THE SPACE
Open plan living area/ kitchen that is light and bright corner with wood and tile flooring throughout, spacious living area with comfortable seating and 60” Smart TV. Stylish dining for up to 8 plus a large walk out furnished balcony. The kitchen has beautiful black granite work tops and breakfast bar with seating for 4 and comes equipped for a quick snack or a gourmet dinner. The den, just off the kitchen is a cozy hideaway with queen pull-out sofa, smart TV and a handy desk.

BED & BATH
3 bedrooms with top quality mattresses, luxury linens, smart TVs and ceiling fans. The master suite has a king bed, 42” TV, walk in closet and vast en-suite bathroom with his n her vanity, garden tub, walk in shower and screened toilet. Guest suite has a King room and a 3rd bedroom with 2 double beds. The guest bathroom is newly remodeled with a large walk in shower. A full size laundry room in the condo means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!

**We are very excited to announce the opening of our new East Side Pool amenities at Vista Cay Resort. The new amenities include two brand new pools, a hot tub, new pool bar, a kid’s splash pad, a fire pit area and lots more. There is a map of the resort with the location of the new East Side Pool attached in the listing pictures. Now that the East Side Pool amenities have opened, the renovations to the main resort pool, hot tub and pool bar are taking place now. The Clubhouse including the Gym, Gift Shop, Park Tickets Concierge, and Games Room will remain open at this time. We have discounted our rates to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
