About this property
Marée Tropicale - vue mer
We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, this charming studio with sea view, at less than one kilometre of the beach, of a surface of 27 m ² and being able to accomodate comfortably 2 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 19 m², an open plan kitchen, a shower room and you can enjoy a loggia terrace with a view of the port. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The flat is composed as follows:
- A living room of 19 m² with TV, sofa bed and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A shower room with shower and WC.
Outside :
- A loggia terrace of about 2 m², facing East/South with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
The flat is ideally located at the tip of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, facing the port, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- The beach and "le point plage" (a structure that offers all the aquatic sports activities: paddle, surfing, J80, catamaran lessons and supervised sea outings) are very close. The large beach is 2 km long, perfectly suited for walks, jogging and family outings.
- In the vicinity, a must-see stop on the Emerald Coast is not to be missed:
Cap Fréhel, to the west, an impressive site classified as an ornithological reserve, whose cliffs dominate the sea by 70 metres.
- Not far from there, take the time to stop off at the Fort la Latte castle, built in the 14th century on a rocky cape, which majestically overlooks the English Channel.
- A former corsair city, the fortified town of Saint-Malo is built on a rock. With its magnificent ramparts, it offers a magnificent panorama of the sea and the Channel Islands, Jersey, Guernsey and Sark. If the tour of the ramparts is a must, the city of Robert Surcouf and Jacques Cartier is not to be outdone either, with its picturesque cobbled streets, its rich shipowners' houses and its castle, whose dungeon is home to the Museum of the History of the City and the Malouin Country. In Saint-Malo, you can watch the high tides or the start of the Route du Rhum, go to the National Fort at low tide, built according to Vauban's plans, discover Chateaubriand's tomb on the Grand Bé islet, and take a boat trip around the bay...
- In medieval Dinan, a town of Art and History, take the time to stroll through the narrow streets, visit the feudal castle, admire the timber-framed houses and the beautiful religious buildings.
