Great stay near Leavenworth!

Came out here to spend some time near Leavenworth during the holidays. Loved the space, the game room downstairs with a hot tub just steps outside the door was fantastic and we really enjoyed using the space. Also has a particularly well stocked kitchen with spices, oils, and all the pots/pans you need. The host was great, very responsive and flexible. Highly recommend!

Perfectly nestled amidst the serene woods near lake Wenatchee

"Our stay at the wood cabin near Lake Wenatchee was nothing short of magical. Nestled amidst the serene woods, the cabin offered a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The proximity to Lake Wenatchee was a treat - breathtaking views and easy access to water activities made every moment unforgettable. The cabin itself was impeccably maintained, with cozy interiors that exuded warmth. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable bedding. The wood accents and the fireplace added a cozy ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The highlight, undoubtedly, was waking up to the tranquil sights and sounds of nature. Beautiful place!

Beautiful place! So much to do in the cabin we could have stayed much longer. Not to mention would have been happy to get snowed in! Lisa was prompt and helpful with all things and had great suggestions for what to do nearby. We will definitely plan another trip!

Great little getaway

We had a great time staying in the cabin. The owners are so kind and very good at staying in touch and communicating when we had a few questions. They have a great cabin with lots of fun and relaxing things to do. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of them which allowed for a rare occasion where I get to sleep by myself. The neighborhood is great for walking, saw some deer and other friendly animals in the backyard. The house had all the needed amenities and more- the only thing we could not find (and this could have just been us missing it) was a stopper for the drain so my son could take a bath. Aside from that after traveling here I do think it is fun in the summer but would probably come back next time when its cooler and more towards winter because I think there would be fun wintery stuff to do. There is plenty of summer stuff to do too but I imagine this cabin and this area is beautiful in the winter and would make for some fun snow adventures. Thanks for an amazing stay and being so hospitable!

Great location, house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and Lisa was great to work with. Been bringing the family up to Leavenworth for the last 7 years and this definitely one of the best places weve stayed

Moose lodge

The cabin had plenty of space and sleeping quarters for my three adult son and I as we used the cabin for hunting in the local area. Carpets were newer and clean, kitchen is adequately set up. Family room with pool table and large tv make this place. Parking is less than ideal, barely adequate for two vehicles and sloped, snowy months would be a challenge to park and access cabin.

Holiday stay

We spend 6 nights in this very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated cabin and didn't want to leave in the end! Everything you possibly could need is provided ; Lisa made sure that we were oké with the temperature in the 90-100's outside and offered an extra portable AC, which we didn't need because the nights were cool and we could open the gazed windows to cool the bedrooms down. We went fishing at Fish lake and caught some trout. All in all a wonderful stay!

A Long Weekend

This is a nice getaway. I was there during a very hot period in Washington, but Lisa had worked hard to mitigate the heat. It was well appointed for cooking, relaxing, and as I did, get some essential work done. I think it would be a beautiful weekend in the winter. Has a Nordic feel to it..

Resort like cabin. Owner has gone above and beyond to make every single thing perfect.

The drive through the woods to reach Lazy Moose Lodge is spectacular. When you reach the cabin you will honestly be blown away. The screen door is propped open by a stone, the bench beside has a painting of a moose, the welcome continues as you enter the cabin. Large, bright, fully loaded kitchen overlooks the dining area and sitting room. This room is amazing. A perfect space for being together to prep meals or sit and visit. From here you step outside to a very large patio, overlooking the beautiful woods. Many mornings I took my tea and a book and started my day in this peaceful space. One morning it was cool so we turned on the electric fire pit in the sitting area. We rented the cabin for a full week to re connect with our young adult son who volunteers oversees. We wanted the week to be special for him. This cabin went above our expectations. The downstairs is equally amazing. This was our son’s space, regardless of the many beds upstairs to choose from. The week was hot and this bedroom always stayed cool, the whole basement did. What an incredible space to reconnect and have laughs. We enjoyed movies in the evenings on the large, comfortable sofa. And my husband and son played endless games of pool each day! If you love games this will be sure to impress you! It would take far too long to list all the unique and fun game options in this room, as well as a fun bar area. Step outside from this basement level to a small sitting area and a large, beautiful hot tub surrounded by the peaceful woods! Perfect way to end the day. There is another level to this cabin! The upstairs bedrooms! I have to mention at this point the carpet! The basement and upstairs have brand new, plush carpet! You will notice it! At the top of the stairs you enter a fun bunk bed space! To the left is the master bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the deep woods. To the right is an additional bedroom with two double beds and an additional bunk bed. If you spend just a little time looking around you will notice so many little details. As an example if you peak at the book shelf by one of the double beds you will see a children’s reading area with specifically chosen books set up as if it were a speciality book store. You will notice the art work for sure, themed to match the forest. Not one thing should be changed. This is a perfect space. The owner, Lisa, is kind and helpful! We did not want to leave and one day hope to return.

Well stocked, beautiful home!

This home is beautifully decorated and well-stocked for all your needs as a guest. We especially loved the welcome package and the Christmas decor! We had a few hiccups mainly due to the weather, but Lisa was easily reachable and helped us thru everything! If you’re coming in the winter, you WILL need an AWD and chains, but I would recommend a 4WD vehicle, as it would be much easier than taking chains on/off going in and out of the neighborhood. Can’t wait to stay again!

Plenty of Room at the Lazy Moose Lodge

We really enjoyed our stay here. There are three floors so there was plenty of room for us to spread out. I was disappointed that the ping pong table was too warped to play ping pong - one of the reasons I had chosen the place - but the pool table worked fine. The place was very comfy and we enjoyed the board games and hot tub. Very well set up for our needs.

Great getaway

The house is awesome and very spacious. The deck, game room / bar, and hot tub provide lots of room to relax. We stayed while the weather was 80+ degrees and both the house and deck remained cool given the location in the woods. We’ll definitely be back in the winter to ski.

Charming, Spacious Chalet Exceeded Expectations!

Loved the house from the first moment! It's much bigger than it appears in the photos and has lots of space for living, cooking, relaxing, and enjoying activities on three floors. Although I didn't need a lot of the room on my trip, I could see coming back with a large family to enjoy the house. The Nordic decor is charming and rendered special by wonderful touches. The house is well supplied with quality bedding, throw blankets, linens, and towels, and the kitchen is large and well stocked for cooking. A hot tub, multi-game table (pool, ping pong, etc.), outdoor firepit, FAST WIFI, and numerous TV channels offer lots of entertainment. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the windows have lovely views. It was really a perfect house, and I'm looking forward to coming back for additional stays. Oh- and the owners were wonderful and accommodating. Really can't say enough to recommend this place.

Wonderful cabin and host

We had a wonderful stay - great setup for remote work and school, and when that was done, play. Had fun with the air hockey table and other games. Great deck and indoor decor. Close to Lake Wenatchee and Fish Lake and hiking. Reasonable drive to Leavenworth for dinner. Lovely!
