Two-bedroom beachfront condo on 15th floor at Tropic Winds! Close to Pier Park, very family-friendly. Newly renovated (in 2021) and professionally decorated! The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit boasts 1200 sq ft of beautiful living space with an updated kitchen. LED television sets in every bedroom. 1 King & 2 Queen beds, very comfy! Extra large, furnished balcony, offering breathtaking views of the ocean waters and the softest white sand on the gulf coast. Condo has 2 beach chairs and umbrella setup daily (Between 4/15 - 10/31 only). 1 parking spot included, overflow parking available first-come first-serve.

Lovely Condo
Tropic Winds has always been our favorite place to stay in PCB. This condo has been the best one we've stayed in by far. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Extra beach towels were a definite plus and beach service was great! We hit the beach/gulf every day! We try to reserve this condo again on our next trip to PCB.

The condo was beautiful and perfectly located.She had everything we needed, from cooking supplies to keeping our kiddos entertained. Just what we needed!
I probably spent about three weeks, researching properties and trying to communicate with host. And one of the awesome things about this property was the communication with the host, Megan. She was amazing! We drove from Arkansas to our location, and the check-in process was so easy, getting into the condo was a piece of cake, and the view was phenomenal!. There wasn’t one thing that we needed that there wasn’t already in the condo. I mean everything! The Winn-Dixie was the closest grocery store and we picked up a few items for snacks and lunches and it was perfect. If you do travel with children, Megan has all the stuff that you would need to play in the sand and have a great time by the ocean. There are lots of games for the kids to play and all the pieces and parts and cards are there nothing was missing. I cannot think of one thing about the condo that was not just perfect for our getaway. The beds were great, the amount of towels were perfect, she even has beach towels for you to use. We try to stay on top of all the laundry so I did a little bit every day and having the washer and dryer was great! My husband is never involved in the selection process only the critiquing process and I was excited when he said this was the best place we’ve ever stayed. That was a high compliment. If you were looking for a spacious two bedroom with a balcony that’s got lots of seating and gorgeous views, this would be the one to choose! ❤️

Gulf air is the perfect cure.
This condo was as advertised. Meghan was always quick to respond to all my messages . Had TV and washer issues which she would have addressed while we were there, but told her just to fix before next guest. Our thing is to get away from Ky pollen and breathe the gulf air, take long walks on the beach, enjoy eating on balcony and watching the marine life. ( saw 2 manatees this visit, sharks, sea turtle, and stingrays. But sadly , no dolphons.) Also meeting so many nice people from all over. Just a great, relaxing vacation.

Tropic Winds is a great place to stay for a family. Away from the busy nightlife but close enough if you want to go. Love the indoor/outdoor pool. Place is very clean. Not crazy about the Roku Tv but again I am not very technical. But, they sent someone to help right away. Condo had Everything that we needed.

Beautiful family vacation
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. Beautifully and tastefully decorated, very comfortable. There was also great Tupperware, nice pots and pans in the kitchen, extra beach chairs. We have been to Tropic Winds for our family vacation several times now and love it here! We love the big patios and walking down to the beach. My dad enjoyed the workout facility and my kids loved the pool. Meghan was quick to respond and very helpful and accommodating.

Just another day in paradise!
My husband, kids (8 and 5) and I loved every minute of our vacation. This. Place. Is. Stunning. The views, decor, you name it. Just steps to the beach or pool and you’re living your best life. I’ve stayed in other places in PCB and this is by far the nicest. Meghan was SO helpful and answers your questions via the app almost instantly. She was very helpful arranging an earlier check in. And just helpful in general! The condo was stocked with all your needs (in unit laundry is a must for our family). From the fully stocked kitchen to the beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys, etc. Lots of board games for kids of all ages. And a Wii- our kids loved it on the partial rain day. The pool was very nice and not overly crowded. Not a ton of pool chairs but who needs the pool when you have the beach! White sand beaches for miles and beach service (chairs and umbrella) included for the entire duration of your rental. I only have one con. The elevator situation. There are only three elevators for the entire place. Friday’s and Saturday’s are SO busy. I waited for an hour to catch an elevator to haul our stuff up. It’s not the thing you want to be doing when you’ve traveled and are starting your vacation. There was one broken elevator the whole time we were there. On check out day two elevators were broken and my husband waited 45 minutes to get our stuff to the car. We are not opposed to walking the other times but it’s not possible to carry a weeks worth of gear up 15 flights of stairs. I hope the complex (and owners) address this because it was horribly frustrating. I’ve already talked to Meghan about it and she’s most likely already communicated it to the property. Otherwise I can “a shore you” we’ll be back!

This unit is directly on the beach with breathtaking views! Perfect for families and couples. It is conveniently located a short 4 minute drive from Pier Park & on the west side of Panama City Beach, where it’s quieter & family friendly! This unit comfortably sleeps 6.

The oversized balcony has 2 full size loungers, a loveseat glider and 2 chairs with comfy cushions, and 2 more deep, comfortable seats making it the perfect spot to lounge & take in the gorgeous oceanfront views!

Two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms - one with a King bed (oceanfront) and another with two Queen beds. One bathroom is also accessible from the living area.

There is a beautiful, new, open-concept kitchen to the dining and living areas.

There are TONS of board games & card games for the family, along with a Wii & a large movie selection. Plus, we have an entire storage unit outside full of beach & pool toys! We also offer many chairs & umbrellas to bring down on top of the beach service you’ll get that include 2 lounge chairs & an umbrella (March 15-October 31)!

Other amenities include a hot tub, pool, gym, sauna, steam room, and grills.

We have keyless entry, free WiFi, three flat screen TVs, DVD players for each TV, & more.
