This condo has been remodeled from the kitchen to bathrooms, floors, appliances, TV’s and even silverware. This condo is located directly across the street from 30A and the beach (3 minute walk to the private beach access). Gulf Place has EVERYTHING to where you can park your car and not leave until vacation is over.

RESTAURANTS IN GULF PLACE: Perfect Pig, Sunrise Coffee, Pizza by the Sea, NEW French Restaurant Renaissance, Chef 30a, Pecan Jacks Ice Cream and more. Across the street is Shunk Gulley, Vue on 30A, Papa Surf, Growler Garage(With over 40 craft beers on tap ) and many others.In addition to these great restaurants are many shops, boutiques, liquor store and YOLO where you rent bikes and paddle boards, etc.
GULF PLACE WINE WALK every 3rd Thursday of the month.

With new smart TVs in all rooms, you can keep the kiddos busy while you relax with a nice glass of wine on the large balcony watching the beautiful sunsets. Plenty of games/puzzles for the whole family to play as well. TV in den has an "Arm Mount" to allow you to move any way you wish. Watch on couch or move it to towards the kitchen while you cook.

Master bedroom has a king-size bed and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed and bunk beds with a shower/tub. There is another set of bunk beds in the hallway.

Enjoy the amenities that Gulf Place has to offer, including feeding the turtles in the lake below the condo. There are 3 Pools (Caribbean Heated), Hot Tub, Tennis courts, walking trails, 3 Private Beach Accesses and an amphitheater with a large green space

Security on Property. They will not tolerate late night parties / noise or exceeding the limit for the number of guests in condo. Driver’s license may be required to rent condo.

We had a great time. The condo was clean and updated. There is beach access directly across the street. We have stayed at Gulf Place many times and Marc made us feel right at home and was very responsive to any issues we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Winter Getaway
The property is just as the pictures listed; very well stocked kitchen and the beach towels were a nice touch. Love the beach access and how close it is to walk to. Very much appreciated the heated pool/hot tub just out front since we were there during winter break. The owner was very responsive when we had a question. Would stay here again!

Very accommodating and clean. Everything you needed and more even beach toys. Great location and beach access. Easy parking. Great view from balcony. Suggest mirror in 2nd bedroom. Safety bars and traction mat in guest bath. Maybe some hooks in hallway. Enjoyed very much!

Overall really impressed with the location, cleanliness, and ease of access. The owner was great and helped us add on a night and made check in a breeze. The building was undergoing some maintenance so wasn’t as put together as last time we stayed but it didn’t bother us considering all of the other great things about it.

Outstanding property and Owner
My family and I stayed in this condo during the week of July 4th 2023 and were completely satisfied with our experience. We have rented through VRBO many times and felt that the communication and level of service we received from the owner was far above any experience we have ever had. From the initial booking and throughout our stay, the communication with the owner was quick, kind, and proactive. Marc provided a detailed description of access, amenities, and local attractions that was above and beyond other experiences we have had. The condo itself is clean, spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. The furnishings were comfortable and everything worked well. The location is excellent, with 2 private beach accesses directly across the street and another a short walk to the public beach access in the center of the town. It is only a short walk to a variety of restaurants, shopping, and ice cream. The turtles in the ponds were fun to watch throughout the week and the sound of the frogs from the balcony in the evening was fun to listen to. The pool at the complex is well maintained and was not crowded. The grounds were also well maintained and the complex was surprisingly quiet. We would definitely rent from Marc again, and would recommend this condo to family and friends. Thanks for a great week!

Perfect for familes
The property was great for families with small and tween aged kiddos. We loved the close proximity to the beach and different pools to choose from and the tennis courts. The walkway to tenns courts was super fun and felt very tropical. Condo matched the pictures (expect view was a blocked some by new construction across the street) and had everything needed for a perfect week...except a pizza cutter. :)

We absolutely Love staying in Gulf Place! The deeded beach access, the low volume of people, the safety and beauty are all awesome! The condo was super comfortable and had everything we needed. Marc set us up perfectly for a relaxing getaway. We will be back!

Santa Rosa Breach 2022
We had a fabulous time. Condo was everything! Very responsive host and beautifully decorated unit. Could not have asked for more. Kids got kind of loud last night, so be aware the tenant below is owner who lives their full time. This is our fourth year staying at Gulf Place Caribbean (different units each time). Each have been exceptional. Everything you need. Publix super close and several gas stations near. We ate at Local Catch, Stinkys, Goatfeathers, Pecan Jacks, and Seaside Beach food trucks. Shopped, ate and drank at Grand Blvd and Harbortown Landing. Many late trips for kids to the new Burger King and Culver’s that are close by. Also great car wash Ottos for the day before leaving car cleaning. Guys did Marina fish guided tour for sea bass. Fun filled year!

Great Stay!
My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. We enjoyed being in the heart of Gulf Place. We walked everywhere. My father lives in Bella Mar and we enjoyed the walking paths to his home. We are also members of the Vue and walked there everyday to enjoy the beach! Great for families who don't want to worry about the hassle and traffic of getting around 30A. Everything you need is in Gulf Place!

Wonderful trip to the beach! The condo was great, plenty of room for our family of 5! Check in was so easy and the property owner was always available and checked in to make sure everything was going well with our stay! Clean property, close to restaurants, shops and very quick walk to the beach! Kitchen was well stocked and the shampoo/conditioner/soap starters were appreciated! We would love to come back!
