We had a pleasant time.

The tiny home was awesome. Property needs a lil attention. Dead tree where you park. The coffee pot doesn’t work, needs replaced. Other than that was awesome. We plan on returning.

Nice community & home

Tiny home community, quite, and located just across from the North entrance to Grundy Forest Trailhead which leads to the Firey Gizzard trailhead. Accommodations were perfect for two people + a few children (if applicable). Homeowners need to be informed that the shrubs out front of the home need some trimming and there were several dead large trees that could be a hazard to the home and vehicles should there be a strong wind. Also, need to have pest control come and give it a good spray each month or so. We saw 6 spiders and a roach over the two nights there. Spiders had built a web in the top corner above the shower and also down from the two fixtures in the kitchen/den area. Not a cleanliness issue... as that sort of thing is common in the Spring/early Summer. Just need to spray real good. Definitely a nice place to come back to after 13 miles of the firey gizzard! We will be back again.

A long weekend @ the retreat.

We had a good time. Everything was clean. Neighbors were quiet. Good dining was a little trouble, no table indoors. Outside had nice arrangement for grilling. A little better lighting around the mirrors would help old eyes. Minor things considering the overall experience .

Mostly Positive Experience

We wish that it was included in the listing that the location was right next to the Highway, that there was internet capability and/or instructions on WiFi/internet and that there was as advertised a working tv. Also there were several lights out or not working on the property. However, overall we had a good experience and would rent again but on another fully functioning tiny home further back into the community.
