We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Barèges, this charming apartment in duplex of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accomodate until 7 travelers. Located on the 4th floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room. Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 20 m² with a sitting area, TV and a double sofa bed.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- A bathroom with shower and bath
- A separate toilet

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Cabin room: two single bunk beds.
- A single BZ on the landing.

Outside :
- A balcony to enjoy the beautiful days and admire the view.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, board games, and outdoor games with table and chairs for camping, and sledges for the winter.

The apartment is located in the Hélios residence, a historical residence of the city with the cachet of the old. It is located in the heart of Barèges in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit near all the essential businesses but also stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities:
WINTER : alpine skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, snowmobile...
The thermal baths of Barèges with SPA...
SUMMER : Hikes to the lakes, mountain biking on the slopes, paragliding...
The residence proposes activities through the leisure center at the ground floor of the residence where you will find the municipal swimming pool. (contact the town hall to know the prices)

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the residence.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Shuttles to the slopes in winter.
- Nearest train station: Lourdes train station located at about 45 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Tarbes-Lourdes Pyrenees airport located about 52 minutes away by car.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Sheets + pillowcase : 35 € for the first bed and 25 € for the following ones. 1 large towel + 1 small towel and 1 tea towel : 8 € per person.
- Free Wifi available (optical fiber)
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and for cleaning the appliances after use.

To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Book&Pay (advertisement and reservation management service) and Atipic Conciergerie Barèges (concierge / housekeeping service).
