Ganz liebe Vermieter....

Willkommens-Frühstücks-Korb war sehr nette Geste - als eines morgens der Betonlaster zum Nachbarhaus kommen musste wurden wir vorgewarnt und fanden am entsprechenden Morgen eine Bäckertüte mit Baguette und Crossants auf dem Fensterbrett - bei einer (kleinen) Reklamation wurde sofort gehandelt - merci á Valérie und Patrick

Une belle maison pour de bonnes vacances

La maison est top. Propre, fonctionnelle et bien située sur l'île. Tout est parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le panier d'accueil est très appréciable ☺️ et la propriétaire est très gentille et disponible. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

Très bon séjour

Valerie nous a très bien accueilli, sans être trop longue ce qui est appréciable après la route. La maison est très bien et bien équipée. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Rien à redire sur la propreté de la maison et de la vaisselle.

Allez y les yeux fermés !

Les photos et le description de la maison sont tres fidèles. Cette location est extrêmement bien située a 10 mn de la plage et des commerces, dans le bourg de l'Epine qui est central et très calme. Mme Vincendeau nous a gentiment accueillies et nous a prodigué de tres bons conseils pour notre séjour sur l'île. Je recommande définitivement cette location. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Très beau logement neuf, bien situé. On peut tout faire à vélo. C'est super. Il ne manque rien et panier petit déjeuner était bien appréciable. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Madame Vincendeau est très sympathique.

Des vacances idéales en bord de mer !

La maison de L'épine est située dans un endroit calme à 300m de la mer dans une rue peu fréquentée. C'est la base idéale pour des vacances sur l'île de Noirmoutier et ses environs. La maison est spacieuse avec un jardin pratique, parfaitement entretenue et avec tout le confort. Nous reviendrons certainement !

Logement très confortable

La maison Chloé que nous avons louée est très confortable, extrêmement bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Valérie nous a apporté toutes les précisions nécessaires pour faciliter notre arrivée et la communication a été très facile pendant notre séjour. Location parfaite !

Auf der Insel

Das Fereinhaus war gut ausgestattet, es war alles da was man so brauchte. Die Läden zur Deckung des täglichen Bedarfs waren alle in der Nähe. Zum nächsten Strand 7 bis 10 min zu Fuß oder 5 min mit dem Velo. Bei größeren Einkäufen mußte man mit dem Auto fahren. Den kleinen Garten haben wir abends nicht nutzen können, da man sonst von Mücken zerstochen worden wäre. Es war eine runde Sache, gerne wieder.

Très bon séjour

Bien située , proche des plages et dans un quartier calme, maisonnette propre et accueillante avec petit jardin et terrasse. Des petits plus comme le premier petit déjeuner, un fond de cuisine et des produits d’entretien fournis sont appréciés.

location parfaite

conception propreté aspect pratique situation et surtout qualité de l'accueil , tout était parfait; que des compliments à faire aux propriétaires qui sont à l'écoute des personnes qu'ils accueillent vraiment; nous y reviendrons surement s'il reste de la place à la date de nos futures vacances car avec toutes ces qualités les places sont vite prises

Tolles Ferienhaus am Atlantik….

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, fußläufig zu einem schönen Strand. Vor Ort gibt es auch nette Restaurants, einen Bäcker und einen Supermarkt. Das Haus ist aus unserer Sicht perfekt: sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und ausreichend groß (große Küche mit großem Esstisch). Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Empfehlung: Mietfahrräder sollte man vorab reservieren!!!!! Die Insel kann man hiermit toll „erfahren“. Valerie ist eine sehr nette und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin! Kompliment für das Häuserensemble!!!!!!
