Blue Bear Lodge, Pigeon Forge is a beautiful two-bedroom cabin located in Bear Cove Falls Resort. This Smoky Mountain getaway is just 3 miles from the Dollywood parking lot and 1 mile off the Parkway. It is close to all the major Pigeon Forge attractions.

Blue Bear Lodge sleeps eight guests with one king bed, queen over queen bunk bed, twin and trundle bed (in game room) and two bathrooms. Bedrooms and bathrooms are located on lower level.

The full kitchen allows guests to prepare and enjoy meals together. The refrigerator does not provide ice or water. Ice cube trays are provided. Starter pack of dish soap, dish tabs, bar soaps, and trash bags, paper products provided (toilet paper, paper towels) will be provided. You may purchase more at local stores depending on the length of your stay.

The spacious living room has ample seating and a 55-inch flat screen ROKU TV. The lower level game room will provide hours of entertainment with air hockey and foosball tables and arcade. Guests can relax on the outdoor deck by rocking in a chair or taking a dip in the hot tub. The community pool is nearby. Access is easy via paved city roads and is 1 mile off the Parkway.

In order to rent this property:

Person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.”
• Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#)
• Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation
• Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed)
• Credit card must be in Booking Guest's name
In other words, ALL these must be in the SAME NAME.

Within 24 hrs of booking, renter is required to sign and submit rental agreement and provide scan/photo of Government ID that matches method of payment or your booking will AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL.

CLEANING CREW is thorough and conscientious, and head of housekeeping is only a text away if you have an issue during your stay. They are available 9a-9p to address any errors or omissions. Refunds are not offered in relation to cleaning.

- This property is in the Great Smoky Mountains. There is wildlife here! We maintain a regular pest control service, but neither they nor we can guarantee you will not encounter wildlife outside or inside.

Family vacation

We only had a few issues while we stayed. My daughter went to take a shower the first night and had a few bugs fly out from under the faucet. Then my wife found hair in our bathtub. The beds were just okay, the fitted sheet kept coming off and the mattress cover needs to be changed out. It looked to be dried blood on the mattress cover. We are asked to notify within 30min of being there but all of these things did not get noticed until we went to bed. My kids loved the arcade, foosball and air hockey table. That was about the only saving grace. Lastly the neighborhood was full of people. The pool is too small to accommodate the amount of cabins in the neighborhood as we couldn’t even go down there because of the amount of people in the pool. You would have to just stand there in the pool. To get to the cabin was a pain because of the amount of cars in the neighborhood as well. They were parking in the street, the grass and anywhere else they could find parking. Overall the stay was okay. I gave it 4 stars but for what we paid I don’t believe it was worth it.

Great stay in a great location

We were in town for my son’s baseball tournament and absolutely loved this place. Everything was as described and the location was really close to everything in Pigeon Forge. We will definitely stay here again.

The BEST location and super clean!

This place couldn’t have been more perfect for us! I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this place exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated that there was hand soap at all of the sinks. I’ve stayed at lots of vrbos and this is the first place that has had that. I don’t have anything negative to say! The location is amazing, super close to everything! We would definitely stay here again.

An amazing family experience

My family loved the cabin, the convenience, and everything there was to do in the Smokey Mountains. My kids loved the game room and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the amenities. The cabin was a short drive to Dollywood, downtown, and the national park. We would stay again in a heart beat.

Weekend Getaway!

We booked the Blue Bear Lodge for a weekend getaway to celebrate my son’s 4th birthday! It was rainy and the arcade game, football, and air hockey were a huge hit! The hot tub was a perfect end after a chilly day at Dollywood! Plenty of towels, blankets, and hot water! Great cabin!

Beautiful and convenient property!

Erik, the host, was very easy to communicate with. The cabin was clean and spacious. It was right off the main road in PF and an easy drive to Gatlinburg. Very happy we chose this cabin during our Christmas stay!

Birthday trip

My daughter requested a trip to Dollywood for her 13th birthday and to stay in a cabin. She picked this one because of the queen sized bunks and games. We really enjoyed our stay and the convenience to everything.

Enjoyable

The overall experience was very enjoyable. Found out right before we arrived the back deck was soft so we couldn't let the kids go out back. One of the commodes was leaking and they were unable to get fixed while we were there. I turned the water on and off to keep from hearing the water run constantly and to keep from wasting water. Overall still a good experience.

Cozy little cabin!

We had a wonderful stay. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. One toilet was “running” throughout the stay but that’s a simple fix that I’m sure will be different for the next guest.

Clean and convenient

I would definitely stay here again. Extra blankets and towels were provided which is ALWAYS a plus. Even a couple nice couch blankets were provided to curl up with at night. The addition of the fan in bedroom for noise was especially appreciated. Also extra nightlights downstairs for the kids was very thoughtful. We had a great vacation and very much enjoyed the air hockey table.

Fantastic vacation home!

Great location, only 10 min to Dollywood or main attractions in Pigeon Forge. House was extremely clean, well-equipped, and as-described in listing. Kids enjoyed the game room and hot tub was a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again if we come back. No hesitations to book again!

Nice cabin with great location

We had a great time at this cabin, it was very close to Dollywood and the Island in Pigeon Forge. The cabin was comfortable and as described in the listing. Our kids had fun with the arcade games, foosball table and air hockey table. The community pool was close by and nice to go swimming in on a hot summer day. The pizza place and convenience store at the community entrance was a quick and easy option to grab dinner, snacks and beverages when coming back to the cabin. The hot tub was nice to relax in at the end of the day after exploring the Smokies. Lots of trees provided some privacy while having other cabins near by. The community was quiet while we were there and we saw a young buck deer outside our cabin window one morning.

Wonderful Family Getaway

This was a wonderful stay for our family. The location was perfect because it was off the main path enough to feel like being in the mountains but close enough to get to all of the activities for the kids. The cabin was immaculate and there were no problems booking or accessing the place. The kitchen was a nice size and well stocked. The kids loved the air hockey and foosball table. It kept them off their phones and engage in the games. There was plenty of space to fit everybody comfortably. The outside of the property was kept beautifully. It was nice to have your own cabin but not be too far isolated from other places. There was a great convenience store at the entrance and Dollywood was very close. I would highly recommend a stay here!
