My husband, Roy and I (Michele) built these luxury townhomes in 2009. We live about 5 minutes away in beautiful Estes Park and continue to build residential homes around town as well as manage this rental and our own which is 3 doors down, listing #221444.

Because we built these rentals, we know them inside and out. We are the cleaning crew, the maintenance crew as well as the property managers. We are only a 5 minute drive so if there is anything you need during your stay we are always available.
