Located at a place called Paravy, it offers a ski-to-door return, and a departure about 300m away by a small flat street: access to skiing is therefore easy. In summer, it offers a very large flat garden which will serve as a playground for young and old. The chalet enjoys good exposure and offers sumptuous views of the mountain ranges from Mont Charvin to the Aravis range. The furniture in the chalet was completely changed this fall, with tasteful decoration and new bedding.

- Direct access to the terrace and the garden.
