VERY NICE NEWLY REMODELED 2 BEDROOM 2 BATH CONDO WITH BREATHTAKING OCEAN VIEWS! - WALKING DISTANCE TO MIMMS SEASIDE RESTAURANT AND 2 BEACHES. Walk to Bolongo Bay, and a very scenic rocky beach just a short walk to the right below the condo!

Newly remodeled 2 bdrm 2 bath condominium in a very safe and secure neighborhood on the Southside of the island! Fully furnished with all of the amenities you think you might need during your stay!
Boasts high ceilings with big glass sliding doors in both living area and master bedroom with views of the ocean on the south side of the island, Central AC, 2 full bathrooms with large showers, stacked washer and dryer in the condo with the option of a laundry room on-premises
It is perfect for 2 couples with a king-sized bed in the main bedroom and a queen bed in the guest bedroom.
It also has 2 pools on the property for those days you don't want to go to a beach!
Located on the south side of the island with the close driving distance to Red Hook, Yacht Haven Grande, and downtown Charlotte Amalie!! 25 min drive to the airport!

Be ready for any of the beautiful beaches St. Thomas and St. John have to offer!
This condo includes beach towels, 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cooler for drinks and sandwiches, and everything you would want to have for a day on the beach!

Bathroom toiletries, hand and bath towels, trash bags, misc spices, etc.

The Regatta condo complex offers its guests a newly remodeled pool and tennis court just a short walk from the condo (due to Covid there may be restrictions)
This condo is also located within walking distance to the famous seaside Mimm's Seafood restaurant and a Bar/Restaurant n the beach of Bolongo Bay!
With a 2 minute walk in front of the condo, you will reach a very secluded private rocky scenic beach for that morning coffee or evening cocktail, sunning, shell hunting, or watching the surf or ships sailing by!
St Thomas offers a variety of island activities for the whole family including snorkeling tours, scuba lessons, boat charters, fishing charters, windsurfing, shopping or just relaxing on one of the many beautiful beaches St. Thomas and St. John have to offer.

Here you will enjoy year-round 84 - 92 degrees plus temperatures and island breezes with spectacular ocean views and sunsets.

Centrally located on the south shore of St. Thomas this condo is close to everything!
Charlotte Amalie is a short 10-15 minute drive west for duty-free shopping and several choices of grocery stores and restaurants, and Red Hook is only a 10-15 minutes drive east, where you can also take a passenger or car ferry to St. John via a short 25-minute scenic ocean ferry ride.

If you have a larger group, we have access to a second condo and if both are available, we could sleep up to 8 people between the 2.

Manager/Owner really made staying there carefree

The condo was lovely, very spacious, a/c, all the supplies i needed. there were 2 pools (actually 3 since one area had a regular & a very deep ) pretty close. Reserved parking right in front. But what made it very special was Jutta and Don. They were very helpful from the very beginning . Came over to the condo, took me on a tour of the development and explained everything. Very quick to respond any time I had a question or concern. They also had a very helpful book that answered a lot of questions and gave great info.

Awesome experience at Regatta Point Villas

We've spent a week at Regatta Point, a family of 4. We've had a great time; apartment has everything you need and location is very convenient as starting point to go around the island. Most of the many beautiful beaches are within 10-15 minutes drive. The view is amazing. The hosts are nice, easy to reach and communicate. We've booked 2 sailing tours from Bolongo Bay resort which is right next to Regatta complex and were very happy with that experience too.

Quiet and relaxing

The property was well kept and faced the ocean so you could look out the window or sit on the small patio and watch the boats go by. The secluded beach was nice to walk on but there was no sand, only small rocks. Take bug spray if you go out early to the beach before the wind comes up. The condo was located between Red Hook and Charlotte Amalie and was easy to get to. The kitchen had all implements we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. There were some spices to use in the cupboard but if there is something you like you should bring it with you. Stuff is expensive there. There was a blender to make the obligatory Pina Colada whenever you travel to the Caribbean. Don and Jutta were great. They met us at the airport and showed us how to get to the condo. They made recommendations on restaurants, activities, snorkeling, beaches and more and even checked in a couple times to make sure we were doing ok. It was great to have a local available to give advice on activities. Be sure to check out St. John. Passenger and car ferries travel out of Red Hook which is a 15 minute drive. Parking in Red Hook can be at Sunshine Parking behind Moe's or cheaper at the Red Hook terminal parking garage. It was a great trip overall.

First trip to St. Thomas

We had a wonderful five days staying here. The place is exactly as described. Very clean and I felt at home. It’s best if you rent a car to make seeing the island a lot easier. I hope to go back and stay here again.

Perfect Mid-Point Location

The apartment was very clean and easy to access. Parking spot was right infront of the apartment. Neighbors were quiet. The location was perfect for us being part way between Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook. If you are just looking for a quiet comfortable place to lay your head after bouncing around all over the island, this is it. Owners were excellent to deal/coordinate with and went out out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed.

Quiet condos mostly owner occupied

Nice condo with some updates. Large swimming pool and plunge pool. The pool is not crowded because residents are at work during the day. The beach is down the hill/driveway and is not swimmable. Very rocky with some seashells. There is a bench at the beach and is perfect for sitting and watching the waves. We rented a car and drove to swim beaches, including on St John and Water Island. This is not a fancy beach resort. That is what attracted us to it. No hustle and bustle. No restaurant on site. The manager was VERY accessible, friendly and helpful! We loved staying here!

I highly recommend staying here.

I was allowed an early check in and a late check out, what else can anyone ask for! The owner was so friendly. She greeted me on my first day, show me around the property and gave me recommendations to restaurants and beaches.

Quiet with a view!

Very nicely appointed condo. The view sipping coffee each morning was stellar. Like most places on the island make sure you have a vehicle. The hosts were excellent and we would happily rent from them again. 2 bedrooms was perfect and having 2 separate full bathrooms really made this the perfect place for 2 couples.
