Villa Cassandra is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa located near the idyllic Mediterranean coastline of Javea. The private one level villa, flows beautifully. It has pretty gardens, the pool taking centre stage with plenty of space around it to relax and enjoy your holiday in the sun. Shaded al fresco dining and seating areas along with BBQ facilities making it the perfect relaxing choice. English and Spanish TV options, with free wifi and A/C's throughout the property.

Entrance

Entrance to the private grounds are through double gates onto off road parking. From the parking there are 5 steps up to the front door which opens up into the dining/lounge area.

Outside

There are 4 steps up from the 1st terrace up to the poolside terrace.
Outside terraces, seating areas and pathways are very well lit at night, with pool lights and additional green spot lighting creating a fabulous ambience.
At the side of the property is a utility room where the washing machine is located. A few steps from this is a conveniently situated rotary washing line.

Pool

The pool is heated outside the months of July and August running periodically to raise the water temperature a few degrees to enhance your enjoyment. The pool has a very gradual gradient.
The pool size is 27ft x 14ft.

Living area and Kitchen

The homely, open plan L-shaped lounge/dining area has a traditional wood beamed ceiling, a feature fireplace and sunlight comes through the bay windows, which overlook the terrace. There are 2 comfortable sofas facing the flat screen TV.
The dining area seats 6 and is adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen is perfectly located for inside or outside dining and is fully equipped for preparing those delicious Spanish meals.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

A stunning Spanish stone arch leads into a hallway which accommodates the 3 bedrooms. There is a Master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with a separate family bathroom. All bedrooms are well furnished with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Perfect to retreat for some cool down chill time!
