Ground floor: see view from 3 sides as the floor is re-elevated- fully equipped kitchen with meal table; large diner/ sitting room heading to a roofted terrasse. 1 bed room for 2 & shower room en suite. 1WC 1st floor: palier/library opening to 2 bed rooms ( 1 for 2 & 1 for 4), a bathroom, 1WC. Basement: laundering room, toys & games, garden furnitures. Several beach’s around to swim, sail, scuba - diving, surf. 200 m from the port with fish sales place, bars and restaurants, market on Sunday morning.

We are a French family of 5. Le Vilvic is our family house we enjoy to come every summer and we feel sad it is empty the rest of the year, reason why we rent it.
