Reba's Retreat is in the Village of South Walton at Seacrest Beach. With the distinctive "Old Charleston" style architecture, cobblestone lanes, slate roofs and gas lanterns. Reba's Retreat is the perfect getaway. Just steps from your door you will find unique shopping and dining, ice cream parlors, great outdoor cafes, dedicated beach access and Village pool, wading pool and splash pad. Complimentary Tram service to the beach during the summer months. The unit is equipped with a comfortable Queen sized bed and air mattress. The small kitchenette has granite counter tops, stainless sink, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker and larger sized mini fridge, a bistro table for eating. You will also enjoy the 42 inch plasma TV. Come rest/relax and enjoy the luxury.

Reba's Retreat is a luxurious high ceiling efficiency condo able to sleep 4. Perfect for a couple and two small children, a couple of friends or if you just want some solitude, it's perfect for one. Reba's Retreat is great for any beach stay, attending a wedding party, an extra bedroom if renting other units nearby, or a small family weekly getaway. It is very inexpensive for the area and the amenities cannot be found at this price anywhere else along Highway 30A. Come feel the luxury and unwind in our "Retreat". You'll be back again and again.

Rent a bike and take advantage of the ever popular Timpoochee Trail that winds all along scenic Highway 30A. Tram service is available to the beach, but it is also just a short walk away. The heated lap pool and Village pools are right outside the door.
Rosemary Beach is nestled up against our property and provides additional shops and scenery that is unsurpassed for beauty and architectural design. Fine dining, lunch and coffee shops are all located in the complex for easy access. As well, many eateries can deliver. A grocery store is located in Rosemary Beach and the Publix and Winn Dixie are less than 3 miles away. The carefree lifestyle of Reba's Retreat, will truly have you coming back again and again.

Perfect studio size apartment for a couples weekend getaway in the gorgeous Rosemary beach. Parking was easy, great host with quick communication response, and walkable to nearby towns. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was a good size the only turn off were the oizza fumes from the floor below. The exhaust from their ovens filled the halls and made us a little nauseous. The place itself was clean and well maintained.

If you’re planning to spend all time besides sleeping and showering up out and about, this place is for you! It’s a studio with no balcony and very limited space, but it worked perfect for us as we ate all meals out, went on multiple walks, was an easy walk to the beach (although quite crowded due to the new private beach laws), enjoyed the nightly music, proximity to shops and restaurants! Thank you for a very relaxing vacation!!

Fabulous stay at Reba’s Retreat
This location was just perfect! We loved being able to park our car at the complex and walk to everything - the beach, shops, restaurants and the pool. Condo was nicely decorated and just right for a couple.

This was a great property very close walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and shops. A few steps from the property is a tram that drives you close to the beach for access. Great overall experience and a property manager that reached out very quickly to provide contact information in case we needed it.

My husband and I loved stayed at Reba’s condo. The place was exactly as listed and we had no issues. My only feedback was the bed was extremely creaky, even just placing a bag of clothes on it made it loud. The walkability was incredible and we would definitely stay again.

Fun weekend
I went with my girlfriend for a weekend getaway. It was our first time in the area and we had a phenomenal time. The place was nearby to a lot of cute shops and restaurants. We were also close to the beach too. Reba provided things for the beach, which was helpful. I would highly recommend anybody looking to book this place.

Right in the middle of Rosemary beach in the center of the action directly above restaurants and shops. Just a short walk away from a very beautiful beach. Unit was easy to access, clean, and had everything you’d need. In my opinion it was more spacious and had more kitchen amenities than the pictures let on. Incredible value and communication with the host and I’d happily stay here again.

My son decided to propose to his girlfriend on their vacation to Rosemary Beach, giving me a two-week notice to find a place. This was the perfect location only about a 5-minute walk from the house they were staying at. Great location to shops and restaurants. Very clean and just what I was looking for.
