Located in the Cottages at Romar community, this magnificent 10-bedroom, three-story home has enough space for 30 people as well as its own private pool and access to community amenities.

Welcome to your home away from home at the beach! Beach Music is sure to leave you delighted as you explore every inch of this home. The open and airy living space on the second floor flows seamlessly into the kitchen, where chefs will have a great time preparing meals using state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances. There is even a wet bar and wine cooler to help chill your favorite wines before pairing them with your meal. Soak up the Gulf view from the first, second or third floor, whether you are sitting in the living room enjoying a movie night or lounging on the balcony breathing in the fresh sea air. The first floor also has a kitchenette, living room and doors that open up to the private pool. If kids are traveling in your group, they will love the built-in bunks found on the second floor. Four sets of bunks mean that you will hear lots of giggles coming from this room all night!

After you have unpacked and settled in, it’s time to explore! Go for a dip in your own private swimming pool or indulge in Cottages at Romar’s zero-entry community pool. The gated neighborhood’s beach boardwalk takes you easily to and from the sugary white shores. Community barbecue grills can also be found here. Of course, you also have your own private gas grill back at your vacation home. After a day at the beach, rinse off under the outdoor shower to leave the sand behind.

It wouldn’t be a vacation to Orange Beach without exploring all of the fun things to do! Rent boats and jet skis and take them out to the Perdido Pass to experience some of the Gulf’s best waters. Foodies will love the local restaurants in the area, with menus that will please even the pickiest of eaters. Great Family Vacation

This house was perfect for the large group (4 families). We were down here for a sibling families vacation. Every person had an amazing time. Every bedroom in the house is comfortable and spacious. The pool is amazing for when you can't get in the Gulf. The main floor has outstanding

Still waiting for resolve

We lost over 500 worth of groceries because the fridges weren’t working. We also had 2 beds broken when we arrived and the ice machine never worked. We communicated all of this with the property manager via text and they weren’t able to fix any of it while we are there. To make matters worse, when I spoke to them after the trip to inform them how unhappy I was I had to call 3 times and they said the original person I spoke to would call me back and never did.

Great place for a work retreat

Plenty of space, leads right out to a beautiful beach. Nice pool. Even enjoyed for large tv screen since we had work docs to share in the day - and movies at night!

The property was as described and the service with Southern Resorts is always top notch. We had a family gathering of 30 people and there was plenty of room. A great beachfront home to host large groups.

Beautiful Home!!

The property was beautiful!! The house was perfect size for a large family like ours. There was plenty of space for everyone. It was wonderful to be right on the beach after a short walk on the deck. The kids loved having the pool to play in as well!! I love the safety gate on the porch that kept the smaller kids from going down the steps to the pool area!! The house was fairly clean. All in all would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful Beach house with a spectacular view and access to the white sand of Orange Beach.

We had 15 family members ranging in age from 18 months to 80 years. It is a beautiful home and property with a pool and plenty of dining seating and a well stocked kitchen. We had a great time! Would definitely book again.

Amazing house

We had 24 people stay for a 60th birthday. The house was set up very well and couldn't have been more perfect. We had a problem with the pool one day and they resolved in within a couple hours. The only negative thing to say was there was not enough bath towels for our size group and needed more dish towels. Overall it was amazing and I would definitely rent again. Thank you :)

Great family beach house

The location was fantastic. Easy beach access and view. The layout of the house was great, especially with so many bedrooms having a patio view of the beach. We had a beach wedding and the access could not have been any better. The pool and pool area was perfect. The house was designed for families/groups to gather and enjoy.

Great home to get the whole family together.

Spent an amazing week with our entire extended family of 18 adults and 6 children. Everyone from ages 82 to 2 enjoyed the easy beach access and the wonderful pool and deck area. The kitchen was well equipped, had fun cooking together and sharing family dinners on the large dinning table. Plenty of room to spread out or gather around a table and play games. Can't wait to visit again in the future.

The best family vacation we've ever had

This home is unreal and has everything you could want. Pool, beachfront, big rooms and bathroom for each person/couple. They were very communicative and we had an amazing stay. Restaurants and grocery stores are close by and the state park is withing walking distance (Rosemary dunes entrance). We had a blast and we hated to leave. Trying to think of a reason to come back!

We had 28 family members ranging from 7 months to 63 years of age. It was amazing! Plenty (more than enough) space for everyone. The property was clean, in a great location, easy access to the beach. Looked exactly like the pictures. Our family had an amazing time and we will be back.

Exceeded expectations! Beautiful home.

For once the actual home is even better than the pictures! :) The home was beautiful and our group loved it! Also, had more king beds than listed, so great! One of our bed frames was broken, but the property manager came and fixed without a couple of hours, so no complaints! :)

Big Family Vacay!!

This property is amazing!! There were 10 adults and 10 children (5 months to 9 years) in our party. There are plenty of bedrooms for lots of privacy and space. Even with that many people the noise was never a problem. The house is solid and even though there are 3 stories it was quiet. The kitchen has everything you need with 2 refrigerator/freezers with a 3rd on the 2nd floor. The pool is amazing (I think the kids favorite). The beach is a short walk on a private walkway. We definitely plan on coming back in the future!!

We had 27 ladies staying at this property together. The space really accommodated well for that many people together. No elevator inside! That's the only negative! So, the second and third floor bedrooms are a little harder for those who suffer from knee pain.

This was an amazing house! We loved everything about it. The two refrigerators in the main kitchen (another full-size in the upstairs kitchenette) was fabulous and the two dishwashers helped also. The house is in excellent shape and was really soundproof. We didn't have to worry about being quiet while little ones were sleeping. The management company was super responsive to our every request. We would have enjoyed a ceiling fan on the porch, but that sure didn't stop us from sitting out there and enjoying the view. Great property.
