☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
Each bedroom has its own TV, comfy bedding, and is tastefully decorated to make you feel at home. On the first floor is a room with a king-sized bed and a lovely blue accent wall and colorful throws to match. The ensuite bathroom provides plenty of privacy.
There is another king-sized bedroom upstairs on the second floor with an ensuite bathroom and a large dresser so you can unpack your clothes and feel at home. You’ll find two double beds in the third bedroom and two sets of single bunk beds in the last bedroom, perfect for the kids in the family.

The bright bathrooms provide plenty of space for everyone to get ready. Each bathroom is stocked with two toilet paper rolls, a small soap, a small shampoo, and a conditioner to get you started! The first-floor bathroom is ensuite to the king bedroom and features a walk-in shower and a spacious double vanity. Head upstairs to the two other full bathrooms, each featuring a vanity and a shower/tub combination, so you can choose how you want to wash up after a day exploring the theme parks.
Need to keep your clothes clean? You’ll find an in-suite washer and dryer for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and stocked with everything you’ll need to create delicious meals during your vacation. Stay energized with a cup of coffee from the Keurig machine and enjoy it at the granite counter with seating for two. You’ll find a dish sponge, a paper towel roll, dish detergent, two to three dishwashing capsules, and three trash bags to get you started!
The stylish kitchen opens up to the modern dining area with a spacious white dining table. After dinner, relax in the elegant, air-conditioned lounge and stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV while you lounge on one of the two comfortable sofas. A game console is provided, perfect for the kids after a day at the theme parks. Traveling with your little ones? A pack n’ play, high chair, and stroller will be provided in the unit for your use.
The free wifi makes it easy for you to get some work done at the dining table before dinner.

Ideally located in the Lucaya Village Resort, you can enjoy access to the shared pool with a beach entry and hot tub. Lounge by the lake after playing some games with your group in the game room. Free secured parking is available on-site! There is also an EV charger. Guests can also enjoy the garden and barbecue facilities at Lucaya Village Resort. Drying cleaning services, and ironing services are also included.

No Security Deposit!
In lieu of a security deposit, all our reservations are covered with accidental insurance so you can relax and enjoy your vacation. Our Accidental Damage Insurance is included in your reservation (does not cover violations of house rules), and it will appear as “Management Fee” when you check out. You do NOT need to purchase the VRBO damage waiver at check out.

Check-In
Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.

Supplies
A starter pack of supplies will be provided for your arrival. This includes:
1 Dish sponge
1 Paper towel
1 Dish detergent
3 Extra trash bags
2 Rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
2 - 3 Dishwashing capsules
1 Small soap and shampoo/conditioner per bathroom

Access
As a guest, you will have access to the entire townhouse, including the five TVs, free wifi, the full kitchen, a game console, and washer/dryer. At the clubhouse there is an EV charger. You’ll also have access to several shared amenities at Lucaya Village Resort, including the lake, a lounge, a Jacuzzi, a game room, a fitness center, a kids’ play area with a multi-deck climbing frame, and more.

Housekeeping
There is no daily housekeeping service included in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

Food
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out. No supply of items such as condiments or Keurig coffee pods will be provided.

There are plenty of Lyft drivers available and costs $15 to get to a theme park, $30 to Orlando International Airport

2. No parties. Occupancy must remain with those in booking group. Additional guests must be approved by host, and total number must remain within established maximum occupancy.
