Enjoy your stay in Newport in the very clean and modern 1 bedroom and private bathroom. A wonderful location in walking distance to everything downtown!

We are always available to guests if they need anything. Checking is done on the app where you will find all the codes and directions to your unit. Please do not hesitate to ask for anything during your stay!

On historic Pelham st, walk to all the restaurants and bars in downtown Newport including the famous Black Pearl. Brick market is a few min walk if you want to go shopping and 1st beach is and easy 10 min on foot

Guests have access to their private bedroom and attached private bathroom. As an additional amenity for guests, there is a private office, professional fully stocked kitchen and dining area for guest use if desired.

In the summer, your in a great part of town to walk everywhere and not have to deal with traffic. But with your own parking space, its easy to drive to the mansions and get back into your room without having to look for spaces.

Felt like home

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house was very clean and everything was new. The room was spacious and inviting. We met some of the other guests during our stay and they couldn’t have been any nicer. Thanks Matt for such a great experience.

Super-clean, great location

Excellent location, parking and super clean!! Many things in the kitchen did not work. Mattress was very thin and on a piece of plywood. Was told by Matthew, in an email at booking, the room we booked, was a king bed. It was not. We emailed him at arrival, to ask if we were in the wrong room. No response to this date. (Home now 6 days)

Great stay

This was an amazing property right in the heart of downtown Newport. We walked to everything and were even able to bring our dog. Room was modern, clean and comfortable, with many amenities included! Would definitely stay again!
