Bormes-les-Mimosas

Das Ferienhaus, in dem wir die beiden Pfingstferienwochen 2024 verbracht haben, war sehr angenehm. Bei den "Maisons de Pierre" handelt es sich um ein Doppelhaus. Ein größeres, das etas näher am Pool liegt und ein kleineres. Das Wohnhaus der Eigentümer befindet sich ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück und liegt dem Pool am nächsten. Das Gastgeberehepaar ist überaus charmant und hilfsbereit. Fragen konnten wir jederzeit stellen. Der Austausch war angenehm unkompliziert. Angenehm ist auch, dass Bäckerei und weitere Lebensmittelgeschäfte fußläufig keine zehn Minuten enfernt liegen. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto 10 bis 15 Minuten - je nach Verkehrsaufkommen. Wir haben erholsame Tage im Ferienhaus in Bormes-les-Mimosas verbracht und können es empfehlen.

Site idyllique malgré quelques réserves

1 - l'appartement est sensé être équipé en wifi, mais le hic est que celle-ci est seulement accessible dans le jardin côté propriétaire (jardin dont nous pouvions disposer, il est vrai) 2 - Nous découvrons la veille de notre départ que, malgré le prix élevé de la location, le ménage (50€) n'est pas inclus dans celui-ci. Il n'est pas non plus mentionné sur le devis;

2 weeks on the French Riviera

Lovely small house with a secluded garden and a beautiful swimming pool and very friendly and helpful owners on site. Convenient for local shops and all the amenities of Bormes-les-Mimosas and Le Lavandou.

Beautiful house & garden

Pierre and Claudia were very welcoming and on hand should you have any problems and ready to help. Local shops and amenities 5 min walk. Lovely clean, well equipped and comfortable, air conditioned house with use of shared salt water swimming pool and beautifully kept garden. We enjoyed our time staying at the house and exploring the area by car. Many thanks for your hospitality.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines chez Claudia et Pierre, tout a été parfait. La maison est très bien équipée et très propre, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et avons adoré ce séjour, au calme et dans un bel endroit. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir et ne pouvons que recommander ce magnifique lieu et ces adorables propriétaires !

Très beau séjour à Bormes

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa pleinement conforme à la description et aux photos. Les propriétaires sont charmants et pleins de bons conseils sur la région. Le jardin est très agréable, bien arboré et la piscine est parfaite avec des enfants. La maison est comme neuve et bien équipée, les chambres à l’étage très confortables et la cuisine bien équipée. La localisation est parfaite avec commerces à proximité et les plus belles plages de la région ne sont qu’à une dizaine de minutes en voiture. Nous reviendrons!

Toller Urlaub in herrlicher Unterkunft!

Zu Dritt haben wir Ende August/Anfang September zwei wundervolle Wochen im Ferienhaus verbringen dürfen. Die Unterkunft hat alle unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Sie bietet alles um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu genießen. Der gepflegte Garten und Pool laden zum Verweilen ein und ergänzen das schöne Domizil. Bäckerei, Metzgerei und kleiner Supermarkt befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank an Claudia und Pierre! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Eine traumhafte Oase an der Côte d'Azur

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen mit unseren drei Kindern im Ferienhaus von Claudia und Jacques verbracht. Haus und Garten sind besonders liebevoll angelegt und gepflegt und bieten alles, was man für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub braucht. Unsere Kinder haben besonders das Baden im Pool genossen. Bäckerei, Metzgerei und Supermarkt sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Für Familien mit Kindern absolut empfehlenswert! Nicht zuletzt aber haben die Vermieter Claudia und Jacques durch ihre besondere Freundlichkeit und Warmherzigkeit diesen Urlaub für uns unvergesslich gemacht. 20/20!!!

C'est la quatrième fois que nous venons chez Claudia et Jacques, et c'est toujours un bonheur!!! La maison est propre, confortable, décorée avec goût, et l'on se sent vite chez soi. Sur la terrasse, avec vue sur les magnifiques jardin et piscine, on prend son petit-déjeuner avec délice, sous le soleil printannier... Puis journée à la plage, celles de Bormes sont parmi les plus belles de la Côte d'Azur! Et le soir, pour un diner au bord de la mer, direction le Bistr'eau Ryon à Saint Clair, excellent restaurant conseillé par les propriétaires! Nous y avons mangé ensemble cette année, quelle bonne soirée! Nous reviendrons avec un très grand plaisir pour une cinquième location!!!

Es war ein toller Urlaub und wir können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir durften ein wunderschönes Osterfest bei frühlingshaften Temperaturen im Ferienhaus verleben. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, renoviert und sauber. Der PKW kann auf dem großzügigen Grundstück geparkt werden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und halten das Ferienhaus und den Garten in einem top Zustand. Besonders gut hat uns auch die Lage des Ferienhauses gefallen. Man kann zu Fuß die notwendigen Einkäufe erledigen, so ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, toller Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke, Restaurants und ein Pub ganz in der Nähe zu finden. Das Städtchen Bormes les Mimosas ist sehr schön und bietet auch einen tollen Ausgangspunkt für Touren nach St. Tropez, Hyerez und zu verschieden Stränden. Es war ein toller Urlaub und wir können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Claudia, Johanna, Lars & Sven

wunderschöner Garten und toller Pool

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) haben 2 Wochen dort verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wirklich schön, gepflegt und gut aufgeteilt. Zudem ist es perfekt ausgestattet- es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben den Außengrill oft genutzt. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympatisch und diskret. Wir kommen wieder....

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir haben bereits zum zweiten Mal unseren Sommerurlaub in der "Villa Grenade" verbracht und waren wieder begeistert über die Gesamtanlage des Hauses mit dem wundervollen Garten und dem fantastischen Pool, der insbesondere auch für unsere zwei Kinder eine ganz wichtige Einrichtung ist und vom Besitzer jeden Tag gereinigt wird. Das Haus ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sauber und individuell zu klimatisieren, wichtig für einen wirklich erholsamen Schlaf, auch wenn es draußen sehr warm ist. Das Fahrzeug kann auf dem Grundstück, durch ein Tor gut gesichert, geparkt werden. Die Besitzer wohnen ebenfalls auf dem weitläufigen Grundstück, auf der anderen Seite des Pools; sie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, stehen zur Verfügung wenn man sie braucht, halten sich ansonsten jedoch eher im Hintergrund. Wir planen fest ein, dieses Haus auch in weiteren Jahren zu buchen.

Une Excellente adresse

C'est avec un grand plaisir que nous avons retrouvé une nouvelle fois la maison de Claudia et Jacques. Elle est toujours impeccable de propreté, très bien équipée, le jardin et la piscine toujours aussi magnifiques, très bien entretenus. Bref une location à retenir les yeux fermés pour des vacances en famille, au calme et pour se reposer. Les propriétaires mettent tout leur cœur pour le bien être de leurs locataires. La région reste une destination incontournable avec des activités et des visites pour toutes la famille, petits et grands. Une excellente adresse !!!!!

A great place to stay

We had a wonderful time staying in Jacques and Claudia's house. They were both so warm and welcoming. They were helpful in advising us how to make the most of our visit and even drove us to the harbour in Le Lavendou to buy fresh fish for supper. The house was perfect and accurate to the description, very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed BBQ's and the lovely terrace to enjoy our meals. The garden is very private with a beautiful swimming pool. Local shops and cafe in walking distance, a great restaurant for a special meal (La Rastegue) and wonderful unspoiled scenery and beaches a short drive away. We certainly recommend staying here and look forward to our next visit.

UN COIN DE PARADIS VERDOYANT ET PAISIBLE

Nous avons savouré notre séjour dans notre maison tout confort, très propre et parfaitement équipée. Nous avons apprécié les repas sur la terrasse privative et le jardin fleuri, la présence et l'attention de Claudia, toujours soucieuse de notre bien-être. La piscine est un bonheur, tout comme l'ensemble des aménagements du jardin. L'endroit nous manque déjà, nous sommes partis le cœur serré en promettant de revenir bientôt. Merci pour tout !

Tous simplement superbe !

Pour un premier séjour sur Bormes, c'est une réussite. La location est bien située, à proximité des commerces et du marché où l'on va à pieds. La propriétaire est très sympa et aux petits soins pour ses locataires tout en restant discrète. Le jardin est très beau et, en tant que passionnés, nous avons retrouvé dans ce lieu les petits détails de plantations qui en font cette réussite paysagère. Le lieu est calme et l'on oublie totalement la présence d'une location voisine située à l'opposé du bâtiment. Pour les passionnés de vélo, le coin est parfait et une piste cyclable longe la côte. Location à recommander

Une adresse à ne pas manquer !!!

Un grand merci une nouvelle fois à Claudia et Jacques de nous faire partager leur havre de paix. Comme chaque année, nous trouvons une maison et un parc impeccables, une superbe piscine aux abords joliment fleuris, qui permettent de passer des vacances reposantes en famille. Cette location est idéalement située avec de nombreux commerces à proximité. Elle est d’un excellent rapport qualité/prix ce qui est rare dans cette région… Une mention particulière aux propriétaires, accueillants, discrets et attentionnés, que nous avons plaisir à retrouver chaque année. La région est tout simplement magnifique avec de nombreuses balades et visites à faire au gré des goûts de chacun : superbes plages, randonnées, villages et édifices pittoresques (Gassin, Saint-Tropez, abbaye du Thoronet,…). Nous avons hâte de retrouver l’année prochaine ce petit coin de paradis…

A great base for a relaxing holiday

Claudia and Pierre were very warm and welcoming hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. The property is as described and is simply furnished, very clean and well designed to offer privacy within the main garden. The gardens are beautiful and we enjoyed the outside space and using the pool. It was a great base for exploring the area, with shops within walking distance as well as the old part of Bormes, which was very picturesque. Easy to access lovely local beaches and other attractions by car. Many thanks for your hospitality!
