Ideally located and comfortable, on holidays in this apartment, you won’t miss anything to enjoy the city and the oceanic breeze ! The flat is located in the charming, highly secure Miramar residence.
This charming flat, tastefully decorated, is located on the 4th floor (with lift), consists of a living space of 28 sq. m and includes:
- a furnished terrace with beautiful view on the sea and round rock,
- a beautiful living area with a top-of-the-range sofa bed (160x200cm) and a comfortable mattress (17cm thick),
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- a well equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, hotplates, fridge),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing equipment,
- baby bed, high chair (on demand),
- TV,
- direct access to the hotel Sofitel spa and swimming-pool (with extra charges on site).
→ A high-quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.
## Neighborhood
This beautiful flat is ideally located in the center, close to the beaches and the casino. You will be able to discover the city without taking the transports : the beach is 50m away, the Halles 10 min away, the Aquarium 15 min away. You will be in the middle of the city-center, and could enjoy all the shops and restaurants.
Don’t hesitate to surf, Biarritz beaches are renewed for this sport !
## Transit
The accommodation is well served by a convenient bus network, a train station and an airport. You can easily get to Bayonne, Anglet and Saint-Jean de Luz.
From the train station → 30 min away by transport or 10 min away by car
From the airport → 35 min away by transport or 10 min away by car
