Welcome home! Just 15 minutes from Disney World🎆, this brand new luxurious townhouse comfortably accommodates up to 12 people, perfect for your family vacation 💕 or a team bonding getaway!

I am a new host on Vrbo, but I have been a host since November 2019. I respond very quickly, so please let me know if you have any questions!

The modern kitchen boasts a granite countertop and stainless-steel appliances. The spacious island sits 4, and the elegant dining room sits 5. The living room’s giant sectional sofa can fit many comfortably. The loft on the second floor is where everyone could gather, watch TV, and play PlayStation (one handle provided).

Indulge your inner child in the two themed bedrooms: one Frozen themed, and one Monsters Inc. themed.

Feeling laid back? Make a splash in your heated private pool in the backyard! Optional pool heating is $25 per night.

Don’t miss out on the fun at your 10,000 sq.ft. clubhouse⛱, which you have full access to AT NO ADDITIONAL COST! The club house’s resort-style pool (heated) is complete with a lazy river, a water slide your kids will love, and a poolside kiki bar with your favorite drinks🥂. The clubhouse is open from 9am - 9pm. The Tu Casa Bar and Lounge inside the clubhouse is open from 11am - 9pm.

COVID-19 note: The clubhouse's indoor areas, such as the fitness center and the arcade, and the outdoor hot tub are closed until further notice.

Missing your routine workout? Swing by the fitness center with all the latest in cardio and strength building equipment. Want to do something with your group? Try out the outdoor volleyball courts, and play ball in the multi-purpose sports courts. A sundry shop will provide snacks, and there is a video arcade for some indoor fun. Windsor at Westside is a gated community with attendants to ensure your family's safety.

The home is professionally cleaned. We do our best to make sure that the place is cozy and spotless for your enjoyable stay!

OUR DISNEY VACATION

There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 children. We were satisified with the proximity of the townhouse. Needs a new coffee pot.

Fun fact: the only Disneyland I haven’t been to is the one in Paris. I hope to go someday!

Why they chose this property

I actually spent March - June 2020 at this house when the pandemic was raging on in the U.S. Every day, my family would take a stroll along the two big lakes to get fresh air or swim in our private pool. There was barely anybody around at times, so we could take off our masks for those few hours.

Before sunset, I would play badminton in the large open field at the back of the house with my little cousins, while others prepared dinner. Then, we'd grab some plates and all sit down on the big sofa, and watch a movie on Netflix on the big TV.

After dinner, we'd delve into our homemade vanilla ice cream because why not.

We made memories I'll cherish forever, and I hope you do too.
