Great place!
We make regular trips to Scottsdale for medical care but usually stay in hotels. Decided to try a short term rental this trip and wow were we glad we did! Such a nice, homey, comfortable, and well appointed place with a great backyard. The host was very responsive and great. Highly recommend!

We’ve had to stay in many places in Phoenix and Scottsdale over the last year and this by far has been the best place we’ve stayed. Had everything and more that you could possibly need. All communication was excellent. Comfortable, clean and very comfortable. We highly recommend this home.

Perfect place to relax
The backyard is great! The pool was refreshing and beautiful. Bedrooms had plenty of room and were comfortable. The garage is not part of the rental but there is plenty of parking outside. The contact was very responsive and friendly to work with. I did send a list of things that could make the place better, and he was very grateful for that type of feedback. The location is quite, and has easy access to major highways in the area. I definitely would stay there again!

Ladies trip to Final Four
House was as advertised exactly. Clean and roomy. Lots of space to sit inside and lit. Hot tub was perfect. We didn’t use the pool due to it being a bit chilly but it was clean and has seating and nice big beach towels. Beds were very comfortable. 3 ful bathrooms was very nice. Our only regret was we weee too far out feom most places we wanted to go so had to Uber a lot but the cost of the VRBO was better than those more centrally located almost all evened out. Would recommend

Property was just as listed. very easy to get settled. Very comfortable beds, just like home! no nights without sleep missing our own bed. Host checked in at end of first week any needs or problems all was good! Only note when we went for a walk each morning noted yards signs against short term rentals. we came to work remotely in the sunshine and enjoy some afternoons off. Perfect spot! Great recommendations in host book for restaurants very much enjoyed Dominick's Steak house!!! and several others.

Great Week in Scottsdale
Five adults from Canada, we had a great week in mid-February for golf, hiking, shopping in the warm Arizona sun. Still pretty chilly nights, the pool was too cold to use, but with the table heater eating out on the back deck was great. Used the fire pit - lovely to sit around with a glass of wine. The house was comfortable and well-stocked, beds and bedding comfortable, kitchen great for home meals. The traffic in Scottsdale wasn’t bad at all, shopping is convenient, lots of nearby restaurants, but every time we come to Phoenix we do find it very spread out and car-centric. Lots of great parks, we loved the McDowell Nature Reserve for a longer hike up off the valley floor. And golf … so nice … in February! If you like hot weather wait a little later into Spring but we found it perfect with afternoons just into the mid-70’s. Really good trip and a great house to stay in.

This stay and house was a disappointment. The location of the house in the neighborhood felt unsafe and the garage was locked so we could not park our car in the garage. There were very few towels and they were all very thin, old and dingy smelling. I had to wash all of them before using. The kitchen was dirty and unorganized. We had to wash all the dishes before using and couldn’t find the basic necessities in the kitchen. All of the kitchen cabinets were messy (pans and bowls just thrown in the cabinets). The floors were left dirty and the fridge and pantry had old food left from others.. the beds were uncomfortable. The queen bed especially had dents and very uncomfortable. The sheets and pillows were old. We didn’t use the backyard because all patio furniture was dingy and dirty. There were cobwebs on the furniture and old toys left all over the backyard. I would not stay again or recommend this home. It was more work than a vacation and home away from home!

Beds were comfy, house was clean, and the backyard was beautiful. I also liked how close the house was to a park so I could get a quick run in while on vacation. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

The property was comfortable, convenient, & well situated for what we needed. The beds were very comfortable & the house was clean. We would have like to have used the pool but the water was simply too cold. We also would have loved to use the fire pit but couldn’t locate anything to light it (we were too tired after a busy day to make a run for fire pit supplies). Overall, the property met our needs for our weekend in AZ. The host was very accommodating & was able to allow us to check in a little early as well!!

Really nice property
My wife and I stayed at this property for 9 days and my daughter and her husband joined us for 3 of those days. The house is very clean and well appointed. It is set up for entertaining and the furniture and bathrooms are all great. The house is in a nice neighborhood and located to anything you could need. The pool and hot tub are in great condition though the water was a bit too cold in March for us to use much. Tyler was easy to work with and I recommend the property

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The property features a putting green, a private swimming pool (not heated) surrounded by desert landscaping, a jacuzzi tub for a relaxing soak, an outdoor wood-burning fire pit, and an entertaining kitchen. There are also several outdoor heaters for cooler nights! Netflix and Roku available for easy access on the 4 TVs throughout the home, including an Outdoor TV and 75-inch LED TV in the Living Room, 70 inch in the master bedroom, 55inch in the backyard, and a 37 inch in the second bedroom. Surround sound Sonos system including PlayBar, You won't find a better home audio system. Board games, cards, puzzles, and more. You will never want to leave!

What makes this property unique

Less than a mile drive (12-15 minute walk) to Safeway grocery, liquor and pharmacy. 5 minute drive to all the hot spots in Kierland. Golf, restaurants, lounges, and shopping, are all close-by. 10 minutes to TPC Scottsdale (Waste Management Open) and Scottsdale airport. 20 minutes to Old Town and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Uber and Lyft always available and typically arrive within 5-10 minutes.
