Located on the 1st floor (ground floor), it consists of a nice living room of 17 m², an open kitchenette equipped, a beautiful bedroom closed by curtains, a bathroom and a balcony to enjoy the mountain air and the view. The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 17 m² with two convertible sofas (double) and a dining area.
- An open kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee maker, Nespresso coffee...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside :
- A balcony of about 6 m², facing south, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and the clear view of the mountains.
The apartment is ideally located in Orcières in the heart of the village in front of the town hall, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Winter sports: Skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, snow scooter, ice skating, dog sledding, snowshoeing and other winter sports activities.

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free near the apartment on the parking lot of the town hall.

- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
