Wij hebben een week genoten van dit huis. Door omstandigheden kwamen wij laat in de avond pas aan in Cap d'Agde, vooraf aangegeven bij dhr Perez. Bij aankomst was het huis verlicht en stond de deur open. De hele week genoten van het fijne huis met tuin en zwembad, op loopafstand tot strand waar zelfs onze hond (beagle) mocht lopen. Dit huis is een echte aanrader,

Beach Villa

A wonderful stay in a modern villa that has a beautiful pool and is just a short walk to a wide and unspoilt sandy beach. Olivier was very helpful and the villa has everything you need from coffee machines to AC. Tucked away down a quiet lane is is well located for both Grau d’Agde and Cap d’Agde.

Vacances magnifiques 10/10

Superbe maison, toutes options, piscine jacuzzi, très propre et bien équipé,aucun bruits et juste à côté de la plage. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, disponible et sa donne envie de revenir. En conclusion des vacances de rêve à refaire avec plaisir.

Maison fabuleuse, piscine idyllique, séjour parfait

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite dans ce Paradis! La piscine est idyllique, avec ses petites plages, son SPA (extrêmement bien pensé). L’extérieur est sans vis-à-vis, ce qu’il lui confère un cadre intimiste, calme et particulièrement agréable, à toutes heures. La végétation est fantastique et donne l’impression d’être à Bali! La maison est extrêmement bien située, juste à côté de la mer et de petits restaurants de plage, tout en restant au calme. Tout était absolument parfait, nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans cette magnifique région et nous remercions Olivier et son épouse pour leur accueil. Amèle & Frédéric

Séjour magnifique

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans cette villa Séjour agréable, très bonne accueil de la part d’Olivier et de sa femme qui ont su nous mettre à l’aise et resté disponible. Villa intimiste et parfaitement équipée pour se sentir comme chez soit. Résidence très calme à l’écart dans une ruelle privée à 2 pas de la plage. Nous sommes venu avec notre chien qui a lui aussi été bien accueilli. L’extérieur étant bien clôturé aucun danger. Le point négatif, nous serions bien resté une deuxième semaine ou une année. A très vite :)

Tout parfait !

Villa très confortable, équipée comme chez soi, claire, spacieuse. Agréable terrasse, belle piscine et jacuzzi bien agréable ! A 200 m de la plage et d'une paillote fort sympathique. A Agde, entre le Grau d'Agde et le Cap d'Agde . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et espérons revenir. Propriétaire charmant et attentif. Merci.

Schöne Villa mit Pool für einen entspannten Urlaub

Die Villa bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, das man braucht. Zwei abgetrennte Bereiche auf unterschiedlichen Etagen, mit jeweils zwei Schlafzimmern und Bad bzw. Dusche und WC bieten genügend Platz auch für zwei Familien. Komplette Pabyausstattung vorhanden. Abeschlossener Aussenbereich mit großer Terrasse und tollem Pool. Für Frühjahr oder Herbst angenehm windgeschützt, im Sommer spendet die Bepflanzung Schatten. Der Whirlpool bietet herrliche Entspannung. In 2 Minuten ist man am am weitläufigen Sandstrand, in der Hochsaison mit Poste de Sécour und Restaurant/Bar. Fußläufig auch eine kleine Einkaufspassage mit Restaurants. In der Nebensaison ist es herrlich ruhig und abends geben die Frösche ihr Konzert. Olivier ist immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder!

Perfekte Entspannung.

Agde war uns bekannt, wir suchten für uns nun ein besseres Haus. Näher am Strand sollte es liegen, großzügiger und besser ausgestattet sollte es sein. Das haben wir hier gefunden. Der Vermieter war unkompliziert und immer ansprechbar. Wir wollen wiederkommen.

Lovely property in a superb location. Pool and hot tub were good and nice to chill out in.

A beautiful villa which is well equipped. A good location with easy access to a fantastic beach and bars. The only criticisms would be no welcome pack on arrival, tea/coffee would be much appreciated after a long journey and did feel under pressure when leaving to complete a thorough clean including the windows (I think)!!!!!

Sehr schönes Haus, super Pool

Alles war sehr unkompliziert, der Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war super, genau wie auf den Bildern! Küche super ausgestattet, leider war nicht für alle Betten Bettwäsche vorhanden, Handtücher haben ebenfalls gefehlt obwohl es angegeben ist, dass Handtücher vorhanden sind. Endreinigung sollte 100€ kosten, als wir ankamen sah es aber nicht so aus, als hätte jemand für 100€ geputzt. Badezimmer und Küche waren super sauber, der Rest war eher grob geputzt, verstaubt, Schmutz von den Schuhen auf der Treppe.. allerdings bei dem Preis den wir bezahlt haben für so ein super Haus, kann man auch diese Kleinigkeiten in Kauf nehmen, wir haben einmal durchgefegt kurz nach unserer Ankunft und alles war ok. Es gibt eine Garage mit Einfahrt, beide Autos haben dort Platz zum parken gehabt. Das Haus ist am Ende einer kleinen Straße, die mit einem Tor abgetrennt ist, für das man einen Pin braucht - also sehr ruhige Lage und sehr sicher! Der Pool ist traumhaft, mit schöner Begrünung. Der Grill ist super praktisch und für eine große Familie ideal, da es viel Platz gibt. Alles in allem ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - wir planen schon unseren zweiten Aufenthalt!

Gute Lage, netter Vermieter

Außer den Matratzen im Bett (zu weich), war alles super. Olivier ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Meer ist in wenigen Schritten erreicht.

La villa est merveilleuse, son emplacement est idéal et le quartier est vraiment très calme. Le propriétaire est vraiment très sympathique. Nous avons passé d'agréable vacances dans ce petit coin de paradis.

Une petite merveille

Très agréable séjour, la villa est égale aux photos. Très propre, et les propriétaires sont agréables et nous accueillent chaleureusement. Les commerces sont a proximités. La plage est accessible à pied. Et le soleil était au rdv : juste parfait .Je la recommande !!!

Toller Urlaub!

Sehr schönes neues Haus. Alles sehr sauber, gute Aufteilung für 2 Familien mit je 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Bad pro Stockwerk. Schöner Pool mit kleinem Wasserfall. Kurzer Weg zum Strand, netter Vermieter: Alles Prima!

Un petit paradis

Cela fait plusieurs années que nous louons des villas à la famille Perez et c'est à chaque fois un vrai plaisir. cette villa est superbe, et bien agencée. Séjour trés agréable.

Séjour très agréable au calme, les propriétaire sont sympas est disponible. Coin reposant encore sauvage tout en étant proche des commerces et diverses activés, est surtout la plage est à 100 m... Nous vous recommandons cette villa toutes neuve, très propre et très bien équipée. Roger P
