Villa with beautiful sea view, swimming pool and sandy beach 7 minutes walk

Our villa is located on the hills overlooking the magnificent Rade d'Agay, in the private and secure domain of Rastel d'Agay.

It is a detached house divided into two parts with a closed and raised garden of 1.200 M2 and a beautiful private swimming pool heated in spring and autumn.

The villa enjoys a magnificent view of the sea and the red rocks of the Esterel massif.

The swimming pool and its terrace also have a very beautiful sea view.

The villa is made up of 2 independent apartments:
Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, a terrace with sea view and a terrace on the garden side with barbecue.
Downstairs: 1 double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, shower room, terrace, summer kitchen and balcony.

The sandy beach and all the shops necessary for your holidays are located 7/10 minutes on foot through the bottom of the garden.

In summer, the public beach is supervised by lifeguards (see the exact dates and times on the Saint-Raphaël town hall website).

New for 2023: 27 m2 terrace with magnificent sea view and outdoor summer kitchen.

The swimming pool was built in 2021 and benefits from a sea view. Its size is 8 meters by 4 meters with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 1.60 m. Our swimming pool specialist intervenes once or twice a week for maintenance from April to October to guarantee you impeccable water.

The villa is ideally located 7/10 minutes walk from all the shops (bakery, mini-markets...), restaurants, shops, Agay train station and bus stops.

Located in the middle of greenery and in a quiet area, it is nevertheless very close to all the activities offered by the Massif de l'Estérel and the Côte d'Azur.

Ideal for holidays with family, friends and for teleworking with very good wifi.

Your pets are welcome, they will enjoy the large garden and beautiful walks around the house.

The rental concerns the whole house (the two apartments), the swimming pool and its fenced garden of 1,200 m².

The villa is ideally located in Agay in the town of Saint-Raphaël in the Var department between Saint-Tropez and Nice.

Our house is perfect for holidays with family or friends.

The two separate accommodations, with 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms will allow you to be together while having your privacy preserved.

4 large terraces and a balcony for taking a siesta or reading a book.

Many activities are available in Agay and the surrounding area for families, sports enthusiasts, adventurers... for walks in the Esterel, water sports, golf, tennis, cycling, climbing...

Please note there are many stairs and our house may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties, thank you for your understanding.

As I say in the description the house is not a luxury house, it is a vacation home, a family home, a guest house, "a sinner's cabin" in all simplicity, the magic t is above all the view and the exceptional location that we particularly appreciate so despite all our efforts there are imperfections and thank you for your understanding.

Das Haus können wir absolut empfehlen. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Sigrid ist fabelhaft. Vielen Dank Sigrid für Deine Unterstützung vor Ort. Das Haus liegt ideal. Toller Blick auf das Meer und nur 8 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Der Pool ist schön und großzügig . Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist unbezahlbar.

Top Urlaub
Sehr schönes Haus in spektakulärer Lage mit traumhaftem Pool von dem man während des Badens in die Bucht schauen konnte. Durch die Abkürzung durch den Garten sind es bis in die Bucht von Agay mit diversen Restaurants und dem Strand nur knapp 10 Minuten Fußweg. Für gehbehinderte Menschen ist das Haus aufgrund seiner Hanglage allerdings in meinen Augen nicht zu empfehlen. Die Betreuung durch Sigrid war absolut top, wichtige Hinweise (aufgrund der Trockenheit das Leitungswasser nicht trinken etc.) wurden umgehend an uns per Whatsapp weitergegeben. Wir haben unsere Zeit genossen und kommen auf alle Fälle wieder, es war ein Traumurlaub, nicht nur durch die schöne Lokation sondern auch durch die vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Heel lekker huis
Het huis ligt prachtig tegen de berg aan en kijkt schitterend uit over de baai van Agay. Bij het bovenste appartement zit een lekkere loungeplek waar je 's avonds heerlijk zit en bij het onderste appartement is de bbq-plek met een goeie eettafel met zonneluifel. Achter het onderste huis is ook nog een tuin met tafels en ligstoelen, maar daar hebben wij niet gezeten. Prima airco in slaapkamers. Douche en keuken in onderste appartement zijn wat verouderd, maar alles werkt prima. Zwembad is heerlijk, goeie bedjes en fijne grote parasol. Bij het laaste zonnetje kun je daar heerlijk borrelen. De wandeling naar Agay is goed te doen, wel steil als je weer terugloopt. Auto kun je goed parkeren bij de ingang, je loopt dan via trappen naar het huis dat daaronder ligt. Huis werkte voor ons goed: wij beneden en de kinderen met aanhang in het appartement boven. Zo heb je geen last van nachtbrakerij van de kids.

Traumhaft schön
Wir haben mit unser Familie ( 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) einen tollen Urlaub hier verlebt. Die Aussicht von den Terrassen auf das Mittelmeer ist dabei unbezahlbar. Die eigentliche Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, jedoch muss man beachten, dass viele Treppenstufen zu bewältigen sind. Auch der 7-8 minütige Gang in den Ort Agay ist auf dem Rückweg etwas beschwerlich, da es steil werden kann. Positiv hervorzuheben ist vor allem auch der Pool, in dem die Kinder sehr viel Zeit verbracht haben. Toller Service war an dieser Stelle, dass der Pool 2x die Woche gereinigt worden ist. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir einen tollen Urlaub gehabt. An dieser Stelle möchte ich vor allem auch noch den Service und die Hilfsbereitschaft von Sigrid hervorheben, die uns beim Check IN und Check Out sehr entgegen kam und auch sonst immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Wir können den Aufenthalt daher nur empfehlen !

Wir waren mit zwei Familien in dem Haus, absolut ideal dafür - jeder hat sein Reich und man ist trotzdem zusammen. Haus, Ausstattung, Lage so wie beschreiben! Lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vielen Dank an Sigrid für den netten, freundlichen Empfang. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub!

Cadre magnifique, superbe vue sur la baie d'Agay. Villa très agréable et très bien équipée (chambres, cuisines, vaisselle, terrasses agréables, piscine etc...) Très bon accueil de Sigrid. Kleine Auszeit mit Meerblick
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Blick auf der Terrasse. Das Anwesen ist in einer Hanglage. Die Kinder sind viel durch den Garten geflitzt und haben es genossen, dass der Pool beheizt war. Die Lage des Hauses ist für uns nicht optimal gewesen, weil Ausflugsziele wie Cannes, Nizza, Monaco, Saint Tropez immer eine Fahrzeit von ca. 1 Std. bedeutet hat und das den Kindern zuviel war. Oft wurde die Fahrzeit durch Stau länger. Es gab keine langen Sandstrände in direkter Nähe. Wir sind immer an einen Strand bei Saint Maxime gefahren (40 min. Fahrt). Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen.

Nous avons passé des supers vacances à Agay, la maison est très bien avec ses différentes terrasses qui offrent de magnifiques vues sur la mer et sur le massif de l'Esterel. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine. La résidence est très calme. Mon mari sportif a apprécié de pouvoir faire du vélo le long de la mer et marcher dans l'Esterel. C'est facile de tout faire à pied pour les petites courses, le pain et aller à la plage. La maison est très propre et avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très bon séjour. Il faut souligner la qualité de l'accueil et les explications de Sigrid qui est vraiment très sympa et disponible. On reviendra c'est sûr.

Super Aussicht, aber…
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Agay. Die Gegend ist toll und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Wenn da nicht ein paar Einschränkungen gewesen wären: Der Kühlschrank der Hauptwohnung kühlte nur bis maximal 15 °C. Dadurch sind uns verschiedene Lebensmittel verdorben (Milch, Wurst, Käse Quark), die entsorgt werden mussten. Dieser Punkt wurde bereits am Anreisetag bei der Hausverwalterin beziehungsweise der Vermieterin reklamiert, leider ohne Reaktion. Die Badewanne in der Hauptwohnung wurde nach einem früheren Durchbruch notdürftig mit Klebeband repariert. Neben der mangelnden Hygiene konnte man sich nicht in der Mitte der Badewanne stellen, da sonst eine starke Durchbiegung der Wanne erfolgt ist mit der Gefahr, dass die geklebte Stelle komplett durchbricht. Die Beleuchtung im Bad der Hauptwohnung hat teilweise nicht funktioniert. Die Kleiderschränke der Hauptwohnung waren weitestgehend durch Bettzeug und andere Wohnungsutensilien der Vermieterin blockiert und nicht nutzbar. Dafür ist der Aufenthalt beider viel zu teuer.

Fantastic House and view
We had the best stay, the House is Old and a kittel worn, but altogether lovely. It is in walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants and from the trianstation, if you take the shortcutpath. Sigrid was very helpfull and Quick to respond to all needs. We had a great time in the House Winther fantastic view.

Séjour 5 étoiles
Magnifique séjour dans cette villa tranquille entre mer et collines. La situation est époustouflante. Partout où l'on regarde depuis la villa c'est un point de vue différent et toujours extraordinaire. Le seul bémol est l'accès par les escaliers, attention aux personnes plus âgées (ça se mérite des points de vue pareils) La villa est parfaitement équipée, tout est propre et rangé à l'arrivée. La piscine, récente, est très agréable et les soirées sur les différentes terrasses et niveaux permettent de l'intimité quand vous partez comme nous avec toute la famille! Mention spéciale pour Sigrid, notre star du quartier qui nous accueille avec un large sourire et est toujours aussi délicate à notre départ. Les états des lieux sont simples et surtout Sigid est hyper disponible pour toutes nos questions ou problèmes pendant le séjour, ce qui est un réel plus! Merci encore Sigrid! Que dire de plus? Nous avons déjà envie d'y retourner :-)

The house was great, even better than on the pictures. it is very well equipped, and Agay is a pleasant town to stay in. Also Sigrid was very helpful. The only thing is to ask her how to turn off the pool Alarm at the start of the stay (let her show you). We didn't really understand the explanation.

Maison très agréable, beaucoup d'espaces et de petites niches pou s'isoler. Vue exceptionnelle, piscine très fonctionelle. Seul hic, les finitions des travaux à revoir qui peuvent poser des problèmes de sécurité avec les tous petits. Sinon je recommande et y retournerai avec plaisir!

Topissime séjour en famille, vue magique et à 5mn de la plage et des commerces à pied
Nous avons passé de supers vacances en famille, la maison est top, bien équipée avec ses 2 parties indépendantes il y a tout pour recevoir 2 familles ou venir avec des amis, c'est vraiment adapté, propre et bien entretenu. On peut tout faire à pied, la plage de sable est à 5 minutes et ça c'est génial avec les enfants. Plein de balades à faire si on aime la nature et les grands espaces. Avec les différentes terrasses et la piscine c'est super pour varier les plaisirs, c'est calme et la vue est magique sur la mer, les bateaux et les montagnes de l'Esterel. Merci à Sigrid pour son accueil avec plein d'informations sur les bons petits restaurants et les endroits à découvrir. En bref on a adoré notre séjour et on reviendra l'année prochaine avec des amis car on se sent trop bien dans cette maison.

Wunderschön
Der Urlaub war einfach toll. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Es ist ruhig und dennoch zentral. Sogar fußläufig ist alles zu erreichen. Der Check in/out mit Sigrid klappt wunderbar und problemlos. Sie ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Wildschwein Einbruch, welches sich durch den Garten gewühlt hat. Die Kommunikation und der Austausch mit Sigrid lief tadellos und es gab keinerlei Probleme. Wir waren mit 9Personen im Haus. Da es zwei Wohneinheiten mit jeweils Küche und Badezimmer gibt gab es somit auch keine Probleme. Ich hoffe mich verschlägt es nochmal nach Süd-Frankreich. Es ist wunderschön. Gerne auch wieder bei ihnen in Agay.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Wir waren für 10 Tage in Agay und hatten das große Glück diese großartige Unterkunft gefunden zu haben. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die tolle Terrasse mit einem mega Ausblick aufs Meer lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vor allem der Pool, der einmal die Woche professionell gereinigt wird ist traumhaft. Und dann wurden wir von Sigrid sehr herzlich empfangen und sogar mit einem superleckeren Frühstück verabschiedet... :-) Der Ort ist zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen und wir haben jeden Morgen leckeres Baguette vom Bäcker geholt. Wir haben in der Sauberkeit nur 4 Sterne gegeben, weil im Haus doch einiges veraltet ist und in der unteren Wohnung z.B. die Duschtüren unten ein wenig Schimmel hatten. Aber man muss auch sagen, dass das Gebäude sehr groß ist und wir "Deutschen" ja auch etwas kleinlich sind... :-) Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat war, dass wir 14 Tage vor Anreise eine Mail bekamen mit der Info, dass wir für die Endreinigung 120,00 Euro zusätzlich bezahlen müssen und Handtücher und Bettwäsche Aufpreis kosten. Diese Angaben habe ich mir vor Buchung in der Anzeige gewünscht und es blieb uns dann halt auch gar nichts anderes übrig als dies noch zu bezahlen. Gäbe es noch die Rubrik Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hätten wir vermutlich nur 4 Sterne gegeben. Aber trotzdem war es so schön, dass wir auch gerne nochmals dorthin reisen würden. En revanche le prix est trop cher au regard des prestations qu’on peut attendre: linge de lit et de toilette non fourni (pas d’alèse sur certain matelas!) ménage fin de séjour en supplément, propreté moyenne (notamment le mobilier extérieur) vaisselle vieille et abîmée, travaux de rénovation en cours. Très bon accueil à notre arrivée et notre départ par la personne en charge.

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit Meerblick
Wir haben das Haus mit 8 Personen für eine Woche gemietet. Es ist ausreichend Platz und ein sehr schöner Garten. Pool ist groß genug und sauber. Reibungslose Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter egal ob E-Mail oder Telefon. Wir würden das Haus nochmal mieten. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche 😊
