canapés inconfortables, procédure d'arrivée non pertinente

nous regrettons de ne pas avoir été informés du système de remise de clefs lors de la réservation -ça aurait bien été le minimum- , sans quoi nous n'aurions pas contracté. Nous avons été obligés de perdre une journée sans compter les KM pour récupérer les clefs. Ce n'est pas normal.nous soulignons l'inconfort du canapé sous la fenêtre. Nous avons été obligés d'utiliser l'autre qui a un pied cassé!appartement très sombre au nord et sans balcon. parking public extérieur gratuit (pour l'instant)pour le reste, si j'ose dire, c'était correct (équipements, propreté).

Parfait !!

L'appartement est nickel, il y a tout ce qui faut. Bien équipé et propre, on a bien apprécié la petite chambre séparée du salon. La propriétaire s'est montrée disponible et réactive dans nos échanges. C'était vraiment super. L'emplacement est parfait, au coeur de la station, au pied des pistes. On a passé une chouette semaine!
