##Space

Mythical heritage of Cannes, this modern and friendly apartment is the ideal place for your professional stay.
The famous dancer Rosella High Tower made this place steeped in History, creating this wonderful place as the greatest Dance Academy of the last century.

It is composed as follows:

- A spacious entrance with storage

- A Living-room with sofas, TV, coffee table, access to the balcony.

- The living-room also has a sleeping area with a retractable bed (140x200 cm) for 2 people.

- An open and fully equipped Kitchen: microwave machine, oven, washing machine, coffee machine (Nespresso capsule) + filter coffee machine, kettle, blender, dishes, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plates cooking, 3 fridges with freezer compartment each.

- The kitchen has a dining room giving access to a balcony. On this balcony a relaxation area with a table for 2 people and a drying rack for your laundry are available.

- Independent toilets are accessible from the corridor connecting the living room to the back of the apartment.

- From this same corridor, you have access to a room equiped with a table for 6 people which can be used as a meeting space during your business trips, as well as a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

- A calm and big double bed room.

- The sleeping area on the first floor is composed of 3 rooms wih door that gives access to:
- The bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a wardrobe for your belongings and a fan. The bedroom overlooks the balcony (balcony communicating with the kitchen).
- A storage area with household utensils including a vacuum cleaner
- The bathroom with double sink, bathtub, large mirror and hair dryer

The apartment is very well maintained and has a good WIFI connexion.

A parking space is included in the rental, in the parking area of the residence. Secure area under CCTV.

## Access

Travelers have access to the entire accommodation except for a small closet in the living room where personal belongings are stored.

The apartment is managed by a professional company BnB Renting based in Antibes and Cannes, which will be in charge of welcoming you and helping you throughout your stay.

Arrivals are made between 4 p.m. and 11 p.m. Please give us a precise arrival time no later than the day before your arrival so that someone can come on site to give you the keys and show you the accommodation.

## Neighborhood

This beautiful Duplex is located in the famous Mansion "Gallia", one of the six mythical Grand Palaces of the city of Cannes, on the Montfleury Hill.
Known for its calm and its superb private park, the Gallia residence is surrounded by a sports complex accessible to all (municipal park with municipal swimming pool, tennis club with clay courts).

## Transit

The apartment is located near by the famous Boulevard de la Croisette and the "Palais Des Festivals". A 10 minutes walk will get you to the beach, the Casino "Les Princes", the Palais des Festivals, high quality restaurants, shops and 10 minutes from the Gambetta fruit and vegetable market.

Everything is within walking distance. Placed in a chic residential area, you will be able to stroll through the magnificent Parc Montfleury or enjoy the effervescence of the shops of Cannes throught Rue d'Antibes. You can also do your shopping quickly from the supermarket open 24/7 located 150 meters from your residence.

## Notes

On your arrival, you will be welcomed by a member of BNB RENTING who will ensure the smooth running of your stay: handing over of keys, inventory and presentation of the accommodation but also assistance if necessary.

Household linen is included in the reservation. A linen kit will be provided per bed depending on the number of travelers on your arrival.
Two shower towels (medium size and small size) will be given to you per person on arrival.
A tea towel, a bath mat and rolls of toilet paper will be available upon your arrival.

Cleaning is also included in the rental price. However, the dishes must be cleaned and the trash cans thrown away.
