Amazing location, ski in and ski out. Fantastic for 1-2 couples with kids. The bunk beds were very small and the place is not designed for 8 people. Had a great time and Bertrand was very responsive.
The whole appartment is very nicely renovated, everything new and very
complete and comfortable. We stayed with a family with 5 adults, enough
space for everyone. The kitchen was very well equiped. We were very happy
with the large diningtable for nice dinners and playing games after dinner.
The couch to relax had a nice view on the slopes. So has the masterbedroom,
completed with own shower and sink. The owner also thought about making it
very cosy with nice wooden walls and decorating. The appartement was also
very handy equipped with a lot of hooks in every room, very nice and handy
for hanging up (ski)clothing. Even a nice box in the cupboard for putting in
the skishoes. With two lockers for the ski's there was enough space for all
our ski's. The appartment is very well situated on the slopes, real good
ski-in/ski-out. There even is a grocery store in the building. The new
keysystem E-locke works very well, every person in our group could enter the
appartment. We would definetely choose again for this appartment if we come
back to Val Thorens. Many thanks to the owner Bertrand, who is very helpful
with all the questions we had. A great stay :-)
Nous avons passé de super vacances en familles.
Nous étions 5 adultes et 3 enfants.
Le logement est idéalement situé (pied des pistes, local à skis, ESF, supermarché…),
La location est suffisamment spacieuse.
Face aux montagnes, les deux balcons sont exposés au soleil toute la journée.
Les photos et informations sont conformes à la réalité.
Nous sommes déjà enthousiastes d’y retourner!

Appartement refait a neuf, très bien situé avec la proximité garderie et ESF, nous emenions nos enfants en luge via le tapis en face la résidence. La supérette et le restaurant sont dans la résidence donc parfait rien a redire.
Notre séjour dans l'appartement s'est très bien passé.
L'appartement est rénové à neuf, idéalement situé au pied des pistes, seulement il y avait certains points négatif à savoir :
- la porte fenêtre dans la chambre ferme mal (solution de dépannage avec une plaque en métal pour la maintenir fermée) du coup de l'air froid passe un peu partout dans l'encadrement.
- le radiateur de cette meme chambre était hors service, seul un chauffage d'appoint de salle de bain était à disposition pour chauffer la pièce.
- il manque quelques équipements basiques (dessous de plat, etc.)
Sinon nous sommes très content de notre séjour, nous avons passé un très bon moment, quel plaisir de passer le pas de la porte et de chausser les skis directement. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésité (les petits soucis devraient être vite résolus).
La hall de la résidence dispose de tout le nécessaire, superette, location de ski, restaurant, un parking (P2) est a 100m de la résidence.

L'appartement est très bien situé.
Dans la residence pierre et vacances le temple du soleil.

L'appartement est bien agencé et conforme a l'annonce.
Un peu bruyant le soir (il y a quand meme bcp de jeunes dans cette residence) et ca bouchonne un peu aux ascenseurs aux heures de pointes :)
Nous avons passe un très bon séjour.
Bien ne correspondant absolument pas à la prestation réservée . Sur le site abritel , mélange de photos entre deux appartements avec mise en avant des photos les plus avantageuses des deux. Ex : sur photo WC individuel , en réalité WC dans SDB.
Sur l’ annonce il est indiqué comme plus un parking , box internet ==> le parking est le parking public et la box inexistante donc pas d’internet .
A la réception de la confirmation de notre réservation , il nous est indiqué l’immeuble le sérac , à l’arrivée on se retrouve au Cuzco dans l immeuble Pierre et vacances . On nous indique que si nous sommes pas satisfaits on peut nous rembourser ... très moyen comme accueil après 7 heures de route...
Et surtout on apprend que l appartement du sérac a été vendu depuis 7 à 8 mois ... (Pour info, la réservation a été faite en décembre 2019)
L’ Immeuble pierre et vacances est très bruyant et mal insonorisé , les évacuations des Wc et douches passent au milieu du coin nuit ==>nuit très perturbées .
Propriétaire a répondu absent aux questions posées .
Appartement très sales avec couettes et alèses de lit non remplacées après chaque location et donc Tachées .
Bacs à douche des 2 sdb bouchés et crasseux avec cheveux accrochés au robinet de la douche.
Ménage non fait sous les lits et dans les coins.
Strict minimum en batterie de cuisine . Location pour 8 , 4 verres à pied ...
—> très déçus par le lieu car nous n avions pas prévu de louer un appartement au milieu de colonies de vacances chez pierre et vacances ...
cher pour la prestation : très sale , pas de parking , pas d internet , très bruyant de jour comme de nuit , pas d équipement en cuisine ....

Apartment OK. Service from HomeAway terrible
It all turned out ok, but was quite stressful due to the poor service from HomeAway. Having booked and paid, the HomeAway listing then disappeared for our property, so we had no way of checking what facilities, layout etc the apartment had. Calls to the landlord's number and emails sent got no reply. I had a long and unsatisfactory call with HomeAway who fobbed me off by saying that as the property owner had not paid their fees, they were no longer showing it for new bookings, but "don't worry it will be fine". In the end it was fine. Apartment a little tired round the edges but daily well equipped. Not very clean (empty Coke bottle behind sofa, dusty everywhere, blocked bathroom sink [which I disassembled underneath and removed about a kilo of hair]). Room layout was good size living/kitchen area, and three VERY small bedrooms (one has 2 bunks for 4 people and is so small that only one person can stand in there at a time). Other two have 140cm double beds. Beds comfy. There is a sofa bed in the living room we didn't use. Sleeps 10 but we had five and that was OK.More than six would be snug. No wifi in spite of a wifi box with
tangles of cables. Dishwasher, reasonable range of cooking and eating kit, 4x electric hob, full oven, microwave. Problem was I had no way of knowing this as after booking I had no way to view the listing.
The flat is basically 2x studio flats knocked into one. There are two skis lockers downstairs but no boot heating system.
Usually these types of places are roasting. This one had a small fixed electric radiator in the lounge, and one mobile rad. The bedrooms appeared to have no heating, although possible underfloor. Was not excessively cold though.
Easy access 25m from slopes. Skiing back was possible within 10m, but when that melted a 200m walk was needed.
Very near bakers, Carrefour and Sherpa shops - actually good value
Summary, old and slightly tired flat but perfectly fine. Key pick up etc all fine, but abysmal service and response from HomeAway's Filipino call centre, who I will not use again. AirBnB were fantastic when I had a problem elsewhere, HomeAway should learn from them.

Appartement très bien rénové
Appartement très bien rénové (2 apparts refaits en seul) et cuisine très bien équipée et fournie de vaisselles.
2 grandes chambres, + la chambre du fond avec les 2 lits supperposés qui est un peu trop petite pour des adultes, mais idéal pour des enfants.
Bien situé sur la grande place du marché avec départ ski à 50m et retour à 10m !!!
Appart orienté côté Montagne, du coup on n'entend pas du tout la vie nocturne de la rue des Pubs.
