Perfect for family vacay

We LOVED this home!! It’s conveniently located in the middle of the village with easy access to both the East and West gates. Water is shallow by the dock, so it was nice to be able to float in the water and for our 7 year old to swim and still be able to touch (he can swim, but he has a cast so this helped!). Home was super clean and beds were comfortable. All communication was prompt and home is just as is in the pics. Had some friendly geese visitors each day. Definitely recommend for any family wanting to relax and enjoy the lake! We would definitely visit again!

Family vacation

What’s Not To Love About This Place?

Best trip ever! This beautiful home situated on lake property complete with roaming wildlife was so tranquil and the perfect setting for R&R. Hosts were extremely generous with amenities, from the drinks and snacks, to plush towels, K cups….best supplied VRBO we’ve ever experienced. Hosts responded in timely manner when needed and were supportive and helpful in making sure we had a great stay. Will be back! Five stars!!

Peaceful and quiet

The home was a wonderful place for a quiet getaway for us. The home is nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. Beautiful view from the home of the lake. We came to relax and do nothing, it was the perfect place. Would be equally comfortable for an active vacation as easy access to all kinds of outdoor activities.

Lovely home

My family stayed here while in town for a funeral, it was the perfect place for us to have dinners together and relax with a glass of wine after some hard days. The home was inviting and offered everything they needed while in town.

Sister's Retreat

The lakefront house was incredibly clean and had a beautiful flat lot that made it so easy to access the lake. We absolutely loved having the sit-on kayaks available for us to use, which added to our overall enjoyment. Plus, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the essential spices, making cooking a breeze. And let's not forget about the neighborhood - it was unbelievably quiet and peaceful, creating the perfect atmosphere for our sister retreat vacation. Overall, it was an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The Best Rental Ever

Beautiful lake home

This property was perfect for two “mature” couples. The property had easy access into the one level home which was important to us. The view of the lake was gorgeous. We enjoyed watching the geese on the lawn and the peaceful water. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with everything you would need for cooking. Every time I’d say “I wish they had … I’d find what I was looking for! It was so comfortable we felt right at home! We enjoyed taking the kayaks out, but no luck with fishing! There were lots of games available. The owners made the process of entry into the village and the home seamless. I would highly recommend this home!

Beautiful Property - Loved Location

This was our first time to Hot Springs area. The listing exceeded our expectations. The welcome basket was a nice surprise and the kids loved the sparkling cider. I love that they included kayaks and life jackets. The kids spent most of the stay on them. It was a memorable experience and we would recommend this rental to anyone.

Lovely home in beautiful setting with all you need

The house was perfect for us and 2 grown children with spouses. We loved seeing the beautiful lake view from the kitchen and living room every morning. We had great communication from the host. The home was stocked with everything you would need— we used the crock pot, blender, kayaks and fishing pole. We spent time on the dock and enjoyed the large back yard for outdoor games. The community is wonderful and we took advantage of the fitness center, fitness trail, marina and nearby restaurants. (it was too hot for us to use the bocce ball and pickle ball facilities!) Just a wonderful vacation!

What a beautiful home!

We met our best friends from California for our annual summer vacation together and this was the perfect home for two couples. I can't think of a thing that was overlooked. From snacks and wine on arrival, to a fully stocked pantry with spices, oil, and all the basics, we found everything we needed. Bathroom amenities were excellent, as were recreational options. I'd highly recommend Serenity on the Lake for your next trip to the Hot Springs area!

Top Level Hospitality at Top Level Property

All around a great stay! We used the dock for our rental boat. We saw quite a few courting bluebirds and cardinals right outside the window and a mallard camps in the bush in the back. Everything in the place is really nice, they had pretty much everything thought out and labeled. They provided a lot of snacks for our stay. Our only negative was that we weren't able to come in the card gate (only go out). This saves about 7 minutes on the trip back from my Dad's house. We were only able to benefit from it when we left the community. I was able to use compostable kCups in the coffee machine without using a 'patriot-ring'. They provided plenty of condiments for the coffee. Laundry worked great. The View is outstanding.

Very comfortable and right on the water.

Very nice home located on the water with a dock. Kayaks are available and easy to get in and out of the water. Very quiet culdesac. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything you need

This place was amazing. When you walk in and take in the gorgeous view of the lake, you know you’re going to have a great time. This property has everything you could think of. Little touches through out the house to almost make you feel like you’re at home. Beds were very comfy. House was very clean. Kayaks were perfect for our 10 and 15 year olds. The Hot Springs Village was amazing. It was secluded but close to all the state parks that we wanted to visit. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful Balboa Lake

Wow! Superior hosting, they made it easy and provided an accurate and exceptional experience. View of Lake is awesome! Snacks, coffee and a little wine was provided. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. Towels were so plush I’ve decided to replace my own at home. Stocked with games to entertain, kayaks and paddles ready to go. Fully appointed kitchen and laundry options. Showers were modern and great water pressure. This home is super clean! I’ve got no complaints!

We moved to Hot Springs Village in the Fall of 2020 to escape the rat race and find some space to breathe. Hot Springs Village was just the ticket. We love living in a resort town! And while our golf games aren't exactly the greatest (although Suzanne does faithfully watch the PGA), we enjoy the water and hiking the trails with our dogs. Our passion is to provide the best, most relaxing getaway possible. So we furnished the Lake House with all the goodies we would want in a getaway, from a spectacular view of the lake to comfy couches and restful beds--and a full kitchen. I (Lance) love to cook! Consider this your home away from home.
