Open kitchen and dining allow enjoyment of the stone Bigman-styled fireplace. Each of the 3 bedrooms have a very private feel with direct outdoor access. Other things to note –
Pool heat is optional. If desired, pool heat (84 degrees) is an extra $75/day or $400/week from Oct 15 - May 15 and is payable upon check-in via online private payment service.
The fireplace is decorative and not for actual use.
AC thermostat range is 76-82 degrees. Heat range is 65-78 degrees. This is to ensure the HVAC system functions properly year-round.
All property televisions are Smart TVs and come with major applications; no Cable TV, guests may use their own subscriptions.
You must be 25 years of age or older in order to rent this property. Maximum of 8 adults and 2 children allowed by the city.
PETS/ SERVICE ANIMALS: Only house trained dogs are allowed (no cats or other animals). Applicable pet fees of $50 flat rate per pet are assessed per stay; dog needs to be approved prior to check in. Animals are not allowed on bedding or furniture, and must be under the control of owner at all times. Note: post check out if animal waste is found on the property or animal hair is found on bedding/ furniture guests may be subject to an ADDITIONAL cleaning fee of $100. Pictures of each animal must be forwarded for FINAL APPROVAL after booking.
