## The space
The Village of Névache is located in the heart of the Clarée Valley, a classified site, a secret paradise in the Hautes-Alpes.
The small residence L'Eterle de la Clarée (6 apartments) is located in the hamlet of Ville Basse, 500 meters from the center of the village.
The "Le lac de l'Oule" apartment is of the T1bis type. It is 26 m2 and is on the ground floor with:
- A large south-facing balcony with mountain view with table, chairs and deckchair
- A bedroom with a double bed with access to the balcony,
- A living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and 2 cupboards
- A bathroom + WC with shower and heated towel rail
Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, fridge/freezer, induction hob, washing machine, raclette grill, fondue set, coffee maker and electric kettle, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils. kitchen, hairdryer (full inventory available on request)

This accommodation is rentable all year round and by the week only.

## Guest access
You will also have access to the basement to possibly store skis, snowshoes or sledges in winter and mountain bikes in summer.

## The neighborhood
Ville Basse is just before Ville Haute, a 10-minute walk away.
Ville Haute is the old village of Névache from which the Haute Vallée de la Clarée road begins, which extends for 10 km from the Ville Haute car park.
In Ville Haute you will find a bakery, the Tourist Office, a postal agency, a sports shop (ski rental, mountain biking...), bars and restaurants.
In Roubion (2.5 km) you will also find a bar, some retaurants and a small grocery store.
## Getting around
In summer, during the high season, you can take advantage of the shuttles from home, they are free in the village (between Roubion and Ville Haute). There is a charge for shuttles to access the Haute Vallée (from mid-July to mid-August only)
