This bright and sunny townhouse, with breathtaking ocean views is located in the heart of Salisbury Beach and just steps away from some of Salisbury's best restaurants and attractions.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 3PM and check-out is any time before 10AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

Step out your back door directly onto the sands of our private beach-yard.

BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 7 guests in 4 beds and one sleeper sofa. See bed count below:

-Bedroom 1: 1 Queen (sleeps 2)
-Bedroom 2: 1 twin (sleeps 1), 1 twin bunk-bed (sleeps 2)
-Common areas: 1 sleeper sofa (sleeps 2)

BATHROOM: Bathroom stocked with toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and towels also included.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans glassware and cutlery set and has a full line of appliances (blender, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, more)

DINING: The focal point of the living space is the dining table situated in front of a large window overlooking the ocean.

OUTDOOR SPACE: Patio overlooking the ocean with adirondack chairs. The Beach-yard has plenty of outdoor lounging furniture, direct access to salisbury beach, one grill for each unit, beach games, fire-pit.

PARKING: 2 off-street parking spaces are provided (location of parking spaces noted in guestbook).

Guests have full access to the townhouse and all outdoor areas.

I do not live nearby, however I am always available by text, phone or email and am happy to help, any way I can, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests!

Great Location

The house needs to be updated but otherwise it was nice to be oceanfront. Near Maine and NH and Newburyport which we love. Near some really good restaurants. Very nice getaway.

Great beachfront location

We booked this property due to the beachfront location and the fenced in backyard. This was amazing for traveling with small children. The house has everything you need. Yes, floors are a bit uneven but it is an old beach house and doesn't affect the stay at all. The decor was very nice. Kitchen is well stocked. Best part was Kevin. He responded quickly to resolve any issues (that were all minor).

Ocean almost at your doorstep

Beautiful views of ocean. Large private play area fenced. Gate to beach. Comfortable deck with umbrella. Home equipped with all you need. Owner pleasant to your needs, and ready to help any problem. I stayed an extra week it was so enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Beach house

This was a great place for a weekend stay. Short walk down to the boardwalk. Beach is right there. House had everything we needed. Downfalls- the yard was very unappealing. There was weeds everywhere and metal in the sand. It would take someone 20 minutes to clean it up to make it look better. There was only one roll of toilet paper for 6 people for a weekend. It stayed there is stuff to do a load of laundry but there was not. I had messaged the owner 6 weeks prior to our stay about a longer stay and he responded days before our stay. Overall for a weekend this was a great place.

Beautiful location for a crooked old man in a crooked old house

The property is perfectly located right on the beach close to many amenities and the boardwalk. Getting there is easy and check-in was fine. There is a tilt to the floor, sleeping in a tilted bed and walking up tilted stairs is an entirely new experience! Unfortunately, the house has not been cared for, 2 doors were falling off the hinges when we got there (front door and bathroom). Two of the three grills are broken so all 3 units have to share the working one. There were 4 propane tanks and all of them were empty. House rules say to go fill a tank and send him the receipt to be reimbursed. I did that and he never bothered to reimburse me. Also, I never got a refund for the security deposit. I tried reaching out to the owner but he didn't respond.

Fantastic Beach front location

The property itself is right on the beach and far enough away from the main Salisbury beach that you get a private/semi-private beach feeling. There's also no beach access for anyone else from the street. The upstairs bedroom/bathrooms are tight, but you're there for the beach and surrounding towns so it wasn't an issue for us. Plus the master looks over the ocean, big plus. I had thought there were 2 units in this house, there are 3. We got extremely lucky with the two other families, who also brought their dogs. You share the beach yard which is fenced, and each unit has their own grill. Overall, the family had an amazing time!

Expected more

While the location right on the beach is wonderful, there were a lot of things that need to be addressed before I would ever come back here. There was no parking pass (apparently the previous renters took it with them), but no one had bothered to check. Right when we pulled up the trash cans were sitting out front, lids open, smelling of rotting fish, covered in maggots. Not a great welcome. Then a lot of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty, so we had to wash all the dishes before we could use anything. Additionally there were stains on a lot of the surfaces (nightstands, tables). There was no gas in the grill when we arrived so we didn't end up being able to use it. The whole place just felt dingy, and like it was falling apart with the thinnest walls known to man. Was VERY disappointed for the price we paid. The outside area is very nice, right on the beach, so you can hear the waves at night.

I can’t even describe what this weekend has meant to all of us.

Amazing. Absolutely amazing. This was by far the best weekend vacation ever. The booking was smooth. The detailed explanation of the house was on point. Kevin returned any message almost immediately. The house was super cute.

On the beach

The property is right on the beach with a fenced in area for dogs. Hearing and seeing ocean immediately relaxes you. Driveway is quite tight and can only be used to unload. Parking space couldn't fit two trucks unfortunately but this time of year it was fine. Upstairs second bedroom and hallway is very tight. We did enjoy deck and firepit on sand

BeachHaus lives up to name

We had a wonderful time at BeachHaus! It came as advertised.. The house came with everything that you could imagine that you would need for a beach stay amd communication with the caretaker Kevin was great. We would recommend this house to our friends .

Great Beach

Had a great time at the beach. We rented two units for my parents and my family, and it worked out great. The beach yard was excellent for my 3 and 5 year old and our dog. And just on the other side of the yard is the beach!! The beds are very comfy and we didn't feel cramped. The whole family had fun. Kevin was great, very responsive. Definitely recommend staying at the beachhaus!

Relaxing

We had a very relaxing time at Beachhaus. We especially enjoyed the easy walk to Salisbury Beach center and watching the waves on the oceanfront deck.

Weekend getaway

The property was fantastic! Owner was friendly and helpful and everything was easy as could be. Everyone from adults to kids to dogs had a wonderful time! Nothing beats walking into the backyard with tors in the sand.
