Property was great. This is our first-time using VRBO. Communication at first was a bit slow, however, once we made contact with the host, our stay was great.

It was a great little clean place. Best part was how well the a/c worked & how cool the place stayed, nice kitchen everything worked plenty of space. Beautiful historical Kenwood area safe & clean. Close enough to every best attraction that st.pete as to offer. Shaded area to park outta the sun. Had a wonderful stay. Just update the couch & everything will be perfect! Thank you so much! GREAT first experience in florida!

St Pete Grand Prix weekend
The property location was perfect for us, only a 5 minute drive from our son's apartment downtown and in the outskirts of Historic Kenwood, home to quaint architecture we enjoyed walking and driving by. The property was sufficient, but the furniture could have been more comfortable for those of us with not so young backs! Also, check in instructions mentioned additional towels available, but we didn't find any more bath towels or kitchen towels for drying dishes.
