Welcome, our cozy condo features a most convenient location. Short walk to nearest lift (Snowflake 150 yards), and not much further to Main Street dining and shopping. Large open concept living. Queen over Queen bunk beds in one bedroom, and queen bed master. Plenty of spacious bed space. We keep a well equipped home. WIFI and Cable TV included. We are foodies ourselves and pride ourselves on a well equipped kitchen. Ski Closet. Hot Tub. Pool (Indoor and Outdoor). In unit washer & dryer.

This rental had everything we needed and more. The kitchen and baths were well stocked and had new appliances to boot. There was great covered parking with elevator access. The location alone is worth the price of admission. We can't wait to return on future visits.
Property was excellent. Condo was clean, roomy, and had everything you would need after a day of skiing. Location is excellent as well, quick 3 min walk to the lifts, 5 min walk to main street, and a ski shop just 2 blocks away. The only thing that could have made our stay any better would have been a TV in the bedroom. Communication with owner was outstanding and again really enjoyed our stay.
My husband, pup & I were looking for a cute & convenient place in the mountains and this fit the bill! We liked the convenience of walking into town, and the grounds were great for short dog walks. The host was very communicative. I'd recommended it.
Great location and all information needed given. Easy access to condo and garage. Enough towels, blankets etc. to make your stay easy. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Nice walking trail if you bring your dog too. The BEST I’ve stayed at in the 3 times I’ve stayed in last 3 months (Colorado Springs and Dillion area and here). Communication was top notch too! Anyone who stays here will love it. Thank you for a great stay!
We had a wonderful stay at Four O'Clock. The property is exactly as shown in the photos and in a great location right in the heart of the action. The owner was very attentive and easy to get in touch with. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Breck!
Great location, well-stocked, and clean! Host was attentive to make sure we were settled in, and made sure we knew how to contact him if we had any problems. We enjoyed the hot tub, and took advantage of free shuttle bus services when we had our skis. You will be happy you booked this place!
Very clean place with great furnishings and everything you can think of (e.g., plenty of dishes, glasses, pots/pans, etc.). Even had cooking oils, spices, laundry detergent, and the quality snacks were an added bonus. Personal ski locker outside front door was very convenient. Hot tub was maybe 40-yards from front door on same level--pool towels are even provided.
Great location--short uphill walk to snowflake ski lift or about 1/4 mile downhill walk to Main Street. The free shuttle stops right outside of building so didn't need to use car at all during stay. Speaking of car, the stairways to parking garage or street were right outside of front door.
The owner was quick to answer our questions. Having stayed in multiple rentals between Breckenridge and Keystone, this one definitely tops the list. Will definitely check the availability of this one first, the next time we visit.
My family and I just spent the Thanksgiving holiday here and it was wonderful. The condo was very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner, and the location was perfect for walking downtown and skiing. The property owner was attentive and responsive before, during and following our stay - we had all we needed but it was really nice to know he was right there if anything came up. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

This was the ideal location for a quick walk to the center of downtown! The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. We loved the cozy fireplace and the kids could have spent the whole trip climbing up and down the bunk bed :) Perfect rental for a family trip to Breckenridge!
Great location for both in-town and farther-ranging excursions. 303 Sundowner was a great base of operations and a good place to rest at night. We recommend it to others looking for a place to stay in Brekenridge.
We have stayed in Breckenridge before - in a studio! This is an enormous condo in comparison. Jim was super responsive and easy to work with - he even let me know via text that we could get into the property about 6 hours early, which worked out great with our road trip timing.
The parking garage was easy and secure. The condo was sweet and charmingly decorated. It was so clean and perfect - plenty of towels, soap, great toiletries provided and beautiful kitchen - fully stocked. The upgrades are terrific. We actually did wash a load of laundry! The showers (yes two!) were so large and nice and we loved the living room on our rainy day when we got to just chill and play games (they provided!) and watch HGTV.
There is some road noise, especially in the evenings if the balcony door is open, but it wasn't that big of a deal.
Everything is completely walkable, so we parked the car and didn't move it. Love that about this location! I'm sure it would be equally convenient in winter, but we were visiting in July.
The only downside is the swimming pool! The summer hours don't start until 12 noon, which is at least 2 hours later than another area condo/community pool and maybe 3-4 hours later than the hotel pools. I don't know that the hosts can change this, but I do think it should be noted in the description and I would hope owners could push management to change this. Our kiddos love to swim first thing before we go off to hike or adventure. As it was, our little swimmers missed out on two days of pool time because of the limited hours. Disappointing! (Again, I don't blame the hosts for this at all.)

We loved our stay. The owner was so meticulous and thorough with details related to the property. The condo was the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in. The location was amazing and an easy walk or bus ride everywhere in Breck. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Sundowner 2 provides convenience for everyone. If skiing or boarding is your passion, the 4 O'clock trail is just steps away. If you prefer the shops and restaurants the walk is not much further to Main Street.
We also wanted to find a place with a large open concept. We find people love to unwind together at the end of an active day. Our little place offers that and we enjoy making it inviting.
