Ground floor: see view from 3 sides as the floor is re-elevated- fully equipped kitchen with meal table; large diner/ sitting room heading to a roofted terrasse. 1 bed room for 2 & shower room en suite. 1WC 1st floor: palier/library opening to 2 bed rooms ( 1 for 2 & 1 for 4), a bathroom, 1WC. Basement: laundering room, toys & games, garden furnitures. Several beach’s around to swim, sail, scuba - diving, surf. 200 m from the port with fish sales place, bars and restaurants, market on Sunday morning.

Très chouette maison, bien située, qui correspond aux besoins d’une grande famille. Accueil des plus enthousiaste de la part de Florian. On recommande si vous souhaitez séjourner dans le coin.

Pointe de Trevignon

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. L’emplacement de la maison est idéale. Elle se situe à la pointe de Trevignon dans une impasse à quelques mètres de la plage et des restaurants (crêperie, snack bar, brasserie). C’est à la fois calme et vivant. Un marché le dimanche matin où l’on trouve un peu de tout ( légumes, fruits, manteaux de pluie, saucissons, pains…). Des arrivages frais de poissons et crustacés tous les matins au petit port… de très belles ballades aux alentours sur les sentiers longeants les nombreuses plages. La maison est spacieuse, la cuisine est bien équipée avec suffisamment d’ustensiles, couverts, verres. De nombreux livres à disposition pour adultes ainsi que des livres et des jeux pour enfants. Quelques petites moins: les literies et canapés ne sont pas de premières jeunesses et certains electro ménagers commencent à rencontrer quelques soucis (four, lave vaisselle, bouilloire) même si pas si gênant au regard des avantages de cette maison et notamment son emplacement et son calme.

Excellent location and very comfortable and well equipped property

Fantastic stay in this lovely, well equipped house. Walking distance to nice beaches, plenty of cafes and bars. Fish sales most days from the harbour.

Parfait !

Une maison spacieuse très agréable, idéale pour passer quelques jours au bord de la mer en famille ou entre amis. Les lits étaient confortables, la cuisine bien équipée, le salon convivial, et la terrasse très plaisante (et couverte, ce qui permet de profiter de l'apéro même quand il pleut légèrement). Merci également à Florian pour son accueil attentif et chaleureux. A réserver sans hésiter !
