This fully remodeled 3 bedroom, two full bathroom family home is located in a safe & quaint neighborhood just 20 miles from the DFW airport. This home features an abundance of natural light, luxurious master bath, front porch & beautiful back patio. It is fully furnished with brand new furniture, fine linens & newer appliances. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Secure HOA pool access & an extensive walking/biking trail system.
Guests have access to the entire house and the HOA pool. After guests book the home, we will write up a lease for your booked dates. If you wish to use the HOA amenities, you will have to bring a copy of the lease to the playhouse along with your driver's license. Anybody who will want access to the pool will need to be written on the lease. Guests are responsible for paying the access fees charged at the office.
