This beautifully restored town house is very quiet on the edge of the Mallorcan village of Es Llombards and near the town of Santanyi, where they can enjoy every Wednesday and Saturday the colorful market and experience. In the typical bars and restaurants, the Majorcan life takes place. Numerous shops in the surrounding area invite you to stroll and linger. The sandy beaches of the island's most scenic beaches of Cala Llombards, Cala Santanyi and the romantic Ficherdörfchen Cala Figuera are also only about 10 minutes away by car. In a few minutes drive from the famous beach of Es Trenc with its crystal clear water.

Perfekter Rückzugsort

Schönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes und gemütliches Haus im mallorquinischen Stil in ruhiger Dorflage, in dem man sich gleich wohl fühlt. Es scheint, als hätten Freunde Ihr Domizil überlassen, weil sie gerade selbst in Urlaub sind. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung aller Formalitäten und freundliche Betreuung vor Ort.

Erholung pur

Die Finka hatte alles außer ein paar Kleinigkeiten alles zu bieten. Orga war sehr gut. Wünsche wurde schnell und unbürokratisch erledigt durch die Betreuung vor Ort. Der Ort hat zwei sehr gute Restaurants und mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Santanyi. Also von uns aus eine glatte 1.

Outstanding Finca in Es Llombards

This extraordinary Finca can simply be recommended for a perfect stay with the Family in the vicinity of Santanyi. It is located in a quiet part of Es Llombards and perfectly suitable for one that seeks relaxation without renouncing infrastructure of a village. Restaurants and supermarkets are not far away. The beautiful house is clean and all daily needed equipment is available, even a wine fridge. Exactly as described. The communication with the vendor was also perfectly possible in English and also in German.

Had a great time here

Everthing was very clean, the house is well maintained and equiped. We, especially the kids, very much enjoyed the garden and the pool. All in all we had really good time.

Sehr gepflegte, super ausgestattete, stilvolle Finca

Wir haben in der Finca sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir haben die Finca genauso vorgefunden, wie im Inserat präsentiert - perfekt! Die Kommunikation mit den Inhabern und dem lokalen Verwalter war sehr herzlich und hilfreich - vielen Dank dafür! Die Finca ist sehr hübsch und vorbildlich ausgestattet (z.B. umfangreiche Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Badezimmer etc.) - es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Interieur ist geschmackvoll gestaltet, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben, im OG ist ein sehr eleganter Holzboden verlegt, was sehr wertig aussieht. Der Aussenbereich inkl. Pool ist sehr gepflegt und hat für unsere 4-köpfige Familie ausreichend Platz gegeben, unter dem Vordach sitzt man tagsüber und abends herrlich geschützt und die stets vorhandene Brise hat uns trotz der heurigen Hitze gut gekühlt. Die Lage ist super, ganz ruhig und nahe bei Santanyi und Ses Salines und verschiedenen Stränden. Geheimtipp: eine Fahrt zum Leuchtturm von Cap Ses Salines: tolle Anfahrt und grandioses türkises Wasser! Wir würden die Finca jederzeit wieder mieten bzw. empfehlen.

Sehr gerne wieder

Sehr schönes perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus am Stadtrand von Es Llombards. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Pool und die Außenanlage sauber und gepflegt. Restaurants und Bäcker sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die super nette hilfsbereite Vermieterin war bei Rückfragen immer zu erreichen und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Beautiful, well equipped house

Loved staying in this villa and would definitely recommend to others. Immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Garden and pool are fantastic. Only down-side was the lack of air conditioning which made sleeping during hot August nights difficult but probably wouldn't be a problem the rest of the year.

Es Llombards Villa

We had a such a lovely stay at this villa. Every thing you need is there with lovely spacious rooms. We appreciated how child friendly and safe the pool and garden were our Grandchild had such fun. Perfect place with children. Close by village with restaurants was great to have and just a short walk. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful, very well equipped villa in quiet location.

We had a wonderful time staying at Casa Jan. The Villa is charming and very well equipped. Located in a quiet village it’s only 10 minutes drive to santanyi town and beaches. Great location. I also really appreciated having the pool fence which meant we could really relax with a fearless 3 year old running around. Katharina was very helpful and always replied quickly to any queries. Highly recommended.

Jederzeit wieder

Ein wunderschönes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit hervorragender Ausstattung im Süden der Insel gelegen, abseits vom Touristentrubel. Wer die Ruhe genießen möchte bleibt im Garten am Pool, wer Abwechslung braucht, findet diese in wenigen Fahrminuten in den umliegenden Buchten und Städtchen. Für den täglichen Bedarf befinden sich ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft und einige fußläufig erreichbare Restaurants in der Nähe.

Great house in a cozy town near Santanyí

Our family of four loved this house and enjoyed a lovely holiday. The house is beautifully decorated, everything works perfectly well and is well taken care of. Es Llombards is a little town nearby Santanyí (bi-weekly market, highly recommended), but also very close to Ses Salines and to some beautiful southern beaches. If you don't wish to drive those 25' to Colonia de Sant Jordi and surrounding beaches, Cala Llombards (literally 10' drive) is also delightful, especially in the evenings (water still cristal-clean and great "chiringuito" for easy dinning). The owners and the property managers were always available and keen to answer our questions. Thanks!

Dream house in a great location

We had the best holidays at Casa Jan. The house is fully equiped and very well kept. The owners and the propiety managers were always available to solve our doubts. All members of our family found what they needed and enjoyed the most. We'd go back with no doubt! Danke :)

Unvergesslicher Sommerurlaub

Rundherum ein gelungener Urlaub. Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren sehr zuvorkommend. Das Stadthaus überzeugt durch viel Charme und Romantik und besonders hervorzuheben ist die geschmackvolle Einrichtung wo es an überhaupt nichts fehlt. Die Aussenanlage und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und sauber, perfekt für ruhige Stunden zum geniessen. Den Strand und die wunderschönen Buchten rund um den Ort erreicht man in weniger als 15 min. und laden zum Schwimmen und für ein gemütliches Sonnenbaden ein. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuss im Ort 2-3 Restaurants, die auch zum empfehlen sind und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Ein Traum für jeden der es gerne etwas ländlich und ruhig wünscht. Sehr schönes stilvolles Feriendomizil

Wir haben ein sehr schönes, geschmackvolles Domizil vorgefunden. Sehr schöner Außenbereich den man am liebsten nicht mehr verlassen möchte. Das Haus ist mit allem was das Herz begehrt eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Sehr erfreut waren wir auch über das Willkommenspaket. Ein voller Obstkorb, Wein und Kekse hat uns sehr überrascht und gefreut. Die Vorort Betreuung ist auch sehr bemüht, freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Einziger "kleiner" Minuspunkt wäre, dass bei großer Wärme, im Haus leider keine Abkühlung möglich ist. Also wenn überhaupt eine kleine Kritik, ist vielleicht eine fehlende Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern. Aber das ist eben immer Ansichtssache.

Wunderschönes Stadthaus zum genießen

Wir fanden ein sehr schönes und geschmackvolles Feriendomizil vor. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Ist ist sauber und man sieht, dass das Haus in einem geplegten Zustand ist und auch gehalten wird. Wir waren zu 4 Erwachsene und ein 2,5 jährigem Kind dort. Das Grundstück ist komplett abgetrennt und der Pool ist auch noch auf Wunsch eingezäunt. Also ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Der Garten ist groß und hat somit auch viel Platz zum Spielen und Toben. Wenn man will. Also wir habe uns wirklich wohlgefühlt und können es wirklich guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Die Vorort Betreuung ist sehr gut und jederzeit ansprechbar. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das Wilkommenspaket. Es stand zur Begrüßung ein großer Obstkorb, Wein, Öl und Kekse auf dem Tisch. Nochmals auf diesem Wege - DANKE -.

Perfekter Urlaub in toller Finca!

Wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder (14, 2) einen fantastischen Urlaub in dieser Finca. Die Bilder halten ihr Versprechen und unsere Erwartungen wurden voll und ganz getroffen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man in einem Urlaub braucht. Vom Kinderspielzeug bis zum Holzgrill auf der großen, überdachten Veranda hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Buchung und der Kontakt im Vorfeld zur Vermieterin sowie die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Hausverwaltung waren super. Immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommenden. Wir bedanken uns herzlich und empfehlen die Casa Jan sehr gerne weiter!

Sehr schöne Finca, perfekt ausgestattet

Wir waren im August 2016 in dieser wunderschönen Finca. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise war einfach alles stimmig. Sowohl Vermieterin als auch die Hausverwalterin vor Ort waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Finca ist in einem top Zustand und hat alles, was man für den Urlaub benötigt - von den Sandspielsachen für kleine Kinder bis zum Grill für die Grillmeister! Der Pool ist schön und gepflegt, wie alles hier. Wir vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kinder (2 und 14) waren begeistert und haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es Llombards ist ein kleines Dorf, welches aber dennoch eine kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit (50m von der Finca) und einige gute Restaurants zu bieten hat. Santanyi ist der größere Nachbarort, der ca. 5 Autominuten weg ist. Dort gibt es einen tollen Markt und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch der Strand von Cala Llombards ist ein schönes Fleckchen, an dem wir tolle Stunden verbracht haben. Wir können diese Finca guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!

Wunderschöne Ferien im Casa Jan

Im Casa Jan haben wir zum zweiten Mal wunderschöne Ferien verbracht. Für uns ist es ein besonderer Ort, der uns begeistert und an dem wir uns sehr wohl fühlen. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Infrastruktur lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es macht grossen Spass, in der sehr gut eingerichteten Küche zu wirken. Die tolle Veranda und den phantastischen Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Generell ist der Aussenbereich ein Bijou mit viel Privatsphäre. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft gibt es seit diesem Jahr einen kleinen Einkaufsladen, in dem frisches Brot und die wichtigsten Dingen für den täglichen Bedarf erhältlich sind. Es Llombards ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für die vielen nahe gelegenen wunderschönen Strände. Das 5 min. entfernte Santanyi ist immer ein Besuch wert. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend, die Betreuung vor Ort tatellos. Das Casa Jan ist ein toller Ort, an dem wir zwei Wochen wie zu Hause waren.

Very confortable and quiet

We loved our time at Casa Jan. It is a very beautiful property with loads of charm. The pool is wonderful and I loved seeing our children play at night there. In August Mallorca can be overwhelming with too many tourists and the house was our refuge. Katharina is very accomodating and she will make sure that everything is in order; we particularly loved the welcome package!!! Such a sweet detail. It is located in a small town with a wonderful restaurant. Very convenient to be used as base for a wonderful week on the island. Thank you Katharina, for everything.

beautiful house in a quiet & peacefull surrounding

The house is exactly as indicated by the site, everything was perfect and most importantly (to us) child friendly. We were pleasantly welcomed and received quick and good reactions whenever we had questions of any kind. We have chosen this house because it has a secured swimming pool (surrounded by a fence) so our youngest grand son could play safely in the garden without accidentaly falling in the pool. In the house were different brochures with information of all sorts of activities, restaurants, points of interests and general info about Mallorca. In Santanayi, a town nearby, there are plenty of restaurants where you can enjoy a nice meal. We recommend to visit restaurant Anoa, very good food in a nice surrounding with friendly people. We know for sure that if we go back to Mallorca, Casa Jan will be our first choice!

Tolles Ambiente mit perfekter Infrastruktur

Die Beschreibung auf der Website verspricht nicht zuviel. Trotz der Lage im Dorf ist es eine "Oase der Ruhe" und man geniesst sehr viel Privatsphäre. Es Llombards ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut gelegen. Neben verschiedenen tollen Stränden und dem schönen Städtchen Santanyi in unmittelbarer Nähe sind der Flughafen und Palma in weniger als 1h erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und bietet jeglichen Komfort. Der Pool ist phantastisch. Die Vermieterin hat sich sehr um unsere Fragen und Anliegen bemüht und immer innerhalb kurzer Frist reagiert. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und empfehlen dieses Feriendomizil sehr gerne weiter.
