Des plus et des moins

LES PLUS: Propriétaire réactif, communications agréables; appartement moderne et clair avec superbes vues vers la mer et ameublement moderne; très bon point: lit de 160cm de large; belles douches à l'italienne; parking de bonne taille (quoique nécessitant un peu de manoeuvre); pas de bruit extérieur sauf parfois klaxons des trains; WiFi et clim bien présents; plage la plus proche (Figueirette) très agréable avec de la place et eau de bonne qualité LES MOINS: annoncé comme étant à 5' à pied de la plage - en fait à 700m, et pour les faire en 5', nécessiterait marche à 8km/h, soit le double de M. Tout le Monde, sur une route avec pente assez forte (mais parking payant possible à côté de la plage - 3h pour 6€); inventaire vaisselle / verre parfois un peu juste, sauf à faire machine moitié pleine; remise d'un seul jeu de clefs - problématique si occupants font des activités différentes; accès à la petite piscine limité à 50% des appartements - raison avancée COVID 19 WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE: petite étagère dans Salle de douche pour poser produits de toilette, rasage etc.

Very nice location and apartment with great view

Easy to find, 5 min walk to the small but very beautiful beach. Spacious apartment (B) with nice community pool. Very good bakery and further smaller shopping possibilities (Casino) approx. 15 min. away in Theoul by car. Big supermarket approx. 5 min. further direction Cannes. On the spot there is unfortunately no real alternative to shopping. Also, the WLAN is very weak and cannot be used. The surroundings are really great. There is a ferry to Cannes several times a day from 10 am in summer (tickets at the "Capitainerie du port" on the right side at the entrance to the port). The coastal road towards St. Raphael is a dream, the beach in Agay or one of the bays on the steep coast on the way there is a nice day trip

Sehr schönes Appartement in Top-Lage

Die Anlage besteht aus 4 Appartements und ist direkt oberhalb des kleinen Hafens. In 5 Minuten ist man an einem schönen kleinen Sandstrand. Wanderwege beginnen keine Minute von den Appartements entfernt. Der Blick auf das Meer ist sehr schön. Bei unserem Aufenthalt hatten wir den kleinen Pool meistens für uns alleine und konnten dort den Tag ausklingen lassen. Die Einrichtung ist komplett von IKEA aber recht modern. Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage vorhanden. Lediglich das recht schlechte WLAN und die doch schon weite Entfernung zum nächsten größeren Supermarkt sind als kleines Manko zu benennen. Alles in allem schöne Ferienwohnungen um Cannes (super per Fähre zu erreichen) und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Ein Auto ist allerdings ein Muss. Gerne wieder!

Sehr gepflegte, ruhige Anlage in traumhafter Lage

Super Lage mit wunderbarem Blick von der Terasse. Appartement sehr gepflegt, sehr geräumig. Technisch sehr gut ausgestattet mit vollwertiger Küche, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, auch wenn die Bedienung des Herdes etwas kompliziert ist. Ansonsten aber beste Voraussetzungen für einen entspannten Aufenthalt.

Theoule sur Mer

We LOVED this property. It's spacious, has amazing views, clean and bright. The only down side is the mosquitos. If we come back, which we are planning to do at some point, we will bring the mosquito repelling candles. It's an easy walk to a great beach that also has restaurants and water rentals such as kayaks, SUP and other items. There are stores about a 5-10 minute drive away for groceries, etc. The pool is incredible with well-manicured gardens. I can't say enough how wonderful this place is. Communicating with Philippe was excellent, as well. We hope to be back next year.

Beautiful appartment with overwhelming view

We enjoyed our Easter vacations in this bright, beautiful apartment very much. It was the perfect season with perfect wheather, waking up with sunshine and view to the sea, all breakfasts in beautiful sunshine on the terrace. Perfect location for excursions to Cannes, St. Raphael, hiking in the Esterel hills and always the amazing blue of the sea... It is right that all furniture is IKEA but that didn´t disturb us as everything worked perfectly and is in a very good condition. Unfortunately the last guests had left several dirty dishes, cutlery, glasses... but with some extra dishwashing in the beginning this was solved. The apartment as such was very clean and tidy, whenever we had a question we got immediate answer and help.

Das Apartment ist wirklich weiterzuempfehlen, das Anwesen bietet alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Das Anwesen mit insgesamt 4 Apartments liegt am Hang in einer ruhigen Privatstraße. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich bei bedarf um seine Gäste. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen

Perfect, with little clouds

We went this summer 2015 to this amazing beautiful new appartment with an astonishing view and a very nice environment. The place and all facilities are very nice. Day trips to the different places at the Cote dÁzur are quite well to reach. The owner is a very nice person and helpful in Tips and tricks. Some minor things were not perfect: all stuff is from Ikea, at this price level I was used a bit more quality- but this was no problem as we were one of the first guests. Usually there is a minimum of spices, little things to use in the kitchen, e.g. some washing powder, tabs for dish washer and so on, here we found a complete emptied (but at least clean) environment. Take some insect repelling spray or fluids with you, then it is very fine. Some additional pluses: pool and grill are very nice, view amazing and the appartment is really brandnew. We can recommend in general this place and the area.

Great apartment with wonderful views

The apartment overlooks the port at Le Trayas, a small village west of Theoule. There are wonderful views of the entire bay and hills from the terrace where we ate breakfast each morning. It is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Philippe was extremely helpful to us during our entire stay. It is very convenient to the beach and restaurants and also well located for hill walking and cycling. The only thing missing close by is a boulangerie. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definately recommend it for both a relaxing and energetic holiday. Mary (Ireland)
