This location includes activities like Hermann Park, The Museum District, Reliant Park and The Houston Zoo. It is also only a 5 minute drive from The Texas Medical Centre, which is the largest medical centre in the world. Downtown Houston is only 10 minutes

The Space:
You can relax pool side or read a novel on our comfy couches under the vine shaded pergolas. How about joining our complimentary sessions of Yoga or check out our 24 hour gym? The property offers catered monthly breakfast in the Club Room, daily movie rentals, resident business center with wifi, package acceptance and delivery service and a library of resident book swaps. It also has 24 hour emergency maintenance, on site courtesy officer and valet waste pick up at your door five days a week. The complex also has a recreation center where you can relax with your friends and family. It also has a business centre where you will have access to computers, printers and fax machine 24-hours a day. In the condo, you will have access to wireless internet, cable TV and washer/dryer. It sleeps 6 people comfortably with a spacious living room. It includes a fully equipped kitchen and modern appliances and everything that anybody would need to cook up a delicious meal. You will have access to a balcony over looking our gorgeous pool. This condo also includes ceiling fans, expansive walk-in closets and full-size washer and dryer.

Dirty and worn

Apartment was filthy. Chipped floor tile and Ripped carpet with exposed carpet tacks cut my foot. Toothpaste and hair on floors. Sticky dark substance splattered on doors. Host was professional & gracious and helped get another place. Next place was cleaner but broken microwave, burnt out light bulbs and constant dripping faucets in bathrooms A work order was placed but nothing was done during our stay. Pool And weight room were nice and cleaned. We will not stay at this property again even tho Host was easy to communicate with.

Perfect for Houston Medical Center appointments

We’ve stayed here before because it is super close to the medical center for appointments. It has been a couple of years between medical appointments so the property looks a couple of years older. However, I still highly recommend due to proximity to medical center, or HLSR (rodeo) in March, or rather close to downtown and perfect for a small family.

Great Location, Disappointing Choice

Although conveniently located and easy check in etc., the apartment was disappointing. It's an older apartment that has had one too many coats of paint slapped on the walls with very little attention to detail. The dishwasher was clogged and backed up. Didn't notice it at first until the next morning when we attempted to load dishes. It stunk to high heaven. Can't believe they leased it in that condition. The barest of essentials provided, and cheapest possible toilet paper, paper towels and toiletries. If you are looking for cheap this is your place. If you are looking for hotel like accommodations and something more like home, keep looking. We were very disappointed in this unit.
