. Zentrale Lage, Parkplatz im Hof, Sauberkeit und die sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin machen die Wohnung perfekt !!! wir kommen gerne wieder.....

Excellent appartement,agréable,très bien agencé : pour résumer au TOP !...

Nous avons eu de la chance de pouvoir réserver cet bel appartement digne d'un 4 * pour les marchés de Noël,agréable et fonctionnel,avec un parking privé en plus ! De plus, l'accueil de Mme KRESS Mélanie avec de petits gâteaux et un sapin de Noël bien décoré ,et son sourire sympathique,nous a enchanté . Ce séjour pour les marchés de Noël ne pouvait que bien commencer. Merci, Mélanie pour tout, je recommande vivement cette location !.....

Parfait, appartenant super agréable, très bien entretenu, agencé avec goût.

A recommander les yeux fermés. De plus Madame Kress est super sympa et très agréable et à l'écoute. Nous l'avons très appréciée. Elle sait recevoir ses hôtes par des gentilles douceurs. Merci pour tous ces détails qui rendent un séjour agréable
