Great location!
Great location, very close to nice restaurants and tourist spots in Lisboa. Property is on the 3rd floor very narrow stairs so not a good choice for ADA or older folks.We enjoyed the stay thank you!

Great location and communication from host
We really enjoyed our stay at this accommodation- we travelled as a couple and a friend, so it was helpful to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The hosts of the space were very communicative and helpful, from giving suggestions on best ways to travel from the airport to some great restaurant recommendations. They were also great at checking in with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. The flat was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our time there. Our favorite part was the location- so near lots of great cafes, shops, restaurants and in a lovely part of Lisbon.

Perfect location
Lovely space and perfect location. Restaurants, super market, gelato, little parks, walking distance to Rato Metro Station. We were on the third floor and had trouble climbing the stairs. That is the only downside.

Perfect for us
My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lisbon . The apartment was perfect for us , clean, comfortable beds , great to have two bathrooms in a great location for getting around with ample bars, restaurants and breakfast venues ! Checking in and out was easy , good communication . Stairs a bit steep .. but hey ho for a short stay ok .

L'appartement est propre et agencé au mieux compte tenu de sa très petite surface. Le quartier est rès agréable. Toutefois, les photos ne rendent pas bien compte de la petitesse du logement (déception) et il conviendrait de mentionner les contraintes d'un escalier assez raide et étroit. L'appartement est supportable pour 4 personnes qui, comme nous, ne l'utilisons que la nuit.

Good location
We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is compact and worked well for us. It is located in a good area, just a short taxi ride from everything we wanted to see. It was clean and the check in was easy. We would recommend it although I should mention there is no elevator so you need to be able to use the stairs.

Location, location, location!
This was a perfect location to explore Lisbon from. Although a bit small, there were 2 bathrooms and since we were 2 couples that was perfect. A lovely little neighborhood and a quick drive and decent walk from the old city.

Super location by cafes, park, bus route and sight seeing. Apartment was an excellent base for 2 couples as had bathrooms, sofa and dining table for a start of the day cuppa. Launderette in next street.

Great location.
In the heart of old town. Close to everything, yet not in a noisy tourist location. You live among locals. It's a apartment converted from an attic, definitely not 4 star experience. But good enough for us to have some rest after daytime exploration.

Absolutely Brilliant
Communication was brilliant both prior to arrival and during our stay. Paul was fantastic, really helpful and very friendly. Located in an really nice area, great little park at the end of the street which comes alive in the evening. Not to far from the Metro and centrally located, prefect place to explore the city but with places to eat and drink close by if you want avoid the more touristy areas but still have a great evening.

Enjoyable stay
I really enjoyed my month in Portugal with this apt as my base. Great access to all areas of the city using local transit. Lots of local shopping and eating options. Apt itself iis quaint but well laid out. Stairs are a narrow but you get used to them. My only negatives were two: a) sometimes you can smell diesel exhaust from the cars if your windows are open, and b) one of the neighbors sometimes left their barking dog home alone. The bedrooms have AC that worked well when it was hot outside. I would stay here again.

Trés bon séjour dans le logement confortable et calme
Merci a Paolo pour ces conseils et son acceuil. Logement que je recommande pour son emplacement et son calme. Appartement trés bien équipé avec climatisation et grand luxe 2 toilettes et 2 salles de bains qui trés appréciable quand on a 2 filles. Petit conseils prendre l'appartement du 1 er ou du 2 eme étage pour eviter trop de marche d'escaliers et prendre le taxi pour venir de la gare de train Santa apolonia guére plus chére que les transports en commun ( environ une dizaine d 'euros en taxi de la gare jusqu'a l 'appartement contre environ 8 euros pour 4 personnes en bus avec en prime de la marche). Au final je recommande cette appartement et remercie encore Paolo pour son acceuil et ses conseils

Übergabe hat prima geklappt, Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können, Matratzen im grossen Schlafzimmer gehören mal getauscht. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung. Treppe ist sehr steil, steht aber auch in der Beschreibung. Hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

bel appuntamento, pulito e completo. in un bel quartiere con ottimi ristoranti nei dintorni. a solo 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. supermercati e fermate di bus e tram molto vicini. nice apartment, clean and complete. in a nice neighborhood with excellent restaurants nearby. just 10 minutes walk from the historic center. supermarkets and bus and tram stops very close

Très bon séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé. Les abords sont très agréables : calmes, arborés, petits restaurants. Le métro n'est pas à privilégier mais très bien desservi.

Logement agréable au 3eme étage . Quartier calme sur les hauteurs de Lisbonne, à 15 mm à pieds de la gare. Parking payant à 10 mm à pieds.
