Beautiful, 3 bedroom/3 bathroom with option studio(additional fee) in North Overton just .8 miles from TTU campus and Stadium. Ideally suited for 6 guests, Leather sofas and a 50" TV in living room, free wifi, 3 queen beds, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, cute/covered furnished patio with electric grills and 2 TV's for an enjoyable evening outside in the private fenced in yard. 1 dog under 20 pounds welcome, sorry no cats.

Great stay near Tech

Great stay and Deborah was great to work with. Beautifully decorated. Great location close to Tech and was perfect for us to stay while our son went to orientation.

AMAZING House!!!

After staying in more rentals than I can remember, this house tops them all!!! Great decor, location and cleanliness. Hosts were amazing with great communication. They had extras of anything we forgot (toothpaste!). With a short walking distance to Tech, the stadium, restaurants, bars, Starbucks…..you can’t go wrong. As you can tell, we loved this place and hope to be back!!!

We're from San Antonio. We both graduated from TTU in 1997. We have 2 girls and a boy and managed to get them all to attend TTU. We purchased this house and had it on VRBO for a short time, then all the kid lived in this house for a short time each (sometimes together). We're ready to share this home again with you all. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We absolutely love North Overton. It's close to campus, shopping, restaurants and bars. This house is super convenient to walk to football games!

What makes this property unique

With this house being a 3/3, everyone has their own bathrooms. Since we converted the garage, (if you chose to also rent that area also) it will give you a separate living area, queen bed, bathroom and kitchen. It will give you another area to hang out or if some wake up early, a place to hang out and let others sleep in....There is also a covered patio outside with 2 TV's, great for waking up and watching sports center or the news and having a cup of coffee.
