- Nectar DOUBLE bed (w/remote control foot and head adjustment and massage) in separate bedroom (with door for privacy) and living room couch available for sleeping or lounging.

Hidden Gem!

Incredible place! Very nice and modern guest house, full privacy. Extremely hospitable hosts. 10/10 recommend to others - we will be staying again! They even had wine and snacks for us when we got in late!

Our stay at Marlwood Acre was great. It was in a quiet and wooded area that was pleasant. Our hosts Scott and Robbie were very accomodating and even provided everything we needed for our fur baby. It was a great place for our dog. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Little touches like fresh flowers and treats for us made this a very storehouse trip. The private patio overlooking the pond in a clear, starry night is peaceful. Highly recommended, and will likely return.

Was so welcoming and cozy. Felt like home

We were extremely pleased with our stay. Love the private balcony with the view of the pond. Seen some deer. The hosts robbi and scott are so welcoming, very nice people. Beautiful, relaxing setting

Every aspect of this rental experience was easy & enjoyable! The hosts were extremely accommodating and very responsive to messages through the app. If we had not had family & events to attend, we would have been in the perfect place to just relax and enjoy their views and beautiful gardens. The bed was comfortable but we did give the hosts direct feedback that a queen bed would really be a wonderful addition. BUT we were just fine on the bed and the entire apartment is so well appointed and well thought out that we were completely happy anyway. They thought of everything! And they are both so nice! Their pups are very sweet and the humans are more than willing to have your pups play with them or to keep them separate while you're there. No pressure either way! We are VRBO owners also and we took some notes for things we want to improve at our place based on how nicely done things were at this apartment.

My second stay and I will be back

First, the apartment: it's clean, comfortable, really well designed and cool. Every detail is top notch, from the kitchen plates and tools, to the sheets and towels. This is the first vacation rental I ever stayed at that gets all the details and qualities right. Second, the hosts: Robbi and Scott are really NICE people. Warm, welcoming and friendly. They are the added bonus to this beautiful place. I have never encountered such great vacation rental hosts, and I have encountered many. This was my second stay there and it will not be my last. Five stars on all counts. Thank you Robbi and Scott, I look forward to see you both again.
