Great condo
Love staying at North Coast Village- it has lovely grounds and is walking distance to many restaurants. This condo is clean, nicely updated, and well-maintained; its location in the complex means the train is closer, but the noise didn't bother us. The upstairs balcony has a comfortable outdoor dining set and good views; we enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful home away from home
Very clean, (especially bathrooms) very well equipped kitchen, bedding, and towels. Much appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and toys and games for the kids. We’d be happy to get to come back someday. 10/10!

Family vacation
We had a great time. We know the premises from previous visits and would always recommend it. They’ve done some upgrades to the communal areas and are currently building an additional hot tub area. The building site was a little bothersome since it was directly next to the pool. The location of this condo is a little further away from the beach access and the pool area but on the other hand it’s a little more modernised than other places here. Abraham was super quick to respond and took care of minor issues very quickly. I would recommend staying here!

Lots of room, good location, Abraham was great to respond to questions. Stocked with beach chairs and sand toys. Had a great time and would recommend! The only thing that could have been better was the carpet. It was light colored and needed a cleaning. Great week!

Nice condo but not luxury as described
The condo was in a GREAT location, but it being described as luxury was a bit false. The carpets were stained, all the bathroom towels were mismatched, the master bedrooms mattress or bed frame was lopsided so you rolled to the right 😂 that totally needs replaced, and the bathroom light didn’t work but thankfully there was a skylight so it was usable during the day. So they really need to change the description to nice condo near the beach. But it was clean and had everything you needed to cook, the appliances were nice. The condo facility was amazing! They had a pool/hot tub/grill area which was perfect and laid out nicely. A pool room, gym, sauna, plus a dry sauna in the women locker room. The gardens were BEAUTIFUL with a koi fish pond and water falls with gorgeous foliage throughout. There is a separate condo beach access, a putting golf area. All the equipment for the golf and pool room is available to check out at the guard office. There is always a guard wondering the grounds so I always felt comfortable walking around. The laundry room was nice and had a vending machine for laundry soap and dryer sheets and the cost to use the machine was reasonable. It’s just a short walk to tons of restaurants, the beach, and the pier where the Top Gun house is located. Plus EVERY Thursday Oceanside has a festival with a wide variety of food/sweets and vendors that was amazing! The location was great but the condo just needed a couple changes like I said.

One of my favorite places to stay while on vacation.
Spacious and convenient. I loved the bedroom on the 2nd floor, we had a a cool breeze in our bedroom the entire week. The large balcony was perfect, we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning.

We loved our stay. It had all the things we needed from kitchen essentials to beach toys. It was super clean and beautiful inside. We loved the view from the top patio.

A week in Oceanside is just what the doctor ordered
North Coast Village is beautifully maintained and has a patrol crew. The condo was lovely, clean and comfortable. We will be back next summer.

Enjoyed our stay!
Pros:1. Master bedroom very comfortable, slept wonderfully. 2. Pleanty of room for family of 6.3. Love the privacy of the upstairs. 4. Beautiful view of the ocean from the upstairs balcony, nothing like waking up to an ocean view! 5. The TVs are big and my kids appreciated them. 6. Coffee maker works great with nice big white coffee cups we’re a added bonus (the little things matter)7. The grounds and pool are beautiful, feels like a little piece of Hawaii.8. The shampoo/conditioner in master bedroom was appreciated! 9. The futon upstairs was comfortable and perfect for kids.Cons:1. Parking space is a little tight. My husbands has a lifted Ford 150 and it was a tight fit. 2. Key wasn’t ready for us to pick up and had to call the owner to confirm our reservation. 3. The condo was muggy when we walked in. Once we opened the windows, it freshened up. 4. As far as cleanliness it’s clean, but not up to my standards. There was hair on the bathroom and kitchen floors, and some spills. You need to tell your cleaning service to do a better job mopping and vacuuming. The kitchen counter tops, and bathroom countertops and showers were clean. 5. The towels smelled like mildew and are old and should be replaced.6. There is a dead plant in the living room, if your going to have plants make sure they are watered and cared for. 7. We like heavy water pressure in the shower and that was not the case. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Excellent Oceanside Close to the Beach Rental!
Our second stay at Abraham's place for our family of 4. Convenient location, a clean apartment, and Abraham is easy to communicate with. Our children are 6 and 9 and they really like the apartment layout and location near the beach. High recommend!

Super Convenient Beach Access
It was perfect being so close to the beach, and it was wonderful watching the sunset from the rooftop area off the master bedroom. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us (2 adults and 3 kids), and we loved having the lounge chairs and toys to play with at the beach. Some beach/pool towels would’ve been nice, but we managed just fine and enjoyed our stay overall.

Run far, run fast
This location was absolutely infested with ants. Ants in the bedroom, the couch, the kitchen the bathroom everywhere we went there was ant absolutely everywhere. There's no air conditioning, there's a train that goes by 24 hours a day every 15 to 20 minutes, the location is impossible to locate, the parking is ridiculous, absolutely horrible run far run fast

Very good vocation!
We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. Very clean, everything is enough, many thanks to the owners! But we had a problem with parking, because. we got a message that parking is #34, but after 3 days we got a warning because we got in the wrong place and got a $50 fine for it. It turns out our parking is #4, 3 is written on top.

Beautiful Location, Fantastic Property
Our stay was perfect. We had a bit of confusion with locating the guard shack for check in but Abraham was very helpful and responsive. The unit was everything we wanted and needed. The view from the rooftop patio was beautiful. We felt very much at home. Comfortable and safe. All of our neighbors were very friendly. The grounds to the property were immaculate and being so close to the beach/ocean was amazing. Loved Oceanside and our stay! We will return!

Location was perfect for day trips to Disneyland & San Diego. Walking distance to cute downtown Oceanside. Beach was beautiful, pool @ complex was heated & saltwater which we loved. Very bare bones basics in unit-would have loved more than 4 bath 4 beach towels. The train is close & runs EARLY. We had a great stay.

Excellent Oceanside Option
We are from NYC and enjoy spending time in Oceanside in December before seeing family in LA. This apartment was recently renovated (except for a few things) with new furniture which we appreciated. We have stayed at this complex before. It has a lot of amenities and is less than a 5 min walk to the beach once you exit the apartment. The owner was very responsive to my requests. Because of the location and the quality of the apartment, we highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy Oceanside, CA!

Good for small family or just 2 people not a family of six
Very close to the beach. Great location. Enjoyed the pool and spa. Very small apartment. Would be great for a couple or a family of 3 or 4. The beds were uncomfortable and there were only 3 beds total. This listing states sleeps six. Definitely not six adults. There is also a very loud train that is right behind the apartment that actually shakes the entire building as it passes. There are only 6 towels provided and the only washing machine is downstairs in a pay for laundry mat. Also no extra bedding/blankets of any kind.
