Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin ist wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns auch ein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Man ist schnell am Strand (unser Lieblingsstrand ist Palombaggia, zu der Jahreszeit war dort nichts los) in eine Richtung und in die andere Richtung schnell in den Bergen zum Wandern (bei l'Ospedale gibt es einen traumhaften Viewpoint bis zur Küste und tolle Wanderwege). Das Haus und vor allem die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auf der Terrasse vor der Küche haben wir jeden Morgen unser Frühstück genossen. Es gibt noch eine weitere Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit. Unser Bett war sehr bequem und es war alles sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Garten ums Haus ist toll angelegt. Der Pool ist auch ein Highlight mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf die Berge. Er ist zwar nicht beheizt und war daher zu der Jahreszeit etwas frisch, aber wir konnten nicht widerstehen und haben uns trotzdem rein gewagt ;-) Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Maison authentique proche centre Porto Vecchio

Maison idéalement située et au calme. Proche de toutes commodités et du centre de Porto Vecchio (10 minutes en voiture). Piscine avec vue sur les hauteurs très appréciable. Toutes les pièces sont climatisés. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Séjour en famille très agréable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour en famille. La vue de la piscine est magnifique même si nous n'avons pas forcément eu le temps d'énormément en profiter. La maison est très bien située entre Porto Vecchio et les activités aux alentours.

Un séjour parfait à tous points de vue

L'accueil d'Ange-Marie est super sympa. La maison, et notamment la cuisine, est équipée au top. La piscine, ..., et la vue depuis la piscine, ... magnifique. Les rando vers l'Ospédale à moins d'une demi heure, les plages à 20 mn.... Le voisinage avec l'autre villa est sans problème. Merci encore.

Très beau gîte, bien placé

Gîte très agréable, spacieux, bien équipé. Environnement très calme. Ange-Marie nous a très bien reçus et est très sympathique. La mitoyenneté ne pose aucun problème, nous avons même fait connaissance avec les voisins. Piscine partagée avec les 2 gîtes et un autre gîte de 12 personnes qui n'était pas occupé, heureusement car nous avons pu bien en profiter.

Traumhafte Aussicht! Perfekte Lage zwischen Berge und Meer!

Super Lage, haben den Pool genossen. Die Gegend ist ideal um in die Berge zu fahren und auch die schönsten Strände sind schnell erreicht. Es war sehr warm aber für uns auch ohne Klimanlage erträglich. Für die Schlafzimmer gibt es Ventilatoren, die wir genutzt haben. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub auf Korsika. Wir kommen wieder.

Idyllic getaway

We were warmly welcomed and had everything explained to us en Francais about the appliances etc. The directions were good and the house was easy to find. It's tucked away in a beautiful, quiet part of Corsica with ease of access to Porto Vecchio only a few minutes away. The house had a wonderful country feel and was spacious and cool. The pool was wonderful with spectacular views of the mountains and countryside. Highly recommended!

Très bel environnement

Très belle propriété à l'écart de la ville au calme. Très bien entretenue et grands espaces aussi bien à l' intérieur qu' à l'extérieur. Tout confort, ne manque rien : toutes sortes d ustensiles, produits d'entretien, fer à repasser, machine à laver, parasol, tv, produits de bienvenue ... manque peut être la clim dans les chambres avec la chaleur de cet été, ventilateurs à disposition. Très belle piscine à partager, vue extraordinaire, assez de transats pour tout le monde, pour notre part nous avons croisé nos voisins que très rarement et très bonne entente avec eux. Très bon accueil des propriétaires.

Prima Urlaub

Haben hier wirklich einen rundum enspannten und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns trotz extrem verspäteter Anreise freundlich empfangen. Das Haus, vor allem die Küche, ist bestens ausgestattet. Absolutes Highlight ist allerdings der Außenbereich mit Terrasse, Grill, schönem Garten und einem phenomenalen Pool. Trotz sehr ruhiger, abgeschieden anmutender Lage sind L'Ospedale, Porto Vecchio und der Strand in 15-20 min. erreichbar. Zu erwähnen wäre vielleicht noch, dass zumindest rudimentäre Französischkenntnisse vonnöten sind, da Ange konsequente Verfechterin ihrer Muttersprache ist. Ingesamt uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder. Merci Ange pour ce congé charmant.

Wunderschöne, gepflegte Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage

- schön und vollständig eingerichtetes, sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage, Blick zur schönen Berglandschaft, traumhafte Strände (Palombaggia, Cipriano) in 20-30 Min. Entfernung (Auto) - schöner Pool und hübscher Garten - nette, freundliche, sympathische Vermieterin - einfach empfehlenswert!

Stunning location in the mountains!

This apartment is about 15 minutes outside Porto Vecchio. The pool area is lovely, the pool has fantastic views of the mountains. The outside area is beautiful and the gardens are very pretty. It would be a fantastic base for walking in the mountains. The owner Ange Marie is lovely, she doesn't speak English (and we are ashamed to say we don't speak much French) but we managed to use sign language and pointing to discuss most things. She made us feel very welcome. The apartment itself is basic but has everything you need. It was beautifully clean. We had a few evenings in and used the BBQ which was good. The only downside for us would be that the sofa is rather uncomfortable, we didn't spend a huge amount of time sitting inside (the outside areas are lovely) so wasn't really a problem. The shower upstairs has poor water pressure, I have a lot of hair and after a day at the beach needs washing which took a while.

Location Suartello 2, fin septembre 2016

Nous voyageons en couple et aimons les locations sobres et calmes, en retrait de la vie citadine. Avec Suartello 2, nous avons été séduits et comblés à la fois. Après l'excellent accueil de Mme Forconi, nous avons apprécié cette location propre et spacieuse en fin septembre 2016, parfaite pour deux personnes (pour information, Suartello 2 peut accueillir au moins deux personnes en plus) ! Le logement en duplex était en tout point conforme à la description. Bien située dans la campagne à 4 km au nord de Porto Vecchio, proche de nombreux sites de visite et de promenade tant en montagne qu'au bord de la mer, la location est implantée dans un bel environnement, verdoyant, calme et reposant, bien écartée de la route en contrebas et avec vue spendide sur les montagnes aux alentours. Sans oublier la piscine, soignée, bien conçue et de laquelle la vue est encore plus remarquable. Excellent rapport qualité prix pour une fin de saison. Vous jouissez aussi d'une bonne intimité et vous pouvez donc prendre vos repas en extérieur en toute tranquillité, soit en terrasse soit dans la pelouse si la météo le permet. L'insonorisation est un peu limite quand la location adjacente (Suartello 1) est occupée avec une famille avec des enfants très bruyants. Question de circonstances peut-être? En résumé, nous vous recommandons cette location sans hésiter.

Notre maison de vacances préférée

C'est la 6 ème année que nous profitons de Suartello, de son équipement tout confort, de sa magnifique piscine avec vue imprenable sur la montagne, et surtout du calme qui y règne, sans oublier la gentillesse de ses hôtes ! Chaque année à la fin du séjour, nous n'avons qu'un souhait : vite y revenir l'année prochaine pour le plus grand bonheur des enfants !

Eine rundum tolle Ferienwohnung!

Wir waren noch nie mehrmals in derselben Ferienwohnung, in Suartello haben wir nun zum dritten Mal unsere Pfingstferien verbracht, so gut hat es uns gefallen. Die Wohnung an sich ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, so dass man auch einen Schlechtwettertag gut „zu Hause“ verbringen kann, auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Zimmer sind schön, das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber. Vor dem Wohnzimmer gibt eine Terrasse, auf der man herrlich sitzen kann. Sollte es mal regnen, kann man sich auf die kleine, überdachte Terrasse am Hauseingang zurückziehen. Die Ferienwohnungen Suartello 1 und 2 liegen „Rücken an Rücken“, so dass man das Gefühl hat, der ganze, schön angelegte und gepflegte Garten gehört einem allein. Auch die Lage ist toll, Berge und Meer sind gleichermaßen gut erreichbar. Trotz der nahen Straße ist es sehr ruhig. Die Vermieterin wohnt im oberen Teil des Grundstücks, sie ist sehr nett und diskret aber erreichbar, wenn man sie braucht. Insgesamt die schönste Ferienwohnung in der wir bisher waren, mittlerweile fahren auch 2 befreundete Familien auf unsere Empfehlung dorthin. Merci beaucoup, c’etait super!!!

Un merveilleux séjour au calme

Un cadre bucolique agréable, une maison bien tenue avec un grand jardin et une superbe piscine a partager avec les 2 villas à côté. Les propriétaires sont adorables et bienveillants, bref que du bonheur. On recommande à 100% !
