Home Highlights:

- Sandpiper Linen Program Participant: All linen, bedding and bath, are the highest quality. 450 thread count sheets for each bed and oversized towels in each bathroom are provided.
-Up to 2 Wrist Bands TOTAL for private beach access (per Seaside guidelines they will not provide us with more bands than the home
sleeps)

Home Details: Following Seas features a bright, light coastal décor throughout and offers an ideal hideaway for a couple or even a small family. The first floor offers a queen bed, mounted flat screen TV and plenty of storage space for all your things. An updated tiled bath with full tub/shower completes the downstairs. Tucked behind a privacy screen, a spiral staircase rises to the second floor living area. Relax in the living area upstairs and enjoy the spectacular Seaside views from windows on all sides, or enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the private balcony. A well-equipped galley kitchen (refrigerator, burners, dishwasher and counter top small oven) and a table for two complete the second level.

Following Seas is the cozy guest cottage to Fair Winds. Tucked away down one of Seaside’s classic sandy paths, this one-bedroom cottage is directly across the street from the beach, and two short blocks from the shops and restaurants of Central Square. Sitting areas and an enclosed outside shower surround Following Seas and are perfect after a long day at the beach, while trees provide shade and privacy from the street and the adjoining main cottage, Fair Winds.

Great weekend
Property was perfect for a couple. The beach access was super close and so easy to walk to. Also, a short walk (2 streets) from seaside was an added plus. Would definitely stay again!! Highly recommend!

Perfect Spot for Couples
We LOVED our time at Following Seas. Its strengths are excellent owner communication, convenience, ease, location, a great little kitchen, and quant charm. So incredibly close to beach access (literally steps away) and the heart of Seaside. We brought our own bikes but ended using their great bikes that were provided. My only area where I see improvement is the bedding and mattress. We didn’t have the best nights of sleep. Next time I will bring my own pillows and a cozy blanket. However, if they got a slightly larger bed with a great mattress, I would be hooked for life at this cozy place. I do hope to return!

Loved it all. My only wish was that the code to house, beach access code, and bike code was all together in one text as well as sitting in plain sight once entering house. Those are the 3 most important things. I'll do my research better next time, regardless and have them written down ahead of time.

This location is great! Only a short walk to the beach or Seaside town square. It is a small space but fine for two adults. The upstairs living area was great but a bit hot though there is a fan, the downstairs area was nice and cool. The bed was comfortable even so being heavily pregnant myself. The amenities were great and check in process was easy. I would definitely recommend this property!

Lovely getaway for two.
Perfect accommodation for two, wonderful location and good bikes! Surprisingly quiet at night as well and plenty to do. Loved morning yoga in the pavilion and riding the cruiser bikes east and west to see the parks and little towns along 30A. The state parks were pretty and very quiet.

We absolutely loved this rental! Our first time staying right in Seaside after many years of staying on 30A. Loved being right across the street from the beach access. This little rental was perfect for my husband and I and we would rent again.

This is a wonderful little bungalow in the perfect spot. Maybe 100 steps to the beach, two blocks from the center of Seaside. It was perfect! Cool spiral staircase and very comfortable bad. We'll probably be back!

Worth it!
The property is small, but it has all that you need for a quick getaway with your better half. Very near to beach access and main square. TV doesn't work, or...it does not connect to the internet...so not a big deal, you will enjoy the accomdations and the surrondings.

June 2022 Seaside Trip
This property was great for my wife and I. You cannot beat the location. Savannah pavilion with private beach access is right across the street and the Seaside Guest wrist bands that come with property give you access to it. You can bring your own beach chairs and umbrella to the beach and set up in the Seaside residents area which the Cabanna Man rentals has to leave open, meaning you can get front row seats no problem without paying the overpriced rental options. It’s a 5 minute walk to the downtown Seaside area as well as the Seaside Adult pool. Only downside to the property is that it only had a mini-ironing board that was rotted and stained, as well as a cheap iron to go with it. When vacationing in Seaside and the nice surrounding areas you would expect to be able to iron a shirt before dinner and the set provided could certainly use an update. For the cost of a rental in this area, I would expect this to be included, clean, and in good working condition. Overall great, and would stay here again.

This cottage was 400 feet north of the Gulf, 500 feet south of two pools (one adult and one family) and a short walk from shopping, great restaurants and everything else you would want. We’ll be back.

Cute place, but still very unhappy with the holes in the bottom of the doors. They were big, totally unacceptable. Overall, clean and great location. Bed was comfy and the fridge was big. We had a great time, but PLEASE fix those holes in the doors. Also, if you can’t find a replacement door it would be a great place for a washer and dryer.
