Calme et bien placé

Nous sommes arrivés très simple et grâce aux indications de Roberta. Nous avons pu profiter du calme de la maison et de son jardin avec Piscine pour nous rafraîchir après les visites de Pise, Florence et Cinque Terre qui sont à proximité.

Urlaub wie er sein soll

Das beste zuerst: Roberta ist die perfekte Gastgeberin. Nicht zu sehen, aber immer da, wenn man sie braucht, z.B. um neue Gläser zu besorgen oder beim Bezahlen eines Tickets zu helfen. Wohnung und Grundstück werden von den Bildern gut wiedergegeben. Die Klimaanlage war bei unserem Aufenthalt im August Gold wert. Das einzige, was man bemängeln könnte ist, dass man im Fall man möchte draußen essen einen etwas längeren Weg mit einigen Stufen aus der Küche hat. Das soll die sehr gute Bewertung aber nicht schmälern. Wir hatten die perfekte Woche.

Eine wunderbare Woche in der Toskana

Lovely stay

The property was beautiful and surrounded by gorgeous gardens. We comfortably fitted 7 adults although privacy was not completely possible due to one room being without a door and the mezzanine bedroom also being without a door. Thankfully this was not an issue for our party. Parking for two cars was also a bonus, as cars were a must for the property due to countryside location.Roberta and her husband were lovely, welcoming and extremely helpful with recommendations when asked. Would definitely stay here again.

Lucca ladies

The property was lovely. Our only issue was the stairs( we were 7 seniors). Wonderful modern kitchen. Le living room fit all of us comfortably the best thing about our stay was our host Roberta Traversa. She Was extraordinarily kind and went out of her way to make our stay memorable I highly recommend this listing

What a lovely place and wonderful owner!

We loved our stay here. The place was very clean, looked exactly like the photos and was very peaceful. Roberta is so kind and friendly, you’ll feel like old friends. She answered any questions I had quickly and made sure we had everything we needed as I couldn’t figure out the stove. She has the most beautiful roses outside to enjoy and the kitchen is well equipped to make meals. Don’t be surprised to see Roberta or her husband out working to upkeep the place. But they’ll never intrude and it was nice that they lived close enough if we had any issues. Roberta is full of good info, she even gave us the directions to the best grocery store! You’ll notice lots of artwork in the apartment to enjoy which gives it a cool vibe. She has great tastes. We were here for four nights and would definitely come back.

Wohnen im Grünen

Das Haus liegt ganz ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse mitten im Grünen.Man hat ein riesigen Garten mit großem Pool und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen und draußen. In ca. 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto im Stadtkern von Lucca und auch sonst ist es eine gute Basis für Ausflüge in die gesamte Toskana. Die Kommunikation mit Roberta lief einwandfrei und es war alles notwendige vorhanden. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!!

Great appartment with beautiful garden

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very friendly hosts and a great, well equipped and very spacy appartment. Cool Italien design interieur - the architecture combines historic elements of an old barn very nicely with modern parts. The garden is very large and beautiful with many different plants and nice spots of shade for hot summer days.

Superbe séjour proche de Lucca

Superbe séjour dans la région de Lucca. Maison au top, climatisée dans toutes les pièces , moustiquaires dans la pièce commune et salle de bain, grands espaces extérieurs, une grande piscine nettoyée tous les jours , profondeur idéale pour les enfants , et une propriétaire toujours dispo et de bons conseils ! Perfekt - so lässt es sich am besten ausdrücken. Das Haus und der Garten sind eine Augenweide und Roberta ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen oder für den Verbleib und Entspannen am großen Pool.

Aus der Beschreibung geht nicht hervor, dass die Zimmer nicht unbedingt Privatsphäre bieten. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat Milchglasscheiben anstatt einer Wand und grenzt direkt ans Wohnzimmer. Das Zimmer kann zum Wohnzimmer hin nicht abgedunkelt werden und die Schiebetür bietet auch keinen Schallschutz. Das Zimmer mit angrenzendem Bad ist ein eigenständiges Zimmer und auch die drei Betten in der Empore haben eine Tür dazwischen. Dann ist da in der Beschreibung noch ein "Zimmer" mit zwei Betten zu sehen, Dieses Zimmer hat nur einen Vorhang als Abtrennung, ist also nicht wirklich ein Zimmer. Ich schreibe das so ausführlich, weil wir nur zu dritt waren und dadurch ausreichend Privatsphäre und Platz hatten. Mit mehreren Familien würde ich das Objekt nicht buchen wollen bzw. nur mit sehr guten Freunden, wo es nichts ausmacht, wenn ein paar der Personen nur einen Schlafplatz und kein eigenes Zimmer haben. Für uns drei war es aber sehr schön, die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, ich habe nichts vermisst. Der Pool war sauber und wurde von den Vermietern täglich von Blättern befreit. Auch sonst wurde uns das Objekt sauber übergeben, bis auf einen Fleck auf einer Decke, der wohl in der Reinigung nicht rausgegangen ist. Punkte abgezogen habe ich, weil das Inserat den Eindruck von 4 komplett abschließbaren Zimmern vermittelt und das ist nicht der Fall.

A great place to stay

My partner, 4 kids and I all had a great week long break at this villa. It is a beautiful property, with excellent amenities (especially the pool and air-conditioning) in the stunning Tuscan countryside just outside (about 10 minutes drive) from Lucca. The owner Roberta is extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. We would highly recommend this place for a stay.

Wonderful well equipped house

We are just back from a week at this amazing place. One of the best holiday homes we have ever stayed in. Beautiful huge kitchen and the beds were so comfy. The pool was fantastic. Nothing too much girly l for Roberta, excellent host. Every. Super clean. We really hope to return.

Just a great place to be

We had a very pleasant stay at Robertas place. The house and its surroundings are very peaceful and quiet and still you are close to everything you need or want to explore. The pool area is awesome and the house itself offers lots of space with a really great equipped kitchen.

Beautiful Tuscan farm villa

What a great stay at this beautiful tuscan farm villa. Roberta was a wonderful host. More than enough room for the 4 of us, kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked, and the pool was wonderfully refreshing after a day of sightseeing. It is only 2 miles from the walls of Lucca so great location for exploring all of Tuscany. Thank you Roberta!

Super Urlaub mit der Familie

Wir waren insgesamt 8 Leute. 6 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (15 Jahre und 8 Jahre). Das Haus, vor allem die Küche war perfekt für uns. Gut ausgestattet, mit allem was wir benötigten. 3 Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage. Küche mit großem Tisch an dem alle Platz hatten, wenn wir drinnen essen wollten. Vor dem Haus auch ein großer Tisch mit 8 Stühlen, wenn wir uns Abends noch im Freien zum spielen zusammen setzten. Die meiste Zeit haben wir im und am Pool verbracht, der wirklich sehr groß ist. Ein Pavillon der Schatten spendet, unter dem ein Tisch und 4 Stühle stehen. 8 bequeme Sonnenliegen für Sonnenanbeter. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen durch einen Roboter gereinigt. Das Gelände ist ein Traum. Hat was von einem kleinen Paradies. Roberta und Renzo sind ein liebenswertes Paar, das zu jederzeit sofort da war, wenn wir fragen hatten, oder einen Dolmetscher zum reservieren eine Restaurants brauchten. Ansonsten waren sie höflich zurückhaltend und wir hatten zu jeder Zeit das Gefühl, alleine im und am Haus zu sein. Auch Fragen, die wir vor der Anreise hatten, wurden immer sofort von Roberta beantwortet. Toller Ausgangspunkt zu dem wunderschönen Städtchen Lucca und zu Pisa. Alles in allem also superschöne 12 Tage in der Toskana. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus und die Gastgeber zu 100% weiter und würden unseren Urlaub jederzeit wieder bei Roberta und Renzo verbringen. Heerlijk groot huis voor familie. 2 van de 4 slaapkamers zijn erg klein en hebben weinig privacy .

Heerlijk rustig gelegen met compleet ingericht groot huis, en fijn zwembad. Gastvrouw Roberta erg vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. . Kapotte wasmachine werd dezelfde dag( weekend) gerepareerd. Met groot gezin zeer geschikt, met meerdere volwassene toch iets minder ivm weinig privacy. Het heeft ons , 6 volwassen en 1 kind echter niet gehinderd. Minpuntje is dat de keuken op de 1e verdieping was. Veel gesjouw met spullen .Ontbijt deden wij daarom binnen, ook vanwege de hitte en de koelte v airco.

Ruhiges Paradies in der Nähe von Lucca

Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und ist umgeben von einem wunderschönen Garten und Feldern - die Nachbarn sind entweder weit weg oder nicht zu hören und zu sehen. Im Hof bietet ein überdachter Carport genug Platz für zwei Autos, nachts mit automatischer Beleuchtung. Auf demselben Grundstück leben auch die Vermieter, Renzo und Roberta, die mit freundlicher Zurückhaltung nur dann da sind, wenn man sie braucht. Das Haus ist eine ehemalige Scheune und behergt im Untergeschoss eine weitere kleinere Wohnung mit eigenem Pool. Die Anlage der beiden Wohnungen im Haus und auch die jeweiligen Garten- bzw. Poolareas sind so gestaltet, dass man zu jeder Zeit absolute Privatsphäre hat. Das von uns bewohnte Objekt gab uns zu jeder Zeit das Gefühl, ein gesamtes Haus für uns zu haben. Der Eingangsbereich ist ebenerdig, dort befindet sich auch der kleine schöne Weg zum Pool und eine Terrasse mit Grill. Zuerst betritt man einen Vorraum, der mit einem großen Esstisch ausgestattet und angenehm kühl ist. Nebenan befindet sich auch die Waschküche mit Maschine. Dann geht es die Treppen nach oben in das großzügige und luftgige Wohnzimmer. Auf dieser Ebene befinden sich auch die beiden Bäder und die beiden Hauptschlafzimmer (jeweils mit Himmelbetten von ca. 160cm Breite). Eines der beiden Hauptschlafzimmer ist direkt vom WoZi zugänglich und vefügt über Schiebetüren. Zum zweiten Zimmer geht man zunächst vom WoZi durch eine Tür, dann durch ein kleineres Schlafzimmer (mit zwei Einzelbetten) und wiederum durch eine Schiebetür. An diesem Hauptschlafzimmer angrenzend befindet sich eines der beiden Bäder. Oberhalb des kleineren Durchgangschlafzimmers mit den beiden Einzelbetten befindet sich eine Galerie, auf der noch einmal drei Einzelbetten stehen. Alle Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer verfügen über einzeln steuerbare, angenehm leise Klimaanlagen. Vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man über eine kleine Treppe schließlich in die große Küche, deren Ausstattung für uns sehr gut gepasst hat. Wie bereits oben geschrieben ist der Pool im Garten nach einigen Schritten erreichbar und bietet mit 7 Liegen, einem Tisch mit vier Stühlen und einem Sonnenpavillon viel Platz. Der Pool selbst ist ausreichend groß für die ganze Familie und auf der gesamten Fläche ca. 120 cm tief. Mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar ist der sehr gut sortierte Supermarkt (Esselunga) und einige tolle Restaurants, die Roberta uns empfohlen hat. Für uns war dieses Haus und der Garten das Paradies auf Erden. DANKE!
