Large country house with private swimming pool and tennis court, 12 hectares

The property consists of 12 hectares of fields, 8 of which are devoted to an organic olive grove, and a large garden.

The house has on the ground floor a large living room and dining room opening onto a large open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a library lounge that can also be used as a bedroom, and a summer lounge that can also be used as a bedroom, as well as a large terrace on the garden level.

On the first floor: a small cinema room (which can seat 8 to 10 people), 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, and a living room that can be used as a bedroom (with a door to close it, like a bedroom).

This is a country house full of history, over 200 years old, and completely renovated. This is not a luxurious and contemporary villa, but an ideal country house for groups of friends or large families, wishing to meet in a green setting, in the hills, while being very close to the city and the sea.

The house is ideal for a stay of 1 to 26 guests. However, with an additional fee, it is possible to rent, in addition, a cottage (which can accommodate up to 10 guests), in the park.

The swimming pool (open from April to October) and the tennis court are for exclusive use.

(The swimming pool was renovated in 2022, with a new liner and the poolside terrace has been redone and enlarged. It is a 12m x 6m swimming pool with 2 different depth levels).

A very discreet and pleasant person occupies an independent apartment, and ensures that the swimming pool and the garden are properly maintained, while maintaining all the "privacy" of the customers at all times.

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay at the villa. Nikolaj and his treat went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly for us and our friends. A great place to stay for adults and kids alike. Would love to return another year.

Excellent stay

We all had a great stay at the villa. The hosts were very accommodating and even organised a dinner and wine tasting for us which were both fantastic. The villa itself had everything we needed and the pool was great and well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Holiday after daughter’s wedding

Great stay in the Italian countryside with friends

We had a great long weekend in this property with friends for a birthday celebration. The host was very helpful and communicative and helped us organise a wine tasting for the evening we arrived. The property had ample space for us and for the children in our group to play and explore. The rooms were tidy and well equipped. Would recommend.

Great house, a bit older than in the pictures but still a very nice place to stay for a week. Definetly recommended! Very nice and informative conversations ahead with Nik and during the stay Entiena and Lirim took care of anything that we needed.

We had a great time with 23 people in this house. Kitchen is well equipped. The owner and the caretaker are very friendly and are happy to help quickly. Pool and teen court are great employment opportunities

Lovely and well-situated house

We had an excellent stay early June 2014. The house, garden, pool and the surroundings all exceeded our expectations. We were 8 adults and 4 children and the only small remark we have is that there are only 4 real bedrooms in the house, plus one living room/tv room that can be used as a bedroom. However, given that the bedroom situation is clear we think it is hard to find a better stay in Marche.

Perfect place for family celebration

Lovely old Italian house with great big pool and tennis court. Very comfortable and all arrangements made clearly and easily with Nik who even arranged a piano for us. We were a family of 17 and there was lots of room for us all. Celestine and his family cooked for us on two evenings and the food was delicious. Clearing also ran a wine tasting for us which we loved. Lirim and Entiena showed us round and we’re there if we needed them. Lovely people and a lovely place

Amazing house

We were a group of 14 friends in our late 20s, and this house was perfect for us! Nik, Lirim, and the rest of the Belgatto team were incredible. They helped us get the best out of our stay, for example, arranging a wine tasting and delivering fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Beautiful house and surroundings with spacious rooms, olive and fig trees, and a refreshing pool. Walking distance to the sea and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful week in Belgatto 57!

Wonderful house for a big group of people! We spent the week together with 22 people, out of 12 were children between the age of 5 and 18. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful and functional place with relaxed and comfortable rules. Small details like soap in all the bathrooms and detergents for laundry were highly appreciated. Also the possibility for recycling was great. The tennis and fetherball rackets were well used, beautiful and quiet surrounding neighbourhood was nice to get to know by running. The host was discrete, kind and efficient. Fano is a beautiful and intresting small town with a nice distance from the house. If you want to make it even better, get the stairs to the tennis court fixed and arrange more and smaller (would fit better to the dishwasher!) normal drinking glasses to the kitchen! We can warmly recommend the place to anyone and would defenetely come again! T. Eeva and the finnish-catalan gang

Wonderful holiday in a great location

First of all, I want to thank Nik and his team for making our holidays a huge success! We were a big group of friends - families, couples and singles. It is not easy to find a holiday home for such a diverse group that meets all requirements. But the villa met them all! The facility is so generous that everyone has enough space to themselves. However, you also have enough large common areas to sit down and eat together. Even the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need - a rarity, even with more expensive holiday homes. The arrangements with Nik in advance were a dream. He was so helpful and gracious that the holiday was incredibly easy to organize. Furthermore, the team on site gave us great support and made our holiday unforgettable. One day we had a dinner with a chef, on another Nik organized a pasta cooking course for us - I totally recommend that, it was a real treat! The location of the house is great - beach, culture, nature, everything is close by. All in all, I can really recommend the house to everyone, an absolute hit! We will be back!

Gute Lage, sehr gute Betreuung vorort und online von nik.

gute lage nahe zum strand und fano, grosses Haus. Die Anlage leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Tennisplatz ausgehärtet und mit Rissen aber noch bespielbar. Grundsätzlich alles sauber jedoch die küchenutensilien Pfannen etc gehören dringend erneuert. Bäder okay , jedoch zumeist sehr klein und auch renovierbedarf. Betten super, haus hellhörig. Terrasse schön, Stühle und Tische gehören getauscht. pool gut gepflegt , jedoch auch dort nagt der Zahn der Zeit. Insgesamt ware es eine tolle Anlage aber es gehört einiges erneuert um in diesem preissegment vergleichbar zu werden.

Familienferien in Fano

Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt in Fano sehr genossen. Das Haus und der Garten sind super und haben unsere Erwartungen erfüllt, wenn nicht sogar übertroffen. Die Anlage war sauber und wurde von Lirim täglich sauber gehalten Lirim und seine Frau sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Tage mit Freunden

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, erholsamen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist nicht mehr ganz neu aber sehr gepflegt, sehr ruhig gelegen (Wir waren wirklich nur für uns und konnten auch nachts laut Musik hören) und zugleich doch nahe am Meer. Die Infrastruktur ist gut.

Vacanze in Famiglia 2024

Vom ersten Kontakt mit Nik, bis zum letzten Tag, fühlten wir uns willkommen und während des Aufenthalts wie zuhause. Nik ist ein außergewöhnlich freundlicher und entspannter Gastgeber, den wir gerne persönlich kennen gelernt hätten. Vertreten wird Nik durch seinen im Haus wohnenden, ebenfalls sehr freundlichen, stets gut gelaunten, Verwalter Lirin. Lirin, der jeden Morgen zwischen 08.00 u. 08.30 den Pool reinigt und ab und an die Pflanzen gießt, und seine Familie bemerkt man so gut wie gar nicht. Immer dezent im Hintergrund. Wenn man ihn braucht, ist er schnell verfügbar. Kam aber nicht vor. La „Casa“ und das wunderbare, weitläufige Areal, groß genug für allmorgendliche, genüssliche Spaziergänge, liegt auf einer Anhöhe nördlich Fano. Erreichbar über eine relativ enge, frisch asphaltierte Straße, was in der weiteren Umgebung viel zu selten vorkommt. La „Casa“ ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, normal bei einem alten Haus, aber absolut Lebenswert. Meine Frau und ich, als Erstankömmlinge, konnten die strahlenden Gesichter der nach und nach eintreffenden Familienmitglieder sehen. Die Begeisterung stand ihnen ins Gesicht geschrieben! Die große, moderne Küche und die nebenan ebenso moderne kleinere Küche, boten alles, was man braucht. Pool, Tennis und Tischtennis ausgiebig genutzt. Sightseeing vielfältig, Strand 2,5Km, bella Centro Storico Fano 4Km. Leider muss ich Schluss machen, da nur 1500 Zchn. Es war einfach ein toller 2Wo.-Urlaub! Grazie Nik!

Entspannter Urlaub in Bella Italia

Bereits vorab war die Kommunikation (schriftlich als auch telefonisch) mit Nik sehr freundlich, entspannt, bemüht und entgegenkommend. Kurz vor der Ankunft haben wir sogar ungefragt einen detaillierten Text mit ganzen vielen Infos und Tipps rund um die Villa sowie die Gegend erhalten. Auch vor Ort ging es genauso mit dem Supervisor Lirim, seiner Frau Entiena und deren kleinen Tochter weiter. Es sind super liebe, zuvorkommende, hilfsbereite Menschen, die im Hintergrund alles diskret für uns geregelt haben und bei Bedarf erreichbar waren. Die Villa selbst ist ein mit Charme eingerichtetes, sauberes Häuschen inmitten der Natur, welches mindestens so toll aussieht wie auf den Bildern in der Anzeige. Es ist wirklich wunderschön und eignet sich perfekt, um die Ruhe zu genießen als auch eine kleine Pool-Party zu schmeißen und sich zwischendurch beim Tennis oder Tischtennis spielen auszupowern. Ebenso haben wir gemütliche Koch- und Grillabende veranstaltet und diese mit einem Film oder Karaoke singen im Kino ausklingen lassen. Wir (eine befreundete neunköpfige Gruppe junger Erwachsener) haben jeden Tag unseres einwöchigen Aufenthaltes genossen und können diese Unterkunft daher absolut weiterempfehlen. Ancora mille grazie per tutto, Nik e Lirim e Entiena! :)

sehr grosszügig

Grösse und Umschwung des Hauses sind sehr grosszügig und in gutem Zustand. Wir waren mit 16 Leuten da, das Wetter war sosolala. Die grossen Wohnzimmer im EG haben aber guten Platz geboten für Essen, Spiele, Lesen und das Kino im ersten Stock war ein Highlight bei Regen. Die Kommunikation mit Nik ist angenehm, freundlich und sehr zeitnah. Wir haben das Haus und die Umgebung sehr genossen und werden es sicher weiterempfehlen. Top Haus!!

Eine wunderbare Location

Das Objekt ist sehr großzügig angelegt und bietet außen und innen sehr viel Platz (alles wie auf den Fotos), auch für viele Leute. Alles ist sauber, vorallem in den super ausgestatteten Küchen macht es Spaß zu arbeiten. Äußerst angenehm ist der Support durch den in einem Teil des Hause mit seiner Familie lebenden örtlichen Verwalter. Die Korrespondez mit dem Vermieter übertrifft alle Erwartungen, selbst individuelle Wünsche werden berücksichtigt und die Organisation eines Festessen für 30 Gäste war höchst professionell. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
