This chic apartment is spread over 87 sqm and has capacity for 3 people. It is located on the 13th floor of Hameni Tower.
The living room features a glamour interior, with a large grey sofa bed, a coffee table, and a flat screen TV. The room also includes multiple paintings, decorations and plants.
The room is naturally well-lit, thanks to a floor-to-ceiling panoramic glass doors giving access to a private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, overlooking the mesmerizing city landscapes.
Next to the living area is a round white dining table with 4 white chairs. The dining area comes with top-notch dishes and silverware, and has is nested near the open kitchen.

The kitchen has granite countertops and wooden cabinets. It is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, including cooking basics, dishwasher, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, juicer, gas stove, coffee maker, and more.
Inside you will find the charming master bedroom, fully furnished and decorated to suit the luxury of the area. It comes with a king-size bed dressed with fresh white linen and pastel covers, room darkening shades hiding the panoramic floor-to-ceiling window glass, night tables with lamps, a chest of drawers with a mirror, and a wardrobe. We can also provide you with extra pillows and blankets, upon request.
The room has a private full bathroom, with a bathtub, a wash basin, a toilet, and all the bathroom amenities such as cleaning products, hair dryer, hot water, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, and more.

There’s also a second bathroom for guests at the apartment; it comes with a washbasin and a toilet.
The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as fire extinguisher and smoke alarm. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine.

Zaya Hameni is a high rise residential building located in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). The tower has 31 floors and is a family-friendly project that is designed to provide luxury and offers an array of amenities. In addition to high-speed lifts, reserved parking and security, there are also entertainment facilities for residents. These include a swimming pool with a pool deck and bar, a spa and indoor as well as outdoor swimming pool areas for kids, gym, and landscaped deck. The tower is located close to Al Khail Road.

The building provides easy access to Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, making it easy to travel in and out of JVC. Public transport is readily available near the building which includes busses, metro stations and tram stops.

The nearest bus stop to Zaya Hameni is outside Samer Park at a 2-minute walk. The Sandoval Lane Apartments bus stop is located at a 5-minute walk. Residents can also walk to the Season Community Autumn bus station in 8 minutes.
- METRO STATIONS NEAR ZAYA HAMENI
While there are many metro stations within a 15-minute drive, the closest is the First Abu Dhabi Bank station at 11 minutes. The Mall of Emirates station is located at an 11-minute drive as well. At a 14-minute drive is the Dubai Internet Metro Station 2.
- TRAM STATIONS NEAR ZAYA HAMENI 
Trams are a popular way for residents to travel. The nearest tram stop is located in Knowledge Village 2 at a 13-minute drive. Other nearby stops include the Al Sufouh which is also located at 13 minutes by car. The Palm Jumeirah 1 tram stop is located at a 14-minute drive.
