This stunning condo is perfectly perched slopeside next to the Sunrise Lift. Your home away from home combines sophistication and comfort, creating the perfect setup for a wonderful getaway.

The formal dining space is surrounded by big windows, so everyone can take in the views with a glass of wine after a full day of fresh powder. Mealtimes will also be a breeze, as the full kitchen has sleek granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all of the utensils needed to whip up tasty comfort food. Indulge in a relaxing soak in the jetted tub to slip into vacation mode.

The balcony overlooks the fantastic pool area and offers a partial mountain view that is gorgeous year-round! Fast WiFi allows you to share highlights with loved ones back home.

The Escala Lodges located at the Hyatt Centric is a ski-in/ski-out luxury complex at Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort. The Sunrise Lift is mere steps away, and you'll be close to a variety of fabulous restaurants, shops, and, of course, the other Park City ski resorts. The property sits right on the Canyons shuttle route, providing service to historic Main Street throughout ski season. You'll also be three miles south of Redstone Shopping Center, four miles north of downtown Park City and Park City Mountain, and six miles northwest of Deer Valley Resort.

THINGS TO KNOW
The Escala Lodges located at the Hyatt Centric will charge guests a $40 daily resort fee upon check-in. This is not included in the price of your reservation online.
Any and all engineering needs will need to be managed by Vacasa Park City.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 4.

Ski shuttle details: Bus is not necessary to access Vail in the Canyons



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect for Families
The property was as nice as it looks in pictures. The location was fantastic. The property faces the mountains and you can see the pool and spa, so we went swimming whenever it was empty. The house is very comfortable and clean. The only cons: the king bed could have been more comfortable, they need cookie sheets for baking, and I would have loved the outdoor furniture dusted (specifically the table). All in all I would stay here again and it was a beautiful property.

Very nice unit with a few things to know
This is a very nice unit with a ton of space in the living room and kitchen. Bedrooms are cozy but nice, though the pillows weren’t great. The kitchen was very well equipped with as many dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils you could want. Would definitely recommend. Just a few things to be aware of: because this unit is not operated by Hyatt Centric they will not bring you extra towels, pillows, etc. There are plenty in the unit but just something to be aware of. Also, be prepared to supply your own paper towels, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, spices, coffee filters, etc. There is nothing in the unit other than hand soap and some sample sized shampoo and bar soap, and they will not re-supply. There is no housecleaning or trash pickup during the stay. Lastly be sure to check if the adjacent lift is running. The Hyatt Centric was neither ski-in or ski-out during our visit. The closure of the ski-in route was probably due to snow conditions but the lift has been closed all season. To the owners: please add a recycle bin!!

We had an incredible time here in Park City. The place was at a resort so we enjoyed the amenities of a larger place with space for our kids a s privacy with our own space. The resort staff was friendly and amenities great. Great food and shopping steps away. Location was near all of the great things to do I this beautiful city!!
