Exactly as described and expected

This home was perfect for our first visit to the area to attend the University of Illinois football game . The home was very clean, well stocked and looked exactly like the posted pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we needed in the Champaign/Urbana area. Appreciated the suggestions from the host of what to do in the area.

GREAT Location

Overall super! The cttage is clean and sufficient. The location is excellent. I love the classic Urbana neighborhood and very close to campus. Also great for my dog. The back yard is fenced in.

Comfy home with great amenities, kitchen stocked to cook if you wanted. Loved the screened in porch & fenced in backyard. Beds are firm and comfortable. Den tv internet was disconnected & PJ sent a great guy out to reconnect after I troubleshooted.

Interior was clean and updated. Front porch is nice to have. Plenty of amenities provided. Nice neighborhood. Back yard needs some attention to make more appealing. Only room for one car in shared driveway.

Charming Cottage

Love, love, love this cottage. Located in a quiet, charming neighborhood, close to so many neat places of interest. The house presented itself as high end. It was so comfortable, clean, and stocked with everything you forget to bring with you when you travel. It was so quiet, the backyard was perfect for the pups to stretch their legs. PJ really makes you feel welcome and at home. He is quick to respond to any questions you might have. A pleasure to work with. Would I stay here again, ABSOLUTELY!

Great Little Place

The place was great and we and our dogs were comfortable. The fenced in back yard was a bonus to allow the dogs to go out and get a break. Kitchen stocked well enough for heating up food and casual get togethers. I would recommend for a weekend where you want a place to gather 7-8 people for a casual afternoon/evening. The only real negative is the entry to the home is dangerous to get in and out of. The stairs are angled away from the home and narrow. My wife has a handicap and was unable to exit the property without getting down on her butt and scooting down the stairs until she could stand at the bottom.

Comfortable and convenient

This cute house was just what we needed visiting our daughter who works at the University. It's close to campus and on a pretty and fairly quiet street. The abundance of fluffy towels and soft pillows plus comfy beds was very nice. We were able to do some laundry and cook our meals there. Parking is restricted to 1 car but we were able to get street permits at the city offices just a few blocks away.

wonderful little house

We were moving to the area, and we had our pets with us. This house was perfect during the transition week between selling our home in GA then moving up to IL. Great communication and lovely home. The space was perfect for us and close to what we needed in town.

Perfect Getaway

We rented for a long weekend to meet up with friends for a vacation of board games, drinks and junk food. This place was perfect for bringing our beagle. The neighborhood was great to walk with him, the fenced in backyard made taking him out super easy. Everything was really clean, check in and check out easy. The house has one parking spot but street parking is available on weekends and after 3 on week days. A neighbor gave us an overnight pass for the week days. The passes seem to be easy to get but we didn’t plan ahead so do better than us.

Great place for a weekend visit!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The screen porch extended the living space and made this a comfortable visit for me, my partner, my children, and my parents. We appreciated all three comfortable bedrooms! The neighborhood is great and communication with the owner was easy.

Good Location

My son was accepted to University of Illinois and went to visit the school. This location was perfect in the terms of location..it was very close to the airport and my sister said the neighbors were friendly and kind. Mainly professor's. The size was perfect for two people. The only negative was that my son felt it was a little dated in terms of decor and there was an odor coming from the upholstery. That's an easy fix with a professional company. I would stay here again.
